MAN OF MATRIMONY is a steamy standalone romance with heat, humor, and a sexy Irish hero! Happy reading!

A steamy, humorous story with a sexy Irishman, Liam and a smart, beautiful, take no nonsense woman, Brianna. She was out of a job because her boss was caught embezzling money, quite a scandal. She was innocent but others in the industry were no longer associating with her since they deemed her guilty by association. Liam was also looking for a position in the tech field. She was in need of money and he was in need of a green card. A marriage of convenience was the solution to their problems. A real marriage ceremony but without the regular privileges. Difficult path to a green card and financial success. I hope you read Man of Matrimony, it is quite entertaining.
Winter is coming-
Brianna Winters that is. She’s at the top of her tech game- until she’s not. Spectacular crash and burn.
He’s Prince Harry, um, Liam. Her paid companion.
He’s hot and in need of one green card.
So, here’s the deal.
Stay married for a year.
Highly recommend.
Funny, cute, backwards love story. Helping each other out of their jams leads Liam and Bree on a journey neither of them expected. I laughed out loud at some of their antics and cried when I thought they lost it all. Loved it!!
What a cute story with a definite twist. Will grab your attention right at the beginning and you will find it hard to put down. Plenty of twists and surprises that will keep you guessing. Wonderful characters that will grab your heart and take you on an emotional roller coaster. A great HEA that will make your heart warm. I read a reader copy that I voluntarily chose to voluntarily chose to review.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book.
I really enjoyed Bree and Liam’s story. Bree is so headstrong and independent and Liam is so relaxed and carefree that they should never be compatible but yet they make the perfect couple, even if they don’t admit how they feel about each other. There are lots of emotions in this book. It is funny, sad, romantic, playful and there is a HEA.
This is a cute romantic comedy with a fraud green card and a marriage of convenience. The only problem is living and sleeping together creates a bond of friendship that can lead to falling in love. I love when the INS shows up and the usually emotional less Brianna panics. It’s fun watching their relationship grow while they pretend that all these feelings will go away in two years. This is fun story and although I feel that Liam is a con man; he restores my faith in love when he sacrifices himself for Brianna.
This is a new author to me, but I will certainly be looking out for her work in the future. Liam and Brianna are as opposite as can be, but when they are both in a predicament, which is Liam needs a green card to stay in the United States, and Brianna have just lost her high powered job, a marriage of convenience is the answer. Will these two be able to ignore the undeniable chemistry? No spoilers; this is a must read, you will not be disappointed. This is a well written story which is humorous, steamy, sexy and romantic. I was totally enthralled throughout and cannot wait to read more from this talented author whose work I recommend.
Hot Irishman? Yes please!! This book was a great example of growing up and facing your failures and successes. I was impressed with Thea’s writing and can’t wait to read more of it in the future!! Liam is a wonderful addition to my harem!!
ARC was given to me by Author. My review is given completely voluntarily.
Man of Matrimony by Thea Dawson is book 3 in her Gentlemen, Inc. Series .
I gave this book 5 strong . This was my first book that I read by this author, and I freaking loved it!!!
OMG….this was something else, Brianna and Liam were so funny together. She was a smart woman, ambitious, beautiful, went to an ivy league school, she’s a COO of a company, but loosing her job devastated her, effected her self-esteem, she was left in limbo.
Liam is a really nice, poetry talking, sexy looking Irish red head man who is working in America trying to make a better life for himself. He is working as a bartender, and in a company that offers “male companionship” to supplement his salary. He is on a working visa, but his endgame is to finally get the green card approved so he can stay permanently.
Brianna had hired him for the night to accompanying her to a black tie auction party. This is how their long and complicated friendship-negotiations starts.
This book is full of life, some steam, laughter, family, misfortunes, bantering in-between soft Liam and stiff Bree is great. Her family loves her so of course there’s meddling , immigration is a serious subject and I’m happy to see a story about it ( my parents are also immigrants with green cards) so I understand his plight very well. This book had it’s charged emotional moments, in the end these two were perfect for each other, they fell in love with a fantastic HEA ending!!!
Well written fake marriage story. Brianna and Liam get married so he can get his green card. Lovable characters. Sweet love story. Highly recommended!
I received this book for free and I am volunteering to leave a review for this book.
The way this reader would describe the main male character is “a right rascal”. He seems to be a really happy-go-lucky fellow but this does not correlate into a shallow character. He has ambitions and goals, but he is also a great people person, tight with his “mates”, strong feelings for family, a warm heart, a man of his word. The main female character is one strong, determined, loyal woman of her word. With this wee bit of commonality, this pair forge a trail along a winding road to coupledom.
Great camaraderie with friends experienced by the main male character and strong, loving, familial bonds between the main female character and her sisters and parents. The one personality trait of the main female character, not appreciating others telling her what she should or should not be doing, no matter who they are, is what proves to be a pivotal point in tightening the emotional bonds of their relationship. For some reasons in the latter part of the book, I found some scenes to be very sad, poignant maybe, but not really sad. Yes, this reader was fast depleting her tissue box.
There are a number of characters introduced in this story and all are fleshed out well. Good story with many subplots running through the tale. It is interesting to see some scenes being set up in this novel for the next story in this series. This reader will be checking out what is coming out next in this series.
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
Good stuff!
So, I recently discovered this author and I was more than excited to read this book and let me tell you all it did not disappoint. It is a slow burn so for those who are not into slow burns just beware. However, I would recommend taking a chance on this book. This book is about Brianna and Liam two very different people that end up getting married so that Liam can get a green card. This marriage is in name only and not real until feelings get involved. I don’t want to spoil anything but I strongly recommend taking a chance and reading it. It Great addition to this series and I can’t wait for the next book from this author.
A really wonderful book. The characters of Brianna and Liam are so awesome.
I loved reading this book.
This was SO GOOD! Just the right balance of sexy, romantic and comedic. A really well written book with characters you’ll fall in love with, a fantastic setting, and some really unique moments that set my heart aflutter. Loved this and can’t wait to see what’s next by Thea Dawson.
Short review. Slow burn love story. It took me a while to really start enjoying the book, there were a few dry places that weren’t interesting. Despite that I enjoy the chemistry between Liam and Bree who are opposites that compliment each other, Bree is more serious and stiff while Liam is more laid back and serious when he needs to be. I would have liked a little more romance and a little less slow burn
This was a book that was well worth the read and every bit the page turner with the great character and storyline development that kept me totally engaged as the story between Brianna and Liam flawlessly unfolded!
I received a free complimentary book and voluntarily reviewed
This book is the third book in Thea Dawson’s “The Gentleman, Inc.” series. Gentleman, Inc. is a business that allows single women to hire a date to escort them to important events. In this book, Brianna Winter and Liam McGuire meet when Brianna hires him to escort her to an elegant black-tie charity auction.
Unfortunately, the day of the auction turns out to be a tragic day for Brianna. When she arrives at work as usual, she discovers that her boss is being investigated for embezzlement, fraud and tax evasion. The company is shut down, and Brianna is out of work.
Without a job and deeply in debt, Brianna is depressed, mildly inebriated and in no condition to go to a party. Then, Liam arrives. He convinces her to go to the auction. This is when she discovers that she is now shunned by the business world. Everyone believes she is part of the scam.
Liam, who is from Ireland, can no longer stay and work in the United States until he gets his green card. Since Brianna is in debt, Liam proposes that they marry. This will allow him stay in America and get a job. This will help both of them – he will get his green card, and Brianna will be able to pay her bills while looking for another job.
Liam is a prime example of a beta man. He is easy-going, very laid back and doesn’t seem to get upset about much. Brianna, on the other hand, is an alpha woman. She is an overachiever and a workaholic who stresses out about everything. In spite of that, Brianna and Liam’s personalities perfectly complement each other.
This is a unique twist on the marriage of convenience story. I love the contrast between these two dissimilar characters as they react to the same situations. And, I am impressed by Liam’s ability to spontaneously recite a famous poem that perfectly fits each moment. But most of all, I love the way they are slowly able to learn from each other to become better people.
Wow! What a fun novel!
Brianna Winter meets Liam McGuire when he arrives at her condo as her escort to a charity auction. Brianna has had the WORST day of her career, and Liam has his own reasons for wanting to go to this charity auction. He convinces Brianna to go with him, and while the event was productive for him, Brianna is shunned from her counterparts in the tech industry, all due to the unfortunate charging and arrest of her company’s CEO for fraud, embezzlement and tax evasion. Although, Brianna knew nothing about what her CEO was up to, she is now lumped into the failings. If Brianna doesn’t find new employment soon, she will lose her condo and she fears, disappoint her father. Liam, on the other hand, can’t get a good paying job in the tech industry until he gets a green card. After their disastrous evening, Liam tries to convince Brianna that a marriage between them will solve both their situations.
They begin their journey with an illegal marriage, and a planned ending. After facing multiple situations together, they learn they are meant to be together! Brianna loosens up, and Liam settles down. They may not have been a match initially, but they are perfect for each other!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
OMG where do I begin with this review. I know I don’t want to give away to many spoilers because this is one book that you have to read. You will laugh, cry, and scream at your kindle while reading this and you will have so many emotions when your done reading it. I laughed so hard at times my stomach hurt and then there were times I yelled at my kindle like get it together you two and just seal the deal already and give us a epic story to enjoy.
Brianna is down on her luck after her boss was investigated for doing illegal things and Brianna is associated with him in the crime. So not only has she lost her job but her respect from others and her reputation. So when she meets Liam who is from Ireland and he proposes something she can’t refuse she says okay and they get married.
See it is a fake marriage they will have for a year long enough for Liam to get his green card and also for him to get his dream job. Only these two can only do fake for so long before something real happens and that is where the story gets crazy. So go on and one click this lovely story and enjoy a roller coaster ride with a side dish of Irish!
