Jasper Bergen is the CEO of Bergen Industries but lately the company’s profits have flattened out and the company needs to get a boost to get it back up top and show how great their resorts are.
Eleanor Reynolds is a very successful travel writer who has gathered fans all over the world for her writing style. But Elle just had her world change in the blink of an eye when her former money manager, Monty Morris, stole millions of dollars from her making her need another job asap.
When Elle is hired by Jasper’s grandparents to provide some new light into their company the hate between Jasper and Elle is real but unfortunately so is their chemistry!
With neither Elle and Jasper having a relationship in a while, Elle’s cousin, Abby, believes that the two of them need a “man feast” to make up for the lack of social lives.
But is mixing business and no-strings pleasure the best idea??
This was another great book in the series and I loved the “opposite” style from the first book.
Jasper was definitely an interesting character as he was so focused on the business that he let it consume his life yet this wasn’t that path that he originally wanted for himself. I found that interesting as he did what was expected of him after the accident and he also let guilt from the accident control his life. He hated to think that he wasn’t doing a good enough job and that’s why they needed to bring Elle into it.
Elle was a great character who trusted the wrong person and in turn lost everything. She held things together the best she could but she knew she had to take the job that was offered to her in order to turn her own life around before she lost everything.
There was such a fine line for these two between love and hate. When Elle did something without Jasper’s approval he would blow up at her without even knowing completely what she did.
I liked learning about Jasper’s own past with certain events and how it affected others. He gave up on his own dreams but I enjoyed Elle understanding more about him. Yet Jasper also thought of Elle as a large distraction and made a few moves that I was definitely disappointed in.
Vermont was a shock for me and made me love Elle even more!! I was glad that Jasper was able to see another side of her and really realize what he wanted.
Towards the end I knew things were going to blow up and I must admit that I wasn’t surprised at how Jasper acted and treated Elle. I did really enjoy the conversation between Jasper, his grandpa and Allen that revealed a few more things!
I was super happy that Jasper smartened up and put everything together and went after what he wanted!!
I did like the clue that was dropped in the book about Cadence and her pen pal “man find” and the arrival home of another character!!
Loved this book. The tension and chemistry between them is great. Who doesnt want a manfeast.
This is the 2nd book in the Bergen Brothers Series. I thought I loved the sweetness of Man Fast, Brennan and Abby’s story. I just happen to love Man Feast, Jasper and Elle’s story, even more.
This book was an easy read and very difficult for me to put down. Both character’s were strong willed, determined and bullheaded. Jasper being the CEO of the family business, let it run his life after a traumatic experience with his parents. Elle has her own family trauma and sad past, which causes her to have her own trust issues.
This puts these 2 characters at each other’s throats many times. They have no problem filling a contract for the ultimate Man Feast. This book is sweet, hot and steamy. I love this couple and the pure craziness.
The ending was the best with how Elle had Jasper prove his love for her with in a big way. This couple gets an ultimate HEA.
The sparks are flying and just get bigger and bigger. The witty jabs and teasingly insult slingbacks that make up the banter between them is nothing but the prelude to a very deeply passionate relationship with intense feelings. They took the plunge and only thought that it was a beautiful mistake and turned out to be that they were what is best for each other.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The Bergen brothers are easy on the eyes, but detrimental to the heart. Sandor takes complicated men and simplifies their heart’s desire with an overabundance of drama along the way. Man Feast reintroduces Elle Reynolds, Abby’s cousin. In Man Fast, Elle proved to be the voice of reason. Man Feast finds her spiraling as she navigates betrayal and the overpowering presence of Jasper Bergen, Brennen’s brother. Brennen was the charmer, but Jasper is anything but. He’s a piece of work in a three piece suit that guards his heart well. Elle and Jasper go from virtual enemies to combustible lovers in the blink of an eye, but will the need for control implode their happy ending? Sandor turns heartbreaking into irresistible and I am so enjoying the ride.
So in Man Fast the first book we got Brennan the playboy who I was mesmerized with but in Man Feast we get Jasper the Bergen Brother that is all work and no play. He is the hot, smart, serious brother who will work all day every day to his grave to keep his family’s company at the top. Jasper is always serious and never takes time for himself, he is the exact opposite of Elle. Elle is a hard worker but she is fun, cute, and enjoys life because she knows it can hard or cut short at any time. So naturally these two do not mesh at all, in fact they butt heads and fight like they can’t stand each other because they are total opposites, yet we know what is said about opposites. The push and pull between these two had me on my toes, laughing hard, and waiting for that tension to snap and when it did, they had some serious chemistry. Not to give too much away but these two were perfect for each other and yet they both had things they had to work out in order to realize this. I loved we got to see more of Brennan, Abby, and the grandparents. Jasper stole my heart the same way Brennan did and each book becomes so amazing they suck into their world that I have a sudden urge to travel to Colorado now. This was such a great read and I have a feeling the next one will be just as great.
5 Salsa, tequila and bears Stars
Man Feast is the second book in The Bergen Brothers Series by Krista Sandor. I was excited to start this book as I really has loved the first book in the series.
Jasper is a work-aholic and hasn’t got time for anything else, sure he doesn’t need a life when he has work to do.
Eleanor is a travel writer who is widely known and vastly travelled. She is in a spot of bother financially, she has lost her fortune thanks to her accountant and so she has no option but to except a job offer to review the Bergen Empire. There is only one problem with his job offer, it means she has to work with Jasper who she can’t seem to have a conversation with before it turns to arguing.
This is an enemies to lover feisty read. Elle’s attitude makes the story for me, she’s a strong lead character that has you laughing one minute and sad the next. As with the first book in this series the secondary characters also make this book great for me! Another brilliant instalment in the Bergen Brother Series and I can’t wait to read Camden’s story next.
Laugh out loud read that you will love
Man Feast (Bergen Brothers #2) was another good read by Krista Sandor. Jasper Bergen is a Billionaire workaholic, who always calls the shots. He is the CEO of Bergen Enterprises and will do anything to keep the family business profitable. Elle Reynolds is a best-selling travel writer who is tasked with boosting the Bergen Enterprises public image. Jasper doesn’t want her working there but is outnumbered because his grandparents want her. I really loved reading Jasper and Elle’s story and can’t wait to read more in this series.
There is SO SO much to LOVE about this book! The story-Heartpounding! The characters-GAH! That Elle and Jasper! I loved Brennen but Jasper??? He just WOWED me! The lengths and changes that man went through really impressed me! I mean Elle is no slouch in her own right. She is successful, smart and hiding a secret. But she just has that SASS that I love to read about! The connection between these two MC’s is sexy, sassy and fun.
I love how all these books get their title. The whole idea of the man fast, man feast and man find was ingenious. Also there are the lovely little additives that are in each story that help add to the “gem” factor.
I did listen to thIs on audio! Monica King does an amazing job. I highly recommend either reading…this listening to it…or both! I am happy to be able to listen to this again and again!
Man Feast
Bergen Brothers, Book 2
By: Krista Sandor
Narrated by: Monica King
After listening to Man Fast, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the next in the series. This did not disappoint. As funny and steamy as it’s predecessor, I had a blast listening to it. We get to know Jasper Bergen, the older of the Bergen brothers, and the one that is in charge of running their billion dollar conglomerate. The company is need of a face lift, and Eleanor Reynolds has been hired. She is so good at her job, and like Jasper, has had no personal life to speak of. So to get their heads cleared out and ready for work, it’s suggested they have a Man Feast! Opposite of Elle cousin’s man fast, this could be interesting….with the right man. Is Jasper the one? These two are made for each other. He gets under her skin from the moment they meet, refusing to call her Elle, but what is that really called? Foreplay. They have sparks galore and banter that makes you laugh. What it gets right down to though is their connection. Jasper hides a lot in his daily persona and Elle gets to see HIM. Elle is the one that gets him. Add in his brothers, her cousin and mother and oh, the grandparents and it’s a good time had by all! Laughing, steamy passion and a growing love you won’t want to miss.
The narration continues by Monica King and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is relatively new to me, and I love her voice. Easy to understand, good pace, great comedic timing and a great variety of voices, she makes the listen really fun and enjoyable.

A very aggravating man in this book but luckily he redeems himself by the end. I loved this book just as much as the first if not a bit more. The writing and narration is great and the sneak peek into what comes with the next leaves you excited for what’s to come.
Um….was I the only one who thought that honey would make for one very sticky clean up….guess that means sharing a shower is a must!
Elle Reynolds has just had her life turn upside down. After finding out her money manager person ran off with all of her money and few other people’s, she is no broke and has no choice but to work with Jasper Bergen. Jasper cannot stand Elle and her nonchalant ways to make life look so different from his. He likes structure, organization and routine. Same old same old BLAH.
Jasper was written beautifully. He isn’t broken but definitely closed off and what can you expect from someone who felt he had the education, training and determination to save his parents. Jasper like his younger brother Brennan has locked his heart away and thrown all his free time to making sure Bergen Enterprises keeps growing and expanding. Elle is a wrench is his plan to stay on track.
Will Jasper give in and live a little or keep his heart locked up tight and his scowl on permanently? Will Elle be able to work with Jasper without strangling him?
The sexual chemistry between these two are OFF THE CHARTS!!!! Turns out the “hollow bunny” can find love and confess his undying love…before almost dying. Skydiving!!!! Seriously Elle makes me feel like a boring non cat lady. Also who new neck massagers come in PINK!!!! Cheap tequila, Oreos and chips….oh my!
So to get on to the more serious points of this book. I loved it. I absolutely loved it. Who else could write a cute baby bear scene than Krista Sandor. I awwwed for a little bit until the inner me screamed at them to get inside the cabin. I am trying as hard as I can not to give away too much, but I all I can say is that you should read this. I was laughing in some parts, tearing up in others and squealed like a little girl on Christmas at the ending. Seriously the last two chapters were the best and has given me more puzzle pieces to the Bergen family and the brothers.
oh my i love this booo k ….i love Jasper and Elle so much..to say that at first they dont like each other is a understatement but i love how their story developes ..love these brother so much ..i cant wait to read on the others in other book …. this book is a most read ..buy it you wont regret

“Man Feast” by Krista Sandor is the second book in the “Bergen Brothers” series. This book is a contemporary romance, funny and very sweet, written in the 3rd person. I loved the original idea of the book that created the characters with overflowing chemistry.
Eleanor Reynolds is a famous writer with books made into movies and very successful. But it all collapses when her former money manager steals all the money she had, and it was millions. Now she will be the image to improve the Bergen company and will have to deal with the sexiest CEO. Jasper had no choice but to accept what his grandparents dictated, although at first, they can’t tolerate each other, they won’t be able to deny the explosive chemistry they have.
This book is the opposite of the previous one in the characters and the story, and I loved it. I was disappointed with the situation Eleanor was put in by her manager, but she was able to keep going. In the previous book I loved the grandparents’ appearance, and with this one continues the laughter guaranteed thanks to them. As each generation, Bergen screws up is very common, and with Jasper’s parents and eggs, I could not stop laughing. It was incredibly good. But I can’t stop thinking about the end of the book and the last of the Bergen brothers, he’s the one that fascinates me the most and attracts me without knowing him.
I have to say that I’m not a big fan of salsa, I’ve rarely listened, but when I finished the book I put on the song and started dancing like a crazy girl.

Man Feast is the second book about the Bergen Brothers. It can be a stand alone book, but there are characters that are in both. This one is about Jasper Bergen, CEO of Bergen Enterprises. Jasper is a workaholic, and really does nothing but work and exercise, he never allows himself to have fun. Elle is an author and travel person. She just found out she lost millions of dollars by someone she trusted. She needs to job promoting Bergen family held properties. Jasper is not happy about this and makes his displeasure known. Abby believes Elle needs to go on a Man Feast because she knows Elle has not dated in a long time. The hate that spews between Jasper and Elle is funny because we all know the saying there’s a fine line between hate and love. Elle is full of live and adventure, and Jasper hates that about her, but it also draws him in. Salsa dancing, skiing, What else can Elle get Jasper doing? Oh, Jasper has quite the romantic side as well! The sparks and chemistry between these two is off the charts. You learn so much more about both characters, and it was great seeing how they each react to things the other one had never shared with anyone else. The Bergen brothers are pretty amazing, and I look forward to reading Cameron’s story, which was alluded to in this one. It’s going to be hard to outshine Jasper as a book boyfriend. You really need to pick this one up and read, so many amazing things but I do not want to spoil anything. However I loved learning how Jasper, his dad and grandfather all had the same type of reaction to some news. The ending was amazing! Love this series!
The saying ” There’s a fine line between love and hate” has never applied more than it does with this book! Jasper Bergen is an all work and no play CEO of his families mega business. Elle Reynolds is a best selling travel writer who’s recently put her trust in the wrong person and had all her money stolen from her. When Jaspers grandparents hire her to boost the companies image she has no choice but to accept. Both are less than thrilled to be working together. Jasper finds Elle as both a distraction and a problem. Elle thinks Jasper is uptight and hollow. You meet both Elle and Jasper briefly in book one in this series which is Elle’s cousin Abby’s book. You don’t have to read that one to fall in love with this one though. I wasn’t able to put it down. Through the fighting, the love and the fighting again you learn just how passionate these two people truly are. I promise you won’t be disappointed in reading this book. It will just make you excited for the next one!
Krista Sandor’s books only get better! I love Jasper and Elle’s story. I loved seeing Jasper go from the ‘Hollow Bunny’ to the care-free, fun, loving, devoted and in love fiancé. I loved how Elle was a strong woman. This was such a great book. I love The Bergen Brothers.
Really Good Read
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. I liked this really enjoyable, entertaining book. It has a great, interesting, well written storyline that kept me engrossed from beginning to end. I really liked and enjoyed reading about the lovely, engaging characters, they really kept me interested in their story. A great, must Read book
I liked Man Fast a whole lot, so the fact that I liked Man Feast even more is really saying something. In an opposite scenario from the first book in the series, Man Feast follows two people who have been abstaining for so long that their friends think they are due for a sexual feast. Though this can absolutely be read as a standalone, we met both Jasper and Elle in the first book. After the loss of his parents, Jasper threw himself into work and he believes that it is his duty to ensure that he preserves his parents’ legacy by making their business grow. Elle is a travel writer who has just been hired to promote Jasper’s business and bring in a whole new demographic of customers. The only problem is that these two are like oil and water – their vastly different personalities and views on life make their blood boil every time they come in contact with each other. There is MAJOR chemistry between these two and the sparks fly from the very beginning – their fighting makes them hot in a variety of ways. Elle seems to be the only person who can draw any emotion out of Jasper, and he’s not entirely sure that’s a good thing.
The writing here is great – there is plenty of humor, some tender moments, sexytimes and Jasper turns out to be a pretty romantic guy. Elle finds a way to break him out of his “hollow bunny” shell, and they have a man feast in every sense of the word. Both characters are relatable and endearing, each dealing with their own issues but rising to the challenge. It was so fun to watch Jasper transition from workaholic to fun-loving, and the book flew by. I have a feeling I know what the premise of the third book in the series is going to be, and I am definitely looking forward to getting to know the third Bergen brother.
