A new stand-alone comedy from the USA Today bestselling duo!MacA good cop can always spot trouble. That’s why my senses started pinging the moment I met the hottie next door. The neighborhood may never be the same. First she confuses me for a male stripper and tries to remove my uniform. (The guys on the force will never let me live that down.) And then there’s the breaking and entering.I don’t … there’s the breaking and entering.
I don’t know what to do with her. My libido has a few ideas of its own, though. Bad, bad ideas.
Meg
Hey, I it’s not my fault that Hot Cop’s nightstick gets excited every time we see each other. And I can’t help that someone broke into his apartment.
Fine—that last thing was totally my fault. And I intend to make amends. So when he needs a date for his sister’s wedding, I’m there. This is right up my alley. I’m an actor. By the time it’s over, his entire family will believe we’re a couple.
Even him.
Warning: may cause unrestrained giggling in public. Contains: a bridezilla with a turkey leg, a flash mob, and a growly hero.

Yay for another Bowen/Eby collaboration! I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Mann Cuffed.
What an adorable and cute story. Meg and Mac had me laughing in the first chapter.
However, after that it did take me a while to really settle into this one.
I loved everything about quirky Meg. She was just fabulous. It did take me a while to come around the Mac, more than it usually takes me with a character in this series. I just wanted to shake some sense into him half the time. He does have his moments, but gah he frustrated me so much.
There were some great secondary characters. There were a few that I was sure I wasn’t going to like, however this delightful duo wrote it so I couldn’t help but like them.
Overall though, this story did fall flat for me. It was sweet and cute, however there was a whole lot of nothing much happening for most of the book, and it really lacked the oomph that the other books in the series have had.
I do look forward to more from Ms Bowen and Ms Eby though.
Man Cuffed is the 4th book in the Man Hands series. In an effort to be completely honest, i was unfamiliar with this series until about a week ago. Once I was made aware of it, I binged books 1-3 in 3 days in preparation to read Man Cuffed. It is a personal pet peeve of mine to read books out of order when I know that characters will bleed through even if they are stand alone novels. The heroine of Man Cuffed is Meg, the sister of Sadie from Boy Toy. She is an aspiring actress who is in a bit of an early mid life crisis. Our Hero, Mac Maguire (great name!) Is a stoic cop, and their meet cute is 100% epic. These two have chemistry from the first page and Meg gives in early while Mac fights as long as he can. This story had more of a slow burn feel than the other books in this series, and it did feel like it took a while for these two to get together, their story lines danced around each other for a while. Once they connected however it was fire on the page. And there were several times I laughed out loud at the hilarious commentary and dialogue by Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby. I hope there are more books in this series, i would love to see HEAs for the supporting characters in this book, especially Cassidy and Lance (maybe even together 😉 ) Lance is Mac’s partner and and avid male romance reader- tell me he doesn’t need his own story! To summarize my long winded rant this book gives you all the happy feel good flirty and dirty vibes that you expect from Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby. Add this series to your TBR!!
