In MAKING YOU MINE…
Knox Bentley never liked the pomp and circumstance that came with being wealthy. He’d distanced himself from his pretentious family and their fortune as a young adult and found his own path to success. But even with the world at his fingertips, he realizes something is missing, and after a long stay overseas, he finally knows exactly what it is. His no-strings-attached hookups with Aubrey Stewart, an exquisite and stubbornly independent blonde, are no longer enough for him. They connect on every level, but Aubrey is a fierce businesswoman with a new movie channel on the horizon and no time for much else. She is the deal he can’t close, the precious jewel even his billions can’t buy. Now that he’s back in the States, he’s determined to show her that what they have goes beyond the bedroom and finally make her his.

Making You Mine by Melissa Foster has all the elements of a classic romance. Swoonworthy emotions. Adorable characters. Brilliant writing. So much sweet, steamy, charming, heartaching and soul deep romance in every page. Be ready to be wooed by the emotional and loving story of Knox and Aubrey!
Aubrey is a beautifully written leading lady. She is a successful business woman who has established herself on her own merit. She is fiercely independent. She is a rare combination of brain and beauty. Having been raised by a football family ( her father and brothers), she always wanted to mark a place of her own in the world. And no man or complicated emotions would make her steer away from her goal. But Knox Bentley is determined to break her defence down. He is not satisfied by this casual sex thing they have been going on. They have explosive and all consuming chemistry in bed. And he is determined to make Aubrey see that they have something special outside bed too even if she keeps on trying to deny it.
I loved this man. Period. These are my unicorn book boyfriends. He is super charming, uber cute, awfully attentive to Aubrey’s dreams and desires and goes all out to make her feel cherished. At the same time he is determined, a bit sexy arrogant, confident and just the right kind of alpha man. I love how he made the decisions of his life on his own. If you have read and love other books by Melissa Foster, you will know that friends and families play a strong role in her stories. And this story is no exception. I was so delighted to have the extra dose of true friendship and family bonding love.
Making You Mine by Melissa Foster would make you melt, swoon and sigh with all the beautiful emotions!

I love the older woman, younger man vibe of this book. It’s a nice change even if the age difference isn’t too large. Though this book surrounds Knox and Aubrey we get insight into beloved and new characters. I love Paige. She seems like a spit fire. Knox and Aubrey are just so much fun. I also love that he is the more serious one and falls first. The epilogue is a great update and great intro to the next book.
Another great amazing story by Melissa! Knox will have you falling for him! 5 stars for this one!
Meet Knox & Aubrey, both very busy with running their business’, but whenever they meet at a function, they are mixing it up between the sheets! It’s actually the perfect arrangement for Aubrey, who while running her business can’t afford any distractions.
After a self imposed hiatus for Knox to try to forget about Aubrey, he realizes he can’t and sets out to woo her and win her over. He wants more and he’s determined to get it.
Follow along with their story as they navigate this new situation that has Aubrey a bit spooked! Can he convince her that all will be okay with them?
Sit back and watch it all unfold, and don’t worry, past characters will make their appearances as with all Melissa’s books! Grab this one and enjoy!
I won a copy of this book from the author, I was not required to give a favorable review. This is a great story. It brings together a couple of the series together that I have read and enjoyed. It is wonderful ho Melissa intertwines all the storylines so that you recognize characters from other stories, but makes you love the characters in the story you are reading so much interesting. Friends, family and relationships play a big part of this story. With Aubrey trying to get a location set to film Charlotte’s love story, but she is the only girl with a father that is a college football coach, and famous football playing brothers. But she has done well on her on with her friends starting LWW. Knox fell for Audrey, but she wasn’t reading for a relationships, he left for Belize for a while. But when he came back and the got together at New Years, there relationship has gotten better. I love it.
I LOVE a good no-strings-attached-catches-feelings book and Melissa Foster delivers in Making You Mine! If you’re looking for a fun and sexy read, look no further!
Ok read. Not on the same level of the other books. I was really tired of Aubrey, she was so annoying. Enjoyed Knox but wanted more. Just ok.
Knox and Aubrey are trying to be casual. But we all know in the romance world how well that works out. Knox is all in. He does everything he can to woo Aubrey. Aubrey is still unsure and needs a lot of coaxing. (I actually tried to coax her myself!) I fell hard for Knox. I wanted Aubrey to see that in him. It was a nice change to see the guy work hard to get the girl. I really enjoyed this book. I did not read the others in the series, yet! But it was easy to follow and I did not feel as if I missed anything important. I cannot wait to read more in this series.
Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke are a powerful narrating team. They compliment each other well. It is so easy to get lost in their narration. Each transition was smooth and flawless. You can never go wrong with either one of these narrators, let alone with both of them. Add in Melissa Foster and this is one MUST listen to story.
Overall 5 out of 5 stars
Performance 5 out of 5 stars
Story 4 out of 5 stars
Knox and Aubrey had an understanding for the past few years. Hot, sweaty, intense, exhilarating sex with no strings. That was until things changed. Knox had time to exam his life and realized that he found that one person that makes his life the more. Aubrey was still in denial and she was not going to allow for a connection that went outside the scope of sex with not attachments.
Watching Aubrey struggle with the reality of what she was experiencing with Knox was a little sad. She was so focused on making things on her own in her own way. She was losing site of the connection that could lift her up to that next level. Her winter getaway weekend that was a work weekend turned in to so much more. She got a chance to see another side of Knox and a little more of herself.
Aubrey falling in love with Knox was delightful to watch. Seeing them grow together and figure things out was enchanting with the winter snow.
Andi Arndt makes it better every time. Adding JAson Clarke and you got a strong sexy male voice that give you the pitch and tone and helps set things up just right.
I loved this book. Melissa Foster writes such swoonworthy characters. Can’t wait to read the next in the series.
Aubrey is an executive. She doesn’t have time for relationships! Knox is a A billionaire. Their paths always cross at social functions. Knox has a hard time to convince Aubrey they should be together. She has trust issues. As in true Melissa Foster style, this story is fun, steamy, and wonderful.
Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke are outstanding narrators. they did a fantastic performance, telling the story with such emotion.

With Melissa Foster, every new book brings a favorite new hero and heroine!
This really was the perfect book to pick up during a rather stressful week. I found this to be a really enjoyable and uncomplicated romance. I have read a few titles published under Melissa Foster’s pen name that she uses for her sweeter titles, Addison Cole, but this is the first I have read with Melissa Foster listed as the author. This book is part of a series but I read it as a stand-alone and thought it worked perfectly fine on its own. I definitely had a good time with this delightful romance.
Knox and Aubrey aren’t strangers to each other. They have been hooking up with each other after different events for quite a while. They both want to keep it no-strings-attached until Knox decides that he wants more. I loved watching Knox convince Aubrey to give him a chance. They really make a fantastic couple and had a lot of wonderful chemistry. There weren’t a lot of obstacles to their relationship and I thought it was fun to watch them fall for each other.
Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke both did a fantastic job with the narration. I thought that they both handled all of the character voices very well and brought a lot of emotion to the story. Andi Arndt has been a favorite narrator of mine for a long time and I could see myself adding Jason Clarke’s name to that list. They both read at a very nice pace and I feel like their performance added to my enjoyment of the story.
I would recommend this book to others. I found this to be a very enjoyable romance filled with wonderful characters. I wouldn’t hesitate to read more of Melissa Foster’s work in the future.
I received a copy of this audiobook from the author/publicist via Audiobook Boom.
Audible: Narrators – Andi Arndt & Jason Clarke
Excellent job of narration! I especially loved Mr. Clarke’s performance. He pulled me into the story in a deep and rich way that I truly enjoyed.
Knox and Aubrey have been hooking up for the last two years when Knox decides it time to take things to the next level. However, Aubrey is not quite at the same place and she fears for her independence in allowing him into her life. But with a little finangling, Knox has her right where he wants her.
I liked both of these characters. Aubrey, while fierce in her determination to be self sustained, she was far from hard and cold. Quite the opposite. As soon as Knox starts to push she felt herself crumbling and I appreciated that she didn’t fight it out of pure stubborness. She was very likable and I connected with her pretty quickly.
Knox was amazing! Once he figured out what he wanted to make his life complete, he didn’t stop until he got it. He was all in and he was determined to win Aubrey over, no matter what, although he never over stepped the line that identified her as an individual. They way he claimed her in front of their families made me love him all the more.
Together, this couple were so dang cute and fun. Their banter was quick and witty and oh my gawd, so very sexy. They were made for each other and it shows throughout the book.
This has just a tad of drama that was overcome without much effort making this story all the better for the lower angst. With some awesome secondary characters that showcased Aubrey’s and Knox’s own personalities, I fell in even deeper love with this book. This is filled with humor, emotion and all together pure perfection.
I loved this fun, sweet and steamy romance between Knox and Aubrey. They have had a passionate, no-strings affair for the last two years. Knox realizes he really wants more with Aubrey and is through playing games. Now he just needs to convince her that she wants the same things as well. Aubrey is independent and driven to make her business a success. She doesn’t have time to put into a relationship or even date. It will take all Knox’s charm, patience and seduction to make her his, for good. Narrators Andi Arndt, and Jason Clarke are so perfect as Aubrey and Knox. Their expressive voices and ability to easily move between fun and flirty to impassioned and poignant is incredible. I love listening to them both and they definitely make this story even better.
I was super excited to see Melissa Foster, Jason Clarke and Andi Arndt all on the same audiobook, since I search out books to read/listen to any of them on their own. I had really high expectations for the combination of the three and they didn’t disappoint.
The worst thing I can say is that I wish I had re-read all the Love in Bloom books recently. Since it’s been awhile, I know I’m not remembering all of the background with the characters. That being said, Making You Mine can be read as a stand alone, you just get more background if you have read the series. The story itself didn’t surprise me, but it also didn’t make me angry with excessive break ups and reunions so I’d like to give it 4.5 stars.
I listened to the Audible version. The performances I’d rate higher than 5 stars if there was an option above 5. Dual points of view with dual narrators brings the story to life, and they’re both exceptional narrators.

I listened to the audio version of this book. I have listened to most of this series. I really liked Making You Mine because Aubrey wasn’t a giggly young woman just hanging out waiting to be with her man. She was a brilliant, driven business woman who was more or less just hooking up with Knox because she didn’t feel like there was room in her life for love or a relationship.
Knox has a new goal in life–to convince Aubrey that they both need more than an occasional night of recreational activity between the sheets after conferences they both attend. He may be a billionaire and used to things coming easily for him, but Aubrey is going to be a challenge…one he’s more than up for!
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.
Knox a rich entrepreneur has lusted and wanted Aubrey a successful film maker. Aubrey is a loner
as far as relationships go, but has been hooking up with Knox for almost 2 years. He has pursued
her at every chance the gets but she is not taking the hook he is putting out to make her his.
This is a fun read with no angst just a man loving a woman trying to make her his. Knox is
charming, and hot and makes no bones about the way he feels about Aubrey. She loves the way
he makes her feel, but cannot commit. Her work ethic is above and beyond most self-made Billionaires and Knox is trying so hard to break into her world. Everyone should have a Knox in
their life. Melissa Foster writes the sweet love that makes you swoon when the alpha gets his
way with the heroine. Jason Clarke and Andi Arndt do a great job narrating and bringing the
characters to life.
Making You Mine: Knox and Aubrey
The Bradens & Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill – Oak Falls, Book 5
By: Melissa Foster
Narrated by: Andi Arndt, Jason Clarke
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Melissa Foster is a gifted author, she creates stories that grab my attention and holds it from start to end. Her characters are realistic and easy to relate to. This book is Knox Bentley and Aubrey Stewart’s story, I am a new comer to the Braden’s & Montgomery’s family but that did not stop me from enjoying this book, since it stands on it’s own. I will definitely be checking out those books as well. Aubrey is a strong and independent business woman, she is focused on her career and is not into romantic commitments. She is happy with the arrangement she has with Knox, a strong and independent businessman, he too is focused on his career, except he is seeing there is more to life that work and money. He wants more from Aubrey but she is resistant but he is a patient man and will do what it takes for her to change her ways. I loved how their story plays out, the chemistry between them is undeniable and smoking hot. There is never a dull moment in this book, with plenty of drama, both relationship and family, some angst, lots of heartfelt moments, some fun ones, sweet ones all leading to a great realization and romance. Melissa Foster, thank you for this great story & the emotional rollercoaster ride.
I listened to the Audible edition, Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke are talented narrators and voice artist. They did an amazing job portraying the characters, humanizing and including all their emotions in their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen

Knox and Aubrey have been hooking up for a while now, but that’s no longer enough for Knox. Now, he’s determined to convince her to let him make her his…
Knox was a sweet, thoughtful guy who was determined to convince strong-willed Aubrey to commit. I love this role reversal in this story; usually it’s the hero who’s afraid of commitment, not the heroine! I also liked their banter, chemistry, and relationships with their friends and families.
The writing was done beautifully and the characters were three-dimensional and relatable.
Narrators Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke , as always, did a wonderful job.
Making You Mine: Knox and Aubrey is a contemporary billionaire romance written in dual third-person narrative and performed in dual narration. It’s a standalone that ends with a HEA. No cliffhanger, no cheating.
I received this audiobook from #AudiobookObsession at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.
This is the fifth book in The Bradens & Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill – Oak Falls, Book 5. Knox and Aubrey’s story is beautiful, sweet, and sexy. They are both great characters, and they share a sizzling chemistry. The secondary characters are great and intriguing. The Epilogue is perfect! This is my favorite story by Melissa Foster. Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke did a wonderful job with the narration. I enjoyed it! #AudiobookObsession
