Magic, Mischief & Kilts!A modern-day Scottish warlock paranormal romance by NYT Bestselling Author Michelle M. Pillow. Kenneth doesn’t have room for anything in his life beyond his responsibilities as an immortal warlock and a father. Being a single dad is difficult, especially when that toddler is more powerful than his entire magickal family combined. Standing against forces who want … combined. Standing against forces who want nothing more than to harness his daughter’s power takes focus, dedication, and the willingness to put his life on hold. So when the mysterious yet beautiful Andrea appears on his doorstep, he can’t help but distrust her.
For two years, Andrea Breaux has been running from a dangerous supernatural force. She’s learned to stay on the move, to never allow grass to grow under her feet, and to be suspicious of everyone and everything. When she finds herself in a house surrounded by magicks and a powerful child who would rather she not leave, Andrea isn’t sure what to do or if she even wants to go. But staying puts everyone at risk, especially the Scottish hottie in a kilt, Kenneth MacGregor.
Warning: Contains yummy, hot, mischievous MacGregors who are almost certainly up to no good on their quest to find true love. And Uncle Raibeart.

Magick and Mischief is book 7 in Warlocks MacGregor series, but the first one for me. It was an amazing read that had everything; with some fear, laughter, romance and some very interesting characters. I loved how the most powerful being in the book was a small child. You never knew what to expect from the beginning till the end. I loved it and I recommend this book with pleasure.

This is only the third book that I have checked out in this series, but I am totally loving it and will have to check out the other books as well. I love how it deals with Scottish warlocks and the woman that they fancy and try to help. This read was steamy but also funny at the same time, and I really liked both the main characters. I made sure to stay up late a couple nights so I could keep reading, until I got to the end of the chapter, or so I told myself. Great read and series so far.

Another hilarious episode in the saga of modern day warlocks, the MacGregors. This one is about dingle dad Kenneth who finds caring for an extremely magically powerful toddler a handful. Then Andrea Breaux turns upon his doorstep and things hot up. This book is as usual well written and is full of drama, danger, emotion, passion, humour and family. I found it hugely enjoyable.

4 1/2 stars This seventh story in this series is about Kenneth and Andrea was enjoyable read that kept me flipping the pages. the characters (Our couple Kenneth a warlock and Andrea who sees dead people) had chemistry and their romance was steamy, the daughter, Jewel, part Phoenix shifter that’s been reborn the third time and whose powers are uncontrollable was adorable, and the malevolent spirit mama Cecile who is after Andrea brought the drama that was engaging. The angst of Kenneth who wants his daughter to survive and have a happy life and not burn in a fire when young was heart tugging. All together a very enjoyable story that I volunteer to read and review via Booksprout.

Another fabulous book in the magically funny Warlocks MacGregor Series. We get to see the hilarious characters that we have grown to love, and all their magical prank wars that continue. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is amazing and the storyline is entertaining. I can’t wait for more from this author. I received this book , as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
This was a book that was in the Magic, Mischief & Kilts
Series. Kenneth spends most of his time being a fully single dad. And has a little time for other stuff. The problem is that his kid is extremely powerful. So he’s not sure what to do. When Andrea shows up of course he thinks all of the negative reasons first. Pretty quick Andrea recognizes that there is magic in the area and that is some thing she normally runs from. The problem is that she is split between running and finding another place and protecting Kenneth and his child. This is a brand new revelation for her. I really did enjoy this book. Most of the time I do not like books when the hero for heroine already has a child but this one was pretty good. It’s probably because I love almost everything from this author
More Magical Mayhem!
Kenneth has it tough. He’s a single parent to a toddler who’s a magical handful and he has a wonderful but zany family. Andrea has a little magic of her own, as well as an angry spirit chasing her. As always, the MacGregors are a delight – I found them chuckle-worthy and kooky. With so many popping into the story, the romance between Andrea and Kenneth had to progress rapidly – a bit insta love, but it works. A truly amusing read.
This is a great instalment in this series, it’s full of fun and giggles from Jewel’s antics and how she plays with her family, but there is heaps of drama both from Andrea’s backstory and Kenneth/Jewel’s side. Plenty of action, some twists, a bit of steam and a perfect HEA.

I absolutely loved Kenneth and Andrea’s story. How they found one another was amazing and little Jewel is definitely the star of this story! If you love paranormal romance you will want to read this book.
I love those MacGregors! This is a cute and steamy paranormal/fantasy romance with MacGregor charm.. It has sexy guys in kilts and a cute romance..

Kenneth is not so much the black sheep of the family as the runaway. He loves his daughter, Jewel and has been trying to raise her with love and happiness around her and not too much crazy. Which given she is rather like a phoneix, who burns bright and emerges safe from the ashes to live again is no mean feat. He is back with his family however… Oh how I adore Uncle Raibeart! I digress, and it seems to be taking the whole family to keep Jewel safe. She has ideas of her own and suddenly poof before her is Andrea her new nanny. Kenneth is not so sure on this as he feels a pull towards her. Should he take the leap? Andrea has been running and dealing with more than she ever thought she would be as for the past two years she has been stalked and hunted by someone she was only ever wanting only to help. She too is in need of protection and a magical family of warlocks and goodness knows what else is possibly the only safe place to be. That is unless you want to risk your heart as well as your life?
I’m enthralled by the MacGregor Clan series, even this book but it was my least favorite if that makes sense.
The only thing I had a problem with was sometimes I just got confused. I was confused with the portals at first but then my brain sorted it all out. Then again at the end when Trina showed up. My brain still hasn’t sorted that part out yet. It is probably just MY brain though.
The story had a sadder & darker tone however humor & Uncle Raibeart’s naked arse are sprinkled throughout. Who doesn’t love that arse?? The HEA is so unique & unusual that is was refreshing.
This book has it all. A playful, onery, pheonix child, a magickal bear shifting MacGregor dad, a “human” woman scared to death. Not to mention 2 hysterical ladies on Andea’s side of the family. It also has a world ending premonition, a phantom, evil ghost twins, a “fox,” an “eagle,” & a “big kitty” oh my. And least I forget, the want of a 20 foot long hot dog by one silly MacGregor! LOL
One thing I liked the most was that Andrea gave Margareta & Kenneth a piece of her mind without a thought or care of what the repercussions could be.
This is highly recommended even though I was confused. Again, that was probably just MY brain.
Kenneth spent 25 years away from his family running and protecting his daughter. When he follows his daughter and ends up back with his family, his mom grounds him and he can’t leave the house. This is one of Michelle M. Pillows funnier books. I love how she put together magic with the issues toddlers go through. I like how Andrea stands up to Kenneth’s mom. The end was surprising and I couldn’t put the book down.

Kenneth MacGregor has his hands full trying to raise his young daughter Jewell. Even with the help of his extended, if somewhat disfunctional family, things are not going well. When his mother hires Andrea to be her nanny, he is extremely suspicious.
Andrea has been running for the last two years from a dangerous supernatural force. She is just about at her wits end when she ends up in Wisconsin, broke and in need of a job. It’s obvious right away to her that things are not what they seem in the town. When she finds a portal in her motel bathroom directly to the MacGregors house she feels like Alice falling through the rabbit hole. When Marguerite offers her a job as Jewel’s nanny she tries to turn it down, but Jewell has other ideas.
This is another hilarious romp with the crazy MacGregor family! I was glad to see Kenneth finally get his happily ever after. After what he has been through the last 25 years he definitely deserves it!

What do you do when your daughter can be reborn at any time? Find out what Kenneth goes through when it happens to his daughter. Filled with the usual humor and heart you come to expect from Ms. Pillow, this is a must read for fans of the Clan MacGregor.
This is an honest review of an ARC.

This is book 7 in the series about Kenneth and Andrea and baby Jewel. Great story, strong flow, scary entity following Andrea, hottie Ken single dad with baby Jewel. Ken had been absent for a time and came back with a baby, when trying to leave the compound to raise baby Jewel by himself mom and aunt put him under a house arrest spell so he can literally not leave the house. Baby Jewel has powerful magiks and no one realizes how powerful. Andrea is summoned by the magik to the MacGregor family/home. Lots powerful bonding, getting to know each other and learning about themselves along the way. Strange incidents occur throughout the book and in the end everything is explained and we’re introduced to Andrea’s Grandmama Ruth and Aunt Florence and several other MacGregors, and Jewels other grandmother Trina. Trina is key. A haunting that has been gathering speed and following Andrea is the culminating event that beings everything together. Grabs your attention and keeps it till the end! Really enjoyed this book!

Brilliant!
Another brother gets his lady only she comes running from a predator. I enjoyed this one for the uniqueness of time travel. Its unclear which being is causing the quirks. Its entertaining and amusing just like the other stories. I did like reading more into the long lost brother Kenneth. An enjoyable read.
Magick & Mischief is Kenneth’s story. Missing for years, he is back now with his family and just trying to raise is daughter. The intrigue and danger is definitely growing, but this crazy family still keeps the laughs coming! I can’t wait for more!!!
