From Audrey Carlan, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Calendar Girl series.Madrid—a sultry city alive with music, color, seductive sights, and a young woman with a dream… young and impressionable, I call in my best girl to help craft this Spanish sweetheart into a worldwide phenomenon. With Skyler’s unique, earthy approach, Bo’s special gift with a style makeover, and my confidence-building mojo, we’re going to have Juliet finding herself a future chart-topping music artist.
All we have to do is make her believe in herself. Ignore the scars marring her precious face and embrace her natural grace and showstopping effervescence. With International Guy, we’re capable of taking on any task.
Bringing Skyler along also gives my team and the authorities time to hunt down the person sending threatening messages. Unfortunately, it also puts our relationship in the spotlight. The paparazzi take some damaging photos that could hurt not only my girl but International Guy’s reputation. Big-time.
In the end, it’s not the paparazzi or the messages that leave us running back to the US. It’s a far more dangerous problem none of us prepared for…

IG Madrid is book 10 in series that need to be read in order.
In Madrid, Park, Skyler and Bo help a young promising singer help find herself. Julia has the voice of an angel but lacks self-confidence and has issues with her body image. Sky and the team help her come out of her shell, and realize how beautiful and talented she is. Under their tutellage she’s going to become the star she was born to be. Meanwhile in New York, the rest of the team works tirelessly to identify the stalker who’s been threatening Sky and Parker. They make some shocking discoveries and this installment ends with an explosive cliffhanger!
Audrey Carlan broke me in this explosive installment by throwing me for more than one loop I did not see coming. Betrayal by one of the most important people in a person’s life can tilt their whole world upside down possibly never to be righted again. A tidal wave came and blew my mind and crushed my heart. Ms Carlan knows how to twist you up inside like nobody’s business and this installment is the start of psycho town where you will say, “What just happened.” You might cuss in your head or yell out loud or freak out. Oh wait that was me. Plus, if you don’t like dogs, we can’t be friends.
On a lighter note, Skyler comes with Parker to help with a case and it couldn’t be more beautiful. Sky was so nurturing and sweet and she will make a fantastic mom one day. Helping young women love themselves and know their worth is so important. Chasing your dreams and never giving up so you can achieve them plays out so exciting in Madrid. Parker and Sky make even more plans for forever and I am giddy about it. Bo makes me bust a gut in this installment as someone gave him a run for his money and his commentary was infectious. Plus the sexy, hot scenes that Audrey is known for are on fire in more ways than than one. I have come to enjoy the mantras in this series and this one, Never Stop Dreaming, is spectacular.
International Guy:Madrid is the 10th installment of the International Guy Series and wow what an installment. the crew ha been hired to help out an upcoming pop star. This time Parker has brought along Skyler to help out since she knows oh too well the pressures and expectations of this business. It was so sweet watching Skyler’s momma claws come out to protect this young woman whose body image and self worth is poor due to societies expectations and acceptance. I love how Skyler is paying it forward by helping this young lady see her worth and how her talent is one that can not be hidden. Giving her the tools that Parker had given her to bring out the beauty that lies within.
The crazy stalker is still out there terrorizing Parker and Skyler and becoming even more dangerous. Then there is the betrayal. The one person who you trust with all your being throws you for a loop and your left questioning what you once thought true and real. Things are starting to pick up in the CRAZY ZONE but in true Audrey Carlan fashion it is done with class and true anticipation of what’s to come…
Madrid is the 10th installment in the IG series. Sky is having a disagreement with her bestie/agent Tracey. So the chance to go work with Parker in Madrid is a much needed break. The client is a young woman who sings like an angel but has no confidence to stand up to the music industry pros who want to change her image in order to launch her career.
Love the way the IG crew builds Juliet up and shows her the beauty she already possess. That is one of the things I have really loved about this entire series. The guys show woman how beautiful they are no matter the stereotypes. The author throws in some major events to keep us anticipating the next installment.
In book ten of the series the International Guy team along with Sky are on their way to Madrid to help Juliet Jimenez, a newly discovered singing talent with a spectacular voice find her “style”. They have an uphill battle though as Juliet has very little confidence in herself due to a facial scar and imaginary body shape issues. Problems that aren’t helped by her record company expecting International Guy to change Juliet so that she fits the mould of the stereotypical pop singer.
This series really does just keep getting better and better and Madrid as it all. From suspense and drama with the stalker escalating their activities. It doesn’t matter where they go, their stalker always seems to find them. Comedy from Bo and his new admirer – definitely unreciprocated and an element of sweetness from the team’s interaction with Juliet – a character you just want to give a big cuddle to. And, of course, the intimate scenes between SkyPark are enough to set the sheets on fire. Throw in betrayal from someone you should be able to trust – Sky open your eyes!!! Even your puppy has better instincts than you. I can’t wait to read Rio to see if I’m right about the stalker.
“It’s my job. Your happiness, it’s all that’s important to me.”
This book has quite a twist in it that will have you questioning motives, decisions, sensing betrayal and put your emotions through the wringer! I’m afraid to say too much without giving away any spoilers!!!
“It’s not that I don’t think he’s right for you, it’s just you’re doing all the changing for him. What has he done to make his own commitment known?”
Never Stop Dreaming
Things get spicy in Madrid, with these two hot for each other every where they go! But sweet because they are settling into their happy and figuring out how a life together could work. But there is a big revelation, plus Sky’s friend is kind of being a serious jerk, and this installment ends in a huge, insane, scary way.
OMG my mind is just spinning after finishing Madrid. That sure was some rollercoaster Audrey Carlan took me on, and I fear it is far from over!
Before you get on a rollercoaster you start feeling the dread as you are waiting in line for the ride to start… as you are standing there watching it zoom past you with highs and lows and twists. Yeah Madrid starts with something I just didn’t see coming. A betrayal that shocked me and had me dreading the rest of the ride.
Then the roller coasters starts – you are enjoying yourself feeling the excitement… that’s when they head over to Madrid, and start working with a brand new pop star. This was full of those feel good moments. I love how Audrey writes characters that don’t match the preconceived notions of beauty and perfection. Rather she embraces imperfections and shows how beautiful they are. It is one of my favorite things about her writing.
Then the damn twists started on this rollercoaster and my stomach dropped. Some I saw coming – ok, only halfway saw it! But then what unfolds… just no words. All I want to do is dive into the next book to see what is in store for everyone.
Madrid is a steamy installment in the IG series with some beautiful moments as dreams are followed and some intense, suspenseful moments that will have you holding your breath.
Oh my goodness me!
This action packed story will have your heart pounding at the suspense, drama, the uplifting words and the real family of the IG team! Seriously they are so good at their job helping clients with what they are needed for! I just loved the inspirational moments, the real love story between Sky and Parker! They are the couple dreams are made of! Seriously, though! When you think the story is going in a certain direction and you get a shock, needless to say this certainly didn’t disappoint at all! I really am excited for the last installments of the series! Im chomping at the bit to find things out!! Riveting series, start it now! You don’t know what you’re missing out on otherwise
Outstanding, Amazing best International Guy yet! Wow when Audrey Carlan puts pen to paper she isn’t kidding around. In the Book 10 of the International Guy Series we find Parker and Sky dealing with a demented stalker, while helping a young girl find her footing in the music industry. This book has twist and turns that leave your mouth hanging open.
I highly recommend this entire Series you won’t be disappointed.
This is the next installment of the adventures of Parker. International Guy goes to Madrid to help a new artist and give her the confidence to be herself and preform. We also continue to try to figure out who is Parker and Skylar’s stalker. This is another wonderful and easy read by Audrey Carlan, although this book ends with a cliffhanger making you need (not want) the next book right away.
Olé we headed to the beautiful and sensational Madrid with our IG men and it’s going to be muy caliente. Juliet is a peach in need of some help from of ours boys to her Songbird rescue. This time they are going to have backup in the form of Skylar as they need just her talents to help bring this shy and talented woman out of her her shell. There will be risks though to brings her in on his job, it brings Skylar and Parker into the limelight which unfortunately seems to bring out the crazies. While they do seem to enjoy the rains in Spain in each other arms, there seems to be someone that wants to rain on their parade more than anything.
Madrid continues the wicked emotional rollercoaster that Audrey Carlan is an expert on. This book takes us from that initial grin to irritation to wowza to outrage to so many others, including shock, panic, and tears!
First off, I do not like Tracey. Earlier in the series, she irritated me. Now, I’d like to put her in a headlock and twist. HARD. I mean, who does what she did??? I’m…just…aaarrrghhh!!! I just can’t.
Moving on before I spoil it more…Juliet…what a sweetheart! I just want to hug her and lift her spirits and join the team in uncovering the beautiful light she keeps hidden. There were moments where I felt such pride in the growth she showed in such a short amount of time. And pride in the team! They are worth the time and expense the clients spend, because they do such amazing work and I love every second!
I loved the SkyPark day in Madrid! And holy hotness, Audrey! That dinner! Whew! Then the end of the book…I can’t and don’t want to spoil it, but…what a way to make my heart race, make me cuss at you through my Kindle, and make tears fill my eyes. Why do you make me love your characters?!?!?!?!
I love Madrid, I really do. But ugghhh!!!!
