This is a very good/promising start to the series. Clayton is almost perfect in what I’m looking for in a dominant hero. He’s very controlling. I happen to love controlling if it’s done right. When I don’t love it is when it turns into parental controlling.
There were maybe 2 or 3 times when that happened. They were very small things so …
This entire series is a must read!
I really loved this series. I hated for it to end.
I really enjoyed this book! Clayton is such an alpha. Controlling. Always has to have his way. Ahem! And he rents a whole island for Sophie’s first time! Ahem, ahem! I found Sophie’s inner dialogue to be quite funny and entertaining. And her friends, Erik and Orie were a delight. There were a few gut wrenching moments where I really doubled over …
Mind blown
Enjoyable but a little out there romance.
You will need to buy the 2nd book for the complete story
Absolutely love this book. Clayton, a billionaire, meets Sophie a 23 year old insecure virgin. Its mad love at first sight. This book puts 50 shades in the shade . So be prepared for many sexual situations. This is book one. Book two…even better!!!!
I didn’t like how easily the main character could be manipulated by an obvious control ah. I worry about the message the plot of the book sends to young women regarding what is a seriously unhealthy relationship. And the hero? The guy is not here material. There aren’t enough homeless people or orphans he could help that would make up for his …
I enjoyed it so much, I couldn’t wait to buy the 2nd book in the series.
I read this a couple years ago and found it to be the best
Cliffhanger ending… so to get the rest of the story you have to read the next book. The heroine has so much self doubt that it’s irritating, after a while.
Loved this series!
I love how quickly these characters fell in Love this was a good book had to get the second one
I will leave my review for the entire series with book 3……. TAME
Could not put it down. Read it in one day the bought the next book and it was the same way. A great read.
I wanted to like Sophie and Clayton. I really did. But Clayton was so controlling and borderline abusive and Sophie and her friends just took it as “hot”. Bleh!
The story was great and I enjoyed the book immensely. I also read Mad Love 2. The book had some sex in it and always had something going on. Excellent read.
This would have been better if the heroine wasn’t such a crybaby! Her gay friends were very good characters; the millionaire hunk was over the top; her ex was unrealistic; but somehow it worked.
It was disappointing that this was not a ‘stand alone’ novel, as advertised.
This should have been the only book. It definitely could have been wrapped up without another book. Not reading the next one.
