Alexis Evangeline Robertson – known as Lexi is beautiful, caring and sensitive. She’s a young insecure Scottish Physiotherapist taunted with painful memories from her dark, unspeakable tortured childhood. She has rules, and she has boundaries. She never lets anyone too close.
At the age of 26 her life is about to change, her mental filing system will transcend into overdrive when she encounters … encounters a tall, dark, handsome stranger who’s painstakingly gorgeous and infectious. He’s a wealthy business man and a very generous one. An ‘Italian God’ by the name of Lucca Caruso with the most mesmerising crystal azure blue eyes and heart of gold. Never expecting to see him again after their chance meeting, fate intervenes again.
Whilst on vacation to a Tuscan cooking course in a Villa in Val D’Orcia near the Chianti hills outside of Florence with her eccentric and energetic best friend Hazel, she is more than surprised to see Lucca Caruso arrive at the very same villa.
For someone who has never known the feelings of lust or desire, Lexi suddenly finds herself thrown into a scenario which she has never before encountered. Beginning a journey of self-discovery and the exploration of old and new uncertainties she’s helplessly folding, melting and crumbling to the temptation of her heart’s desire.

Lexi came from a very different and abusive background and had trust issues along with anxiety attacks. Lucca had issues from his past also. But when Lucca first met Lexi he knew that they were meant to be together, he just had to convince her of that fact. As Lucca showed his persistence, their interesting romance began as demons from their pasts were confronted and family and friends became involved as well as all the emotional trauma that Lexi and her family went through was brought to light and Lucca’s loss also, the strain was tremendous at times but the bond that Lexi and Lucca were making was strong. Can’t wait for the next read

Book Review: Lussuria; The Luminara Series, Book 1
Author: SJ Molloy
Four Stars
This book has many triggers. If you have any history or suffer from domestic violence including molestation, rape, abuse etc I would recommend you not read this series.
With that being said, Alexis has met her Italian God and she is being spoiled and loved deeply.
Lucca and Alexis are a match unlike any other. Despite her history and inabilty to trust, Alexis finds herself drawn to Lucca and really hates being away from him.
SJ Molloy is a good writer. You will find yourself not being able to put this book down and you will just keep reading and reading. There are very descriptive sexual activities that happen VERY frequently. I honestly do no think I have ever read a book that has had this much sex in it.
This is a lengthy read but it is worth it.

I am so happy I found this book. From the tragic history of Lexi’s childhood to Lucca’s loss, to them finding each other and their love and light, I am totally caught up in this story.
This story is about two strong yet troubled characters who unexpectedly cross paths. This book is a page turner and you will become invested in Lexi life and trust me you will fall in love with Lucca. I started rooting for these two since the first few pages.
Trust me you will immediately want to follow along and read the next book in the series and let me tell you this series. is worth it!!!
This is my updated review for the latest version of lussuria. Its worth more than 5stars. Absolutely loved it even more than the 1st time round the extra added bits made it even more loveable to read (not that it wasn’t the 1st time)Lucca and Lexi have a long journey to go and I look forward to joining them throughout the series. Can’t wait to read L’amore for the next chapter.
I enjoyed this novel by S.J. Molloy. The novel really touched onto some dark and intense topics. The subject of abuse and how recovering from it can be intense and take time. The story of Lucca and Lexi proves that out of darkness light can come. Lexi’s journey to discovering love was intense and full of many twists and turns. S.J. Molloy writes with passion, and I don’t think that her stories are for the faint of heart. It is an interesting read and I look forward to continuing the journey in future installments.
This is the 1st in a new series as well as being a debut from this author, and she is certainly a name to look out for in the future. Lexi is a recent hire at Club di Energia as their physiotherapist, and she has had an abusive past which leaves her vulnerable and avoiding physical contact. Lucca is an emergency appointment at her clinic, and from the moment he sees her he knows he must have her, and he always gets what he wants. These two are both broken and haunted by their pasts, but can they heal each other and move forward with life? This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, and is heartwrenching, and with passion, lust, and love. I was intrigued throughout, and I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I recommend.
