Nothing is forbidden to this elite corps of shifter bodyguards and private investigators…except falling in love. 3 GREAT ROMANCES + 3 BONUS SCENES! What do dragon, wolf, bear, and tiger shifters do when they move on from a decade of service in an elite Special Forces unit? Transitioning back to civilian life isn’t as easy as it sounds – not even in sunny Hawaii, where they land a sweet gig as … land a sweet gig as caretakers of a luxurious seaside estate. Fate still has a host of challenges in store for this band of brothers, including the deadly threat of evil shifter foes, the mysterious powers of a long-lost collection of jewels, and the temptation of true love.
In LURE OF THE DRAGON (2018 RONE AWARD FINALIST!), Tessa Byrne flees one dragon shifter only to find herself face to face with another. Can she trust Kai Llewellyn and his band of battle-hardened shapeshifters to save her from a gruesome fate? In LURE OF THE WOLF Nina only has the vaguest memories of who she is or why two men tried to kill her one terrifying night. All she knows is how quickly she’s falling in love with her rescuer — a man with secrets of his own. In LURE OF THE BEAR, a valuable gem, a celebrity wedding, and a tropical storm all converge on Maui at the same time. It’s hardly the time for bear shifter Hunter Bjornvald to give in to simmering desire — even if destiny has different ideas. All three stories are packed with action, suspense, and romance!
This special edition box set includes FOUR EXCLUSIVE BONUS SCENES: The Mating Bite & A Dragon’s Honeymoon (bonus epilogues to Lure of the Dragon), Hawaiian Serenade (a bonus epilogue to Lure of the Wolf), and Stolen Kiss (a heartwarming bonus epilogue to Lure of the Bear).

Once again this author thinks of her fans and boxes her books, which also includes the added bonus scenes.
If you have not read this series yet, now is the time to grab this, put the kettle on or pour that glass of wine, sit back and enjoy. You will love visiting Hawaii and meeting these hot shifters.
1 – LURE OF THE DRAGON
A wonderful new entertaining series from one of my favourite authors.
This book introduces us to the beautiful islands of Hawaii, where five Special Forces Veteran shifters with mysterious pasts, who have bonded through the trials of combat have settled.
I loved the sound of Koa Point, the estate where they all live, how beautifully it is described. Having been to the islands recently it bought back beautiful memories, especially the farmers market.
I really enjoyed the jewel stone and legends aspect too, cannot wait to see how this all plays out.
Tessa was a strong character and apart from one silly, excusable mistake, was quite believable and entertaining with her actions.
We didn’t really get to know much about Kai and I hope we do learn more of him as this series continues whilst his brothers of the heart find their mates and much needed HEA’s. I did love his dragons character and how he kept snipping at Kai about Tessa being their mate.
Loved the little tie in with Twin Moon Ranch as well through Ella.
Who will be next, will Silas and Moira reunite and solve past hurts or will it be Grouchy Cruz, Wolfie Boone or rock solid Hunter. From the little teaser we are given, Boone is the next to have his life changed for the better. I cannot wait.
1.1 – THE MATING BITE & A DRAGON’S HONEYMOON
The mating bite is really just a very hot sex scene as that is when the bite takes place but Dragon’s Honeymoon was a fun little read with the antics of Tessa in dragon form giving me a few laugh out loud moments.
2 – LURE OF THE WOLF
Do yourself a big favour and read this series.
I loved book 1 but book 2 hits a home run for me.
We get to visit our lovely shifters again at beautiful Koa Point but minus the two dragons Silas and Kai and Tessa, Kai’s mate. They are off chasing the Spirit Stone Jewels so don’t play a big part in this story. They are not missed (much) as Boone, Hunter and Cruz step up to the mark and help a woman found washed up on their beach after someone attempts to murder her.
Boone is our Wolf hero and what a sweetie he was, so glad he was immune to Tammy’s web this time.
What a wonderful story that gripped me from the start and kept me guessing and reading as quickly as I could.
One part where Nina gets a letter had me in tears. NO spoilers.
Kramer and Mike both got what they deserved.
I love how the NO HUMANS rule is getting flouted with a new addition to this crew and cannot wait to read Hunter and Dawns story next.
2.1 – HAWAIIAN SERENADE
Lovely sweet story of Nina’s first time as a wolf shifter, singing to the moon with her mate Boone. A nice flyby by Kai and Tessa is fun but knowing Hunter is still without his mate was sad.
3 – LURE OF THE BEAR
Such a sweet, sweet story. Had a soft spot for Hunter from the beginning.
I believe due to the fact we have known Hunter and Dawn are destined mates from earlier books, this was a bit slow in getting off the ground as we rehashed certain knowledge. Good for new readers, vexing for us following the series.
Once past this point though the story once again carried you along for a great ride.
We have known Hunter and Dawn are mates since book one but Hunter is so painfully shy and tongue tied around Dawn. He is unsure of himself and even his bear due to past trauma.
Hunter and Dawn were friends and nearly a bit more in high school but Hunter took off and joined the forces.
Having outed himself as a shifter to Dawn to save her life, he is feeling depressed thinking she is frightened of him and his bear. His dialogue with his bear was really lovely.
Having to work security for their respective jobs at THE wedding of the century on the island gives them time to renew their friendship and for Dawn to relearn just what a big softie Hunter is where she is concerned. Hunter was just happy to be near Dawn.
Oh Hunter, how I wanted to just cuddle him once we learned about his past childhood horrors, how sad it was.
Dawn was a nice surprise as we knew so little about her apart from she loved to book the Koa Point shifters for speeding all the time. This made everything we learnt about her interesting. Even police officers have background stories, this is one very put together lady even with her past trauma.
Loved the wedding drama, talk about reality TV gone mad. Laugh out loud.
I also liked Dawn’s landlady Lily, what a hoot she was ogling all the men.
We have another Spirit Stone literally fall into our Koa Point shifters lap and didn’t it once again help vanquish the baddie. Loved that bit so much.
3.1 – STOLEN KISS
Lovely sweet read. I have a soft spot for Hunter and Dawn due to the really long and hard time they had getting to this point. So lovely to see Dawn with Hunters bear but even better to hear about her twin shifter sides.
Lure of the Tiger is another marvelous addition to the Aloha Shifters: Jewels of the Heart series by Anna Lowe. This is an exhilarating and suspenseful story.
Cruz is an ex-military elite solder who hates humans. Jody is a professional surfer who is regretting her decision to accept a modeling contract.
These two where fun and adorable together. Jody is so full of life. Even when things are bad, she sees the good and looks for the positivity. Cruz hasn’t moved on from his devastating past. He’s a broody tiger shifter, but when Jody pops up in his life he starts to change and learn that life is beautiful. Their romance was sweet and romantic. Besides the romance their is the danger to Jody that they must navigate. Finding out why someone wanted her killed and anticipating another stone poping up.
These ex-military elite solders have made their own family together, but destiny is making sure that they find their soul mates and in the process find peace and hope. This series is so much fun, the characters are unique, the story is entertaining, and the romance is endearing. Can’t wait for the next installment.

Love of the Dragon is book five in the Aloha Shifters: Jewels of the Heart series by Anna Lowe.
This series fast became an entertaining and enjoyable one for me to read. I do feel you need to read the series in order; because previous characters come into play, the hunt for the Spirit Stones and what destiny aka fate has in store for these characters.
Silas is one character the moment he was introduced I couldn’t wait to see who destiny threw in his path to help him learning that being the leader and taking all the responsibility on himself doesn’t have to be done alone. He’s a broody, honorable, and stick to traditions; dragon.
Cassandra, is a bartender that didn’t know about shifters or her witch heritage until about a week ago when her crazy aunt through all of this at her. Her world got turned upside down fast, but she handled it well and showed a backbone of steal even when she was scared.
I loved watching these two come together. Silas fights his dragon all the time, even when he knows that Cassandra is his mate. Cassandra didn’t know much, but she learned fast and didn’t let witch/dragon stuff stop her from falling for Silas.
I was pleasantly surprised by some of the twist thrown into the storyline. The ending was suburb. I’d know from the authors group that she planed to add one more story to this series, but I wasn’t sure how she’d tie it into the Spirit Stone storyline. The ending answered that question and it was well done.
As always Ms. Lowe created a wonderful story that kept me hooked from start to finish.

Lure of the Fox continues the saga of the Aloha Shifters and concludes story arc of the Spirt Stones.
I have adored this series and community of shifters. This story is packed with action, suspense, and romance. It’s well written with a few twists plus a verity of shifters to enjoy. We get to see all our previous couples and a unique kind of shifter. The world is built beautifully. I have enjoyed how Ms. Lowe builds her world and characters.
Lure of the Fox was a sweet romance of second chances. Destiny will not be denied this time around. I had a little trouble getting into the story. Not sure if it was me or the story. If felt a little slow for my taste and things didn’t pick up until the 50% mark when the action starts to happen. The romance between Jake and Ella was sweet. It’s a slow build. Even though they have previously been together each kinda pushes the other way, well Ella more then Jake, until they deiced to give things a chance.
The ending was acceptable. We don’t get closer on Moira. She is the evil dragon shifter who wants the Spirt Stones, so the author has left it open for more stories to pop up. And, the way Lure of the Fox ends and the talk that the Aloha Shifters have about bringing in some Security help, well we might be getting a spin-off with more shifters to enjoy.
Lure of the Fox was a satisfying read. I’m excited to read the spin-off. I do recommend reading this series in order, but it’s not necessary, though you might get better enjoyment if you do.
