They say I’m their princess! Who are they kidding? I’m just Silver Springs Resident Orphan.
Even in Silver Springs, a town full of paranormal abnormalities, Lupine, the town’s resident orphan has never felt like she belonged.
Overworked, stressed, hair flying everywhere, Lupine is constantly on the move working with the unique children in the Silver Spring’s Orphanage. The Silver Springs human … Orphanage. The Silver Springs human population regularly grumble to her about their parenting challenges.
They have no idea! They should try being responsible for twenty or so paranormal children. The orphanage is pure mayhem. The witches are hiding Lupine’s keys, the half-angels keep levitating up to the roof and the shifters are running rogue.
When the mafia come to town, will she finally find her home among the wolves?
Lupine is a paranormal mafia royalty reverse harem romance from USA Today Bestselling Author, Hanleigh Bradley. It’s part of the Silver Springs shared universe.

Was a really good book and I enjoyed the characters and the kids! Loved that she worked at an orphanage. Disappointed she didn’t share her news with her men, would’ve liked to see what goes down.
This is not go to author when I want paranormal RH. Lupine was an out-of-control teen orphan and now she runs the orphanage where she grew up. Across the street from her was a vacant house but it’s not anymore the mafia has moved in and they even opened a gym in town. she has such a big heart caring for those bad a$$ supe kids and their shenanigans. It was absolutely hilarious when Lupine called them the creepy twins. And the mafia with all their sexiness made me and Lupine swoon. I hope this author makes Lupine’s aventures into a series. I want to find out how she copes with having her own little one.
Which team will you pick?
This book, Lupine, had all the feels. While reading, you will feel everything from joy to sadness. Hanleigh Bradley did such a wonderful job writing this story. I received an ARC from the author in exchange for my honest opinion.
I was intrigued about a mafia reverse harem in the small town of Silver Springs. Although I expected more “mafianess”, it was an overall great read with a lot of heart. Lupine is one of the many orphans in the town and the current runner of the orphanage. She’s had a troubled past, but gives her all every day to make sure that these kids are given what they need and to feel wanted and loved.
I think the creepy twins and Edmond were my favorite kids that she looked after. The twins were a less creepy version of the ones you’d see in a horror film, but they weren’t bad people- they made everyone superstitious and used their powers to get what they wanted, but they also genuinely cared about Lupine and their fellow housemates. Edmond was the sweetest little thing and he made my heart break near the end.
I feel like there wasn’t much there between Lupine and the wolves besides the mating bond. I would’ve liked to see more development of them getting to know one another. I did like that she was snarky with them from the start and didn’t submit to them and stood her ground.
The Cortesse guys were okay, but I would’ve loved to see some more of the Rossi family. I’m hoping there’s a sequel so we’ll find out more about them and the war between the two families.

Normally I am allergic to kids lol But I do love this series and I actually do think the kids in this book adds a nice depth to this book. Lupine thought she was abandoned as a kid and was raised at an orphanage. Being a trouble child she was sent to an academy where she turned her life around and when the person who ran the orphanage retired, she slid into the position to help support the kids like she had support growing up. That was when her life turned upside down, starting with a pack of hot “domesticated” mafia wolves moving in across the street.
This story was really awesome! I hope there will be more books with the rest of Lupine’s story. I loved the characters and definitely will read the other stories.
I love this book! It has an amazing story, an awesome and caring FMC, and four sexy guys! Who could ask for anything more? I really hope there will be a second book, because I thoroughly enjoyed this one!
It was cute story. I so much loved Lupine, she so considerate, loving and giving. Finding her mates was not what she hoped for, but even if it bring complications and her past, it make her happier. She caring as good as she can for all supernatural orphans. You can’t not love it.
I’m loving this book lupine who helps run the orphanage in silver spring and is having a bit of trouble with some of the children after taking over from Mrs mackney.one of the girls accidentally turns a girl at school in to a pig which I found quite funny and the creepy twins as she calls then seem to know what’s going on before she dose.lupine is stressed to bits till one day she meets juniper who gives her the magic romance novel(love blooms) that she thinks nothing about but then every thing after that changes.she meets 4 sexy wolf rehan, camden, wren, and kalen who say she is there princes and runs the fit in a spell gym and are part of the mafia and are very protective over her.at first she doesn’t want to give in as she quite strong willed and thinks it would be a bad idea but end up giving up and being there mate and dealing with things she never new about from her past.I enjoyed every minute of it and at one point I was so griped to the story I didn’t want to put it down.I was dyeing to get my hands on this as I love the story’s so far and was not disappointed and found it really funny too.with loveable character you’ll love along with the sexy mafia men.if you want a book that is fast burn and you loved the silver springs series this is the book for you
Great characters to add into the silver springs world. The wolves, the kids, and the cameos from other characters are perfect! So much fun!
Lupine is yet another awesome story set in the Silver Springs world. It was a fun read about a woman who runs an orphanage of supernatural children. Add in a dose of hot wolves and I’m hooked! I loved Lupine and all her interactions with the kids. It drew me in, made me giggle and swoon, and now it won’t let me go. I want more!
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book. The main character is totally believable and made me laugh with her mishaps., cry when she was in trouble. I would rate this a great read and you def need to read this.
I enjoyed this book. Lupine runs the supernatural orphanage where she herself grew up, dealing with all the different species of kids. Then four guys move in across the road.
This book was so easy to read, no complicated storylines, just a great story of Lupine finding four hot mates – although they seem to have brought some trouble along with them.
This is the first book by this author that I have read, and I really enjoyed it. I love Lupine and how she is willing to do everything she can for the orphans in her care. Meeting the guys moving in across the street makes for an interesting story. It has hilarity, sexiness, and an amazing story overall. I cannot wait to see where the next book in this series takes me.
Cute story with HEA. Lupine is an easy read stand-alone that I very much enjoyed reading.
This is a great book! Lupine is a sweet warm hearted woman who runs the orphanage in Silver Springs. I liked the way her story unfolds throughout the book. She gets her happily ever after!
Oh, what a book!!!!! I’m totally loving Lupine and her snarky way she communicates with some yummylicious guys!!! This story totally hooked me in and had me laughing and grinning from start to finish. I really didn’t want this book to finish…I’m not ready let these people go just yet….may have to re-read the book from start once more to get over this book hangover!
I already fell in love with Lupine in the epilogue of Juniper. She seemed so kindhearted and warm and I loved her snark and how she handled herself. I was therefore very curious to dive into this book and when the ARC arrived yesterday I had to keep myself from reading right away. My eyes however needed some rest, so I read a physical book first, but then I couldn’t wait any longer and just got started. And didn’t stop before I finished.
Just like all the books in the Silver Springs Library series Lupine is an easy, short and quick read. And writing good short stories really is a talent. I would say that plot-wise it’s very clear that this is only the start of the real story and that there’s certainly more to come. The plot therefore misses a clear direction and focus. Just like I personally missed some depth in the relationship between Lupine and her guys. I don’t get the feeling we get to know the guys very well as individual persons, although they seemed nice enough.
However, that doesn’t make the book any less addictive and that’s mostly because of two things. Firstly, Lupine is an amazing character, as I had already hoped. She clearly has a huge heart and she always puts the kids she’s taking care of first. Although she’s insecure about her parenting skills, I see her doing a great job. She listens to the children, respects them and really asks them what they want and need and why they want and need that. Her kindhearted nature is heartwarming and endearing.
And secondly there are the kids. We meet so many amazing kids, all supernatural creatures and all unique and different. We meet species we haven’t encountered in the other books yet and we get to see their powers and also their struggles. It doesn’t serve the plot, but it’s so interesting and well done, mostly because it’s so clear that Lupine really wants to be there for them in whatever way, that I would have loved to read an entire book with just different supernatural kids, their struggles and Lupine helping them.
I can’t wait for the next book in the series though! We’ve seen some of Calluna in previous books already and once more we meet her in the epilogue of this one and I’m excited to read her full story!
Lupine is working in the orphanage and word has it there are new neighbors. Also they appear to be in the mafia. They own a gym. To go or not to go. And the children of the orphanage want to welcome them baking cookies. What is Lupine to do with the hot shifter wolves? Great story and it can be read as stand alone in the spell library series but there are some caracter cross overs.
This story was zany and wacky and oh so much fun to read, I loved it. Lupine trying to round up all those orphans is hilarious. Then the guys appearing and integrating themselves into the household/orphanage just brings the story to wacky and funny lands.
I found coping with not just abandoned children but supernatural children to be hilarious, and Lupine manages to stay strong for her family of orphans and shows them how to be the best of themselves.
