I knew I made a big mistake volunteering to show this smart, sexy reporter around Smokey Ridge. In the beginning, I thought it was best to stay close and keep an eye on her. She was so damn hot, it was almost impossible not too.The last thing we needed was for her to get too close and discover our secret.I’m sure she would have blown it wide open to the whole world.I knew I should have handed her … world.
I knew I should have handed her over to someone else. Someone who wasn’t so distracted by her gorgeous body and those angelic eyes that bore straight into my soul.
Before I knew it though, I was up to my eyelids in trouble.
Now it’s going to take every scrap of ingenuity and strength I can muster just to keep us alive and protect our family secret from winding up on the evening news.
Luka’s Secret is a stand-alone story in the Smokey Mountain Dragons series with no cliffhangers, a guaranteed HEA, and hot, steamy scenes intended for adults only.

Louise goes to the mountains in search of dragons and a story to launch her career. She meets Luka and the true adventure begins. Loved the ending!!
I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had a very hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!

WHAT CAN AN ACT OF TRUE LOVE CAUSE?
I give this review 4.5 stars.
Luka Kelly, a dragon of Smoky Mountain, Georgia, has his and the other clans’ secret to keep. He meets a reporter, Louise, and they fall in love. Will Louise keep the secret that she somehow doesn’t want to share, or will she waffle because she doesn’t know how Luka feels about her. Her one decision could change the lives of everyone in the country for different reasons.

Fast and easy read. Works as a stand-alone. There have been rumors flying and Louise shows up to uncover the truth. Luka is showing her around but she is distracting him and it looks like there is another clan causing trouble. Good characters. Twists and turns. Works well in the series. But can she be trusted with the truth? (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
This story held my attention well, the authors play on words kept me going.
This series is still holding my attention and as I expected they just keep getting better.
A very enjoyable read with just the right amount of hot.
Looking forward to reading the next story.

Another Kelly Clan story
Reporter Louise is in town following up on reports of dragons. Dragons! Her first stop is the local watering hole – called The Watering Hole. What could this little podunk town possibly be hiding?
Dragon shifter Luka does his best to keep Louise away from any areas that could cause her to discover the truth. He’s also battling his attraction to her. When he discovers a rival clan on neighboring land, he ends up embroiled in a fight for his clan and his life. Can he keep Louise out of it and safe?
Luka Kelly a dragon shifter is tasked with showing Louisa around Smokey Mountain he has to show her enough to satisfy her but he has to protect his families secret at the same time That isn’t so easy when she totally distracts his dragon. Can he keep the secret from her, what happens when his dragon yells mate will she settle with him and his family will she keep their secret or is it about to hit the evening news You will have to read to see. This is another great book in the Smoky Mountain series and though each is a total stand alone do yourself a favour read them all
This is the 3rd book in the series, but reads well as a standalone. The story is written well and really holds your attention. Fast paced and lots of action. As a reporter, the story comes first. But what if it would really hurt the one you have fallen in love with? Louise has a tough decision to make. Can she put Luka before her career? These are the questions you will only get the answers to if you read the book. A bit of mystery, action and of course romance. Great read.

I love clan Kelly! Once again a fun short romp in the Smoky Mountains with some hot dragons. Louise is a reporter looking to break a big story, Luka agrees to show her around to try and throw her off the story. I really enjoyed that other dragon clans were introduced, so hoping the get a story.

I enjoyed reading this book , it has a great storyline and the interaction and chemistry between Louise and Luka is wonderful. I can’t wait for more from this author. I received this story as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
Luka’s Secret by Jadyn Chase is a well-written, stand-alone story that will keep you engaged from start to finish. There’s action, drama, danger, enemies, secrets, romance and one strong willed woman.
There’s been a lot of rumors about strange happenings near Norton, Georgia, specifically up on Smokey Ridge and a reporter has shown up to investigate these rumors that seem to center around the Kelly family. In order to try to control what the reporter sees, Luka Kelly offers to show Louise around. Her focus starts at a campground where some campers were found dead and a witness says dragons attacked (see Ezra’s Secret). Then she mentions a recent attack on horseback riders and two witnesses. Luka has never heard of it, but he knows it’s the Lynches and he has to warn another clan that they are about to be attacked.
By the time, Louise gets her story, will she expose dragons to the world? Will she even survive the battle to come?
This genre might not be for everyone but it’s a really wonderful five star short story.
