Book 3 can not come soon enough! India and Forge continue to face threats all while fighting their mutually growing love for each other. Nothing comes easily in this relationship, but the passion is so worth the fight. Prepare for another cliff hanger and to anxiously await book 3!
This was good. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. This review is for an ARC, and reflects my honest opinion.
The last book left off on a kind of cliffhanger, and this one picked up almost right where that ended…after a little peek into the past. Once again, I liked Jericho and India a lot. I thought this book was going to turn out differently, but I’m not surprised by the plot. Regardless, I enjoyed the antics between these two.
There were some twists, and this book definitely had some drama. Jericho was pretty amazing; I think he’ll be the newest addition to my book boyfriend list. Hot, moody, protective billionaire…yes, please! I enjoyed Joe Arden’s voice on the audiobook, and Erin Mallon’s voice grew on me, but it still wasn’t my favorite.
The nickname Jericho gave India was cute, and it fit her well. The ending was another cliffhanger, so I need the last book in this trilogy ASAP! Is it March yet?!? If you haven’t read the first two books, I suggest you wait until all three are published so you can binge read them!
Wow! Can’t wait for Book 3 of the Trilogy. So many twists and turns and I couldn’t put this one down.
Oh My Goodness this second book in the Forge Trilogy is thrilling, to say the least. The ongoing story of India and Jericho is so rich with emotion, feelings, and suspense. Meghan March books are always great but it seems every new series just gets better. I really enjoyed this installment as the characters question their feelings for each other and as those feelings grow and develop. I love that the author included characters from prior series like it’s old home week. There are lots of new plot twists have been added leaving burning questions as to how this will shake out. Can’t wait for the last book in this series. Five Stars!!
Luck of the Devil was everything I could have hoped for! Meghan March never disappoints and this story kept me hooked from the very first page. I was so excited to find out how Jericho and Indy’s story continued. This story is full of twists, turns and some serious passion between Jericho and Indy. I cannot wait to see how their story concludes. I’d highly recommend anything by Meghan March and this series is no different!
The Forge Trilogy is quickly becoming my favorite Meghan March series to date. Just when I think I’ve found my favorite, I’m blown away by her storyline once again. March’s imagination runs wild in Luck of the Devil as she brings us deeper into the world of Jericho Forge.
Indy and Jericho are headstrong, independent characters. They stand on their own individually, but when they are together, sparks fly and the audience continues to watch and wait for their next move. I love the pace of this book. It’s quick, electric and full of twists and turns. This book is a page turner and demands your attention.
I look forward to the stunning conclusion with Heart of the Devil!
Meghan March fully knocks me on my ass with her badass heroines and OTT Alphas. Jericho Forge is the sexy, dominate billionaire you’ll want to plunder your booty. This book is unputdownable. I’m not sure how many more times I’ll read it before the 3rd book comes out but it won’t be enough.
With every Meghan March book, this one just gets to you. You are rooting for the India and Jericho to completely fall in love but you also want to be a bit evil and make them both work for it. AND THEY DO!!! Jesus you put them in a room and that room is gonna burn up! I freaking love this series and the unknown variables just make you want to ignore life to find out what’s going on. I swear every twist and turn left you gaping. I’m excited AF to see how everything is going to wrap up and sad cause Jericho is shaping up to be my next book hubby.
Book 2 is here. I repeat book 2 is here!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again thank all the things that are holy that this author doesn’t make us wait year(s) in between installments! Thank Amazon for Indy Publishing! Its changed the game!!!
I was in a stupor for the last month waiting for book 2 in this series. I NEEDED ALL THE ANSWERS! Well…we get some. I mean it was the second book after all. And what Ms. March gave us…WOW! Plot twists I didn’t see coming. Characters changed and threw me for a loop!
We got more on Jerichos back story and it broke me. This couple is fire and impossible not to love. They are in the fight of their lives!
The ending left my jaw on the floor…again and I’m so excited for the final installment where all will be revealed!
Holy hell, if I thought the first book was an amazing start to this trilogy this instalment surpassed all expectations. After the way Deal with the Devil ended I was counting down the days until I got this book.
Its hard to write this review as I want to rave about it but I can’t as I refuse to spoil your enjoyment with spoilers. You must enjoy this with a clear head.
I have to admit I have a serious girl crush on India and I’m seriously swooning on Jericho <3
As per usual Meghan March delivers the flawlessly perfect tale filled with drama, danger, romance and so much chemistry the steam will be coming off your kindles. It because of this she is one of my favourite authors. She never fails to deliver a book/series that I love.
If you haven't read the first book Deal With the Devil then do not read this one until you have as it picks up from where that one left off.
After yet another OMG Cliffhanger that is in true superb Meghan fashion I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the final book in this trilogy Heart of the Devil roll on 12th March!
I have a love hate relationship with trilogies. Right now I’m in the hate phase. I hate this one in particular because I hate waiting. The cliffhanger itself expected, but the delivery was nothing I saw coming. Which is making it torture.
Ok. Despite the fact that I’m an impatient person being tortured, this trilogy is killing it. I’m totally invested in seeing how this plays out (even if that means I have to wait). I have so many questions that I need answered. That is a sign of a good book…one that keeps you thinking. The world that has developed has completely sucked me in. I love seeing the interaction with characters we’ve seen before. It’s a nice twist I’ve come to really enjoy. It shows how much thought and effort the author is putting into not only this trilogy, but all of her work.
Cannot wait for the conclusion!! Even if you’re like me and hate cliffhangers, go read this now. It will torture you in the best way, and will allow you time to analyze every move the characters are making.
This book is even better than the first! I’ve finished it in one sitting and absolutely loved every minute!
I really enjoyed the development of their relationship, these two are a formidable partnership and an absolute delight to read. There’s so much chemistry between them and I loved the sassy banter too. India is the perfect antidote to Jericho, he couldn’t of found anyone more perfect for him.
The story moves along quickly, it kept me glued to every page and I’m really excited for the final instalment.
Superb storytelling as I alway expect from Meghan, her writing is brilliant!
********* AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *********
Holy mother… this was one of the most compulsive books I’ve listened to in months, perhaps longer. I’m in serious awe of Meghan March’s writing and her storytelling abilities. I spent every single word of this audiobook with conflicting emotions. I was so aggravated with Indy and Jericho… there were moments I wanted to shake them both and scream… TALK TO EACH OTHER!! Then at other times, I would smile wistfully and just adored them both. They would charm me with their wit and fun banter… and oh man, that flirting. At other times I felt the weight of the unknown and the tension of what ifs, right there with them. However, no matter the emotions I battled… it was always HOT! It always felt so combustible. I always felt the pull of the crackin’!!
Both Indy and Jericho are strong and compelling characters. I loved Jericho in Deal with the Devil but there’s something about him in Luck of the Devil that elevates him. Indy is no push over, oh no, this woman has steel in her spine. She’s the perfect partner for Jericho. This couple brings true meaning to the phrase “A king only bows to his queen.” Luck of the Devil is a thrilling ride that I listened to from go in ONE SINGLE SITTING. There’s no other words to describe this audiobook than compulsive and utterly unputdownable. Once I started I had to know where the Luck was taking us… and if you thought cliffy #1 was bad, lol, hold onto those reading devices and/or headphones because this one tops it and left me reeling!
The narration was top notch. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon both captured the strength in their character perfectly. It’s rare that there isn’t a thing I would change in an audiobook but these two hit the bullseye. The only thing that would have made this better was if I didn’t have to wait for the conclusion but I just know it’s going to be epic!!!!
I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
I really loved and enjoyed Luck of the Devil, it really hooked me in fast and really took me for a ride. I adored the chemistry between the two characters. I’m not a huge fan of couples having more then one book but I love how Meghan does it. There so flawless and always leave you wanting more and definitely will keep you on the edge of your seat. Cant wait for the last book and to see where this couple go’s.
This was an extremely fast paced book that picks up where the first book left off. I could not put it down. I fell in love with Jericho in this book. We get a little more detail into his background. We also get to see a softer side to him, which I absolutely loved.
Once again, Meghan tells a tale full of twists and turns. While I figured a few things out, I still have no idea where this story is going. I can not wait to see how the story ends.
I love living in the worlds Meghan March creates, even if it’s only for a few days.
Jericho Forge and Indy are two of my favorites she’s written.
This one picks up wright where the last one left off and ends, yet again, in a cliffhanger that has me ready for book 3 (Maybe we can get that like now???). Her stories are addictive, they’re so hard to put down, even for a minute. And I LOVED seeing old friends in this one!
I love how Meghan March releases her books, they’re like bam, bam, bam! But you still feel like, it’s not fast enough, I need it now!!!
Luck of the Devil was amazing! I can’t get enough of this power couple and this story has it all…
Jericho and Indy are surrounded by so many secrets, deceptions, power, lies…this book packs tons of heat like her others! I love this couple, love the ride the author takes us on! Bring on the third installment! I can’t wait for the conclusion!!! Highly recommend this author and trilogy!
Luck of the Devil by Meghan March is the second installment in the Forge Trilogy. Luck of the Devil is not a standaloe. You must read the previous book, Deal with the Devil, first.
The story picks up where the previous book was left off.
Jericho Forge grew up in his own hell, escaped barely and build an empire all on his own. He’s an hard man, the perfect anti-hero – feared , admired, envied. India his wife is more than just a pawn, and he has to find out what happened to her. Forge is THE bad boy of all the bad boys out there in the romance world. And his and India’s story is a fast paced pageturner that left me breathless and with a major bookhangover. Their story concludes in Heart of the Devil.
Luck of the Devil, book 2 in the Forge trilogy, picks up where Deal With the Devil picks up. I didn’t think it was possible, but I loved Indy and Jericho so much more in this installment. They not only grew as individuals, they grew as a couple, but starting to truly fall for the other. There’s definitely more grit and angst in this book, as the two bargain for what they want. But just when you think you have things figured out, there’s a new twist that will have you second guessing everything. I’m definitely ready for Heart of the Devil, because I need to know what happens!
Meghan March has a mission to take your breath away with this fast pace delicious sexy trilogy, and she did a terrific job.
Jericho & Indy’s pull and push, enemies to lovers, is everything you expected from them; together they make an earthquake, turns day to night, is so hot they can melt the most coldest heart, their own.
I love seeing how they became a unit, look at their flaws, and finally, Jericho opens up for Indy, but should she trust her heart?
Secure
Safe
Trust?
So many emotions go into Indy’s head, but Jericho has his insecurities, and he will try everything to get his wife to love him back.
This book grabs you by the throat in the most sexily and dangerously and doesn’t let you go, and you beg for more and more, and now that I finished with this book with an of hell of a cliffhanger I feel like someone stole something important to me.
Now I’m here counting the days for the last book like children waiting for Christmas!
Hurry Up Time!
