Liz must run the spectrum of Southern society, from the local homeless shelter where Shelby volunteered to the one-hundred-year-old book club where … where Charleston’s genteel ladies are dying to join, to bring a killer to justice.

Sweet southern style with great characters
This is a fun read, part of a fun series. Likable characters (even the ghost) and a quirky plot.
Love this series. Mystery, ghosts, romance & Southern charm.
So in love with this series!! Liz And Nate are left with a new case that involves one of my favorite things! A book club and one of its members had turned up dead with the suspect list slim they have a lot of work to do! With the help of Colleen popping in and out and giving me a few laughs plus my favorite couple this series has me addicted!
Another great book in the series set in Charleston SC.

Was going to read the first one and bought a book of the same title but different author.
I enjoyed the characters. They seemed real to me. And I was not bored! This book left me wanting to read more in this series.
Trying to find “a connection” in solving a local Murder turned out to be THE Book Club! AND the Book Club has “ a Waiting List”, since it was deemed Important to keep the number of members Small.
Good story. Enjoyed the Charleston description and use of Southern traditions and idiosyncrasies.
As a resident of the low country , loved reading this book. Am in the process of reading the rest of the books in the series.
