Can her love tame her fling?
Everly King’s life might be on a Plan B track, but she’s perfectly content with her job, her nights out at the movies, and putting her past behind her. She certainly doesn’t need to be reminded over and over that her sister is, well, engaged to Everly’s ex.Austin Hayes is the architect hired to redesign Everly’s beloved theater. As a widower with a young daughter, … to redesign Everly’s beloved theater. As a widower with a young daughter, the last thing he wants is to juggle another relationship.
Thankfully, Austin is only in Hidden Hollows for a few weeks. A fake relationship seems exactly what both need. After all, when it’s just a fling, no one gets hurt. Right?
If you love witty heroines and loyal heroes, then you’ll love the third book in the Hidden Hollows multi-author collaboration, Loving her Fling.

This is another great clean contemporary romance from Heather B. Moore. It was just a lot of fun to read. I loved the romance and how Everly and Austin didn’t play games; they were just open with each other about how they felt. Great choice for those looking for a quick, fun story.
I read an ARC provided by the author/publisher. All opinions are my own.
I so admired Everly for her graciousness toward her sister. I have two daughters and this really struck a chord with me. I even had a conversation about this book with one of them. Everly and Austin meet and it starts out sweet but turns quickly. I love how they actually talked to and listened to each other. No playing games or angst between them. His daughter was adorable. The author did a great job of handling the struggle Everly had with her sister and ex. Loved how things worked out. The ending with Everly and Austin was so romantic. I was sad when this book ended and I will definitely being reading this one again.
Very enjoyable clean romance. It is definitely a feel good read with loveable characters. Good communication between Everly and Austin and a build up to their romance. Easy to read and well written. I received a free copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is the third book set in Hidden Hollows and I enjoyed it as much as the first two. I love reading single dad stories and Austin is a great dad to Jessica. Everly and Austin start as enemies, when she learns he’s in town to renovate the theater. The theater was her late dad’s and her favorite place. She wants it to stay just like it is. Once, Austin reveals his plans she’s on board with the changes. Everly lies to her mom about having a boyfriend. She’s been hurt in the past. Her ex-boyfriend, Brock, is now engaged to her sister, Brandy. I really don’t agree with this title and I didn’t like how her sister’s relationship played out. I won’t leave any spoilers, but I will say, if you like single dad stories, you will enjoy this book.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Everly loves her life as it is but her family wants her to find a husband.
Austin is raising his daughter and does not want another wife right now. So they team up together to just be good friends. After all, he lives in a different town so why not have a fling while he is there to remodel the movie theater.
I recommend this book to all who like good clean reading with a happy ever after.
What I enjoyed:
• Everly lied to her mom about a boyfriend. Was it still OK for a 27 year old to have a pretend boyfriend? This immediately caught my attention, because I wondered what type of trouble would come from Everly’s deception?
• I liked how Everly and Austin met. Their meeting immediately caught my interest and drew me into their story.
• This was a clean read. But that doesn’t take away from the romance between Everly and Austin. This was a romance between two very kind people who had admirable qualities.
• The pacing of this story was neither too slow nor too fast.
• The story was told from alternating viewpoints of Everly and Austin. The transitions between the viewpoints were so seemless, you didn’t pay any attention to the changes.
• Moore did an amazing job with her dialogues between her characters. Sometimes they were humorous and other times they were serious.
• The writer’s words painted clear pictures that helped me to visualize the scenes and the emotions of the characters. The author’s writing style was concise vivid, and clear.
I was given an advance copy of this book. My review was voluntary and my opinions were my own. I highly recommend this Hidden Hollows Novel and I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
