All eyes are on up-and-coming country artist, Cash Knight, but he has is sights set on Olivia Young. He’s a cocky musician. She showed up at a bar in her pajamas. Is he stalking me?I call it fate. He’s cheesy. I prefer the term romantic. Maybe I was wrong about him. I’m determined to make her mine.I fell in love with him. She’s my muse.Life has other plans for us. I’ll fight for her.I’ll protect his … determined to make her mine.
I fell in love with him.
She’s my muse.
Life has other plans for us.
I’ll fight for her.
I’ll protect his image.
I miss her.
I watch his success from afar.
She’s mine.
I need to fix this.
I’ll give her the kind of love found in country songs.

Fabiola Francisco has a way of writing sweet love stories with adorably charming Southern boys as her heroes. I believe this is truly her bread and butter, as demonstrated in her Sweet on You Series: Sweet on Wilde and Whiskey Nights.
Lovin’ On You continues in that same tradition and takes you on an emotional journey with the two main characters- the rising country singer, Cash Knight and young, graphic design guru, Olivia Young. You will find hefty helpings of tender and funny moments woven throughout this book.
“She’s the perfect song and I want to be the one to write it”
This story was an especially fun read for me personally, because as you know I love a good old fashioned celebrity romance. The conflict Olivia faces in dating a celebrity was heartbreaking. I really felt for her in those moments of pain and personal embarrassment as she struggled to cope.
In Lovin’ on You, readers get a glimpse at the poetic side of Francisco’s writing – the multiple songs that Cash pens to Olivia were all written by the author. This of course is no surprise to Francisco’s longtime readers, as it is no secret the author enjoys writing poetry.
Favorite quote: “She was my muse from the beginning, and she will be until the day I die.”
Favorite steamy quote: “I love the way you taste . . . everywhere.”
Lovin’ on You is a sweet romance that will capture and hold your heart until the last page.
What a refreshing read. No it wasn’t insta-love but a relationship developed over time with bumps and bruises that made it feel much more real. This author uncanny ability to draw us into the story as we all fell in love right along wit Cash and Olivia. She is a strong independent woman who was not afraid of being herself. He is a man unafraid of the raze of crap his boys in the band gave him for the songs he wrote. Great story with a few twists and turns to keep it flowing. Great characters and loads of laugh out loud moments

I really loved this book!
Olivia and Cash are an amazing couple and I was so happy with the way they handled everything. Yes that idiot Nathan was a luge road block, but Jen did a great job convincing Olivia to get the advice that truly helped. Plus for me the best part was that Olivia and Cash did get their happily ever after…All that plus Rebel Desire opened for LUKE BRYAN…….EPIC WIN!!!!!
This was my first read by this author and I really enjoyed this music romance.
Lovin’ on You is centered around Cash Knight, the lead singer for Rebel Desire and Olivia Young, a freelance graphic designer.
Olivia and I have so much in common that we really should be friends due to our love of Fireball and Tim McGraw! She is such a lovable and relate-able character. Cash might a rock-star but he is so down to earth and grounded. He can write a country song about me anytime he wants!!
Their relationship is a slow and steady build up, not that insta-love stuff. Loved the whole cat and mouse game they played – and they both played it well! The two of them together is just absolutely amazing!
“Tequila to Kill Ya. Tequila and I are Frenemies. I only take her in my margaritas.” – This has to be one of my favorite lines in this book as no truer words have been spoken or written!
The only person I wished had a little more story-line would be Nathan. He kind of appears in and out of the story line, and I felt that I needed a little more closure in regards to what he brings to Cash’s and Olivia’s story.
Overall a great read and will most definitely be reading more by Ms. Francisco!
First off this is a cute and enjoyable read with a HEA. It is the first in the series but it appears that each book might be about different character(s) that you have meet along the journey. I’m not sure if they could be labeled stand alone or not (I’ve only read and excerpt from the second book). It seems they are each about a new couple though one or more of those people may have been introduced in a previous book. With this story there is no cliffhanger so no worry there. There is some strong language and semi detailed sex scenes, so you are have been forewarned. The sex scenes do not distract from the building of the story if anything due to their waiting and taking it slow it adds to it. I will admit that I felt the language took away from the story. Normally I can ignore the language while reading. There were times that the f-bombs were just completely unnecessary and for me ruined the scenes. Example if during a tender moment the guy I was with proclaimed his love to me with a “I f****** love you.” I would be a little disappointed, the second time I would ask if he could word it without the explicit, by the third or fourth time it would be a problem for the relationship. Cash seems to almost always proclaim his love for Olivia this way. Otherwise the story has a nice flow and strong characters.
The main characters are Cash Knight, Olivia Young, Olivia’s cousin Jen, Bri (Olivia’s best friend) and Cash’s band Rebel Desire which consists of Ryder, Cole and Jason. Oh there is also Nathan Olivia’s ex boyfriend.
We meet Olivia when she shows up at the bar to pick up her cousin Jen in her pj’s. Jen has meet the band Rebel Desire and wanted her cousin to meet them too. She didn’t expect her to show up in her pajamas. Ryder who’s interest has, up til now, has been in any girl that is looking to have some fun has turned his interest to Jen. Meanwhile the lead singer Cash is intrigued by this slightly older woman that showed up in her pj’s. Cash is more down to earth and isn’t interested in banging every girl in sight. He has his goal to have his band become the next big thing in country music and Nashville is the place it’s started and that it’s going to happen in. Cash’s interest is so big that he even writes a song about her that he plays at a big music festival after calling for her to come up on stage. He knows she’s there since his band mate has been seeing her cousin. After they have been dating for a while the ex Nathan starts making trouble for both Liv and Cash. Evidently even though they’ve been broken up for at least a year he just can’t move on and isn’t happy to see she has. At one point I would say that the story even gives you a lesson in that you should never do something risky with someone since you never know how they may use it in the future. She even includes the “lyrics” to some of the songs Cash writes.
To sum it up I enjoyed the story over all and look forward to reading the next books in the series and other books by this author. My only real complaint is the language at times. I picked up this book for free and at the time of the posting of this review the book is still free on Amazon.
Loved it. Cash was so respectable but determined!
Oh my heart! I loved this story. It gave me nothing but happy giddy feelings through it all. Cash and Olivia are absolutely adorable, I can’t take it. Regardless of how she looks upon his first encounter with Olivia he is drawn to her, pajamas and all. I love Olivia, she is such a down to earth kind of girl, who I could totally see me being friends with. Cash is it! He is so swoon-worthy! Everything he does, says, sings, melts my heart. He will do everything possible to keep Olivia in his life. But like any love story there is trouble around the corner. I won’t spoil the book for you, but my heart broke for the both of them. Their love is one of a kind, strong, and real. And in the end nothing can keep them apart, not even crazy, obsessive ex’s.
I am so excited to dive into the next two books to see what else is in store for the members of Rebel Desire.
Immature writing.
Good (realistic) plot.
This is a great book! Cash meets Olivia while he is an up and coming singer. They have a whirlwind romance. Once they overcome their trials and obstacles their lives can be happy.
Characters were dull and I didn’t care what happened….not for me…
***3.75 Lovin’ Stars***
Cash Knight and his band, Rebel Desire, are up and coming country music stars! Cash is a good guy, very emotional and sweet to his core. I don’t know a woman alive who would not want what he’s peddlin’. He tells it like it is, honest to a fault and I loved his character.
Olivia Young is the object of Cash’s desire. He spots her one evening when she comes into a bar in her pajamas to rescue her cousin and Cash is a goner. He works hard to get her attention.
Now it seems his songs are about her and the way he loves her but there is one problem lurking in the shadows by the name of Nathan, her ex-boyfriend. She broke up with him a year prior. He does everything he can think of to break them up but he has one final card up his sleeve. He has intimate videos and pictures of when they were together and he threatens to ruin her and her new business along with the straight laced image Cash and the Rebel Desire are so proud of. He wants to ruin them both…then she will want him back!! Huh? What is wrong with this psycho? He’s delusional!
She lets the love of her life go to save him from the embarrassment of her video tapes and the destruction of his and his band’s good image that being assosciated with her might cause. The videos were close up and leave nothing to the imagination and there is no doubt who is starring in the flick. Her face is front and center. Yes, she’s young and stupid too, but I would have thought she was smart enough to say no when Nathan, the ex, wanted to film her. I can’t help that it changed my opinion of her and not in a good way. She doesn’t want to take legal action because her big mistake will be viewed by the police and detectives as they work on the case so she does nothing, just lets him control her and what she does. But when she leaves him she won’t tell him why. The man is devestated. They are apart a little over eight months and both were faithful to the other.
This is a safe read with no cheating and no OW drama. I have to say that my major complaint is the fact the story stalled in various places throughout. There was info I felt we didn’t need for the story to move forward and it became hard for me to stay involved…just too much time passed.
A feel good love story.
All the feels you could need in a book… I was in love with Cash from first mention! Such a Southern gentleman from the start, who saw past an old pair of “grandma pajamas” to the real beauty within. Olivia drew me into the series, and from there I couldn’t wait to learn more about the rest of Rebel Desire. A woman who throws herself into her work, selfless, and shy… a woman after my own heart. A man who wants to show her what true love is and to believe in fairy tales again. What girl doesn’t want a fairy tale come true? Well here it is, point me in the direction of a real life Cash and I am all over it. Definitely a worthwhile read, I’ll recommend to all my reader friends!
Absolutely love this book!! Such a wonderful love story! I could see myself right there with the characters, going thru the motion. I recommend this book.
This book was very romantic and heart felt at the same time absolutely loved it
When you read a book by a new to you author you aren’t ever really sure what you will get. But, I am so glad that I took a chance on this novel by Fabiola! Fabiola actually wrote lyrics for some of Cash’s bands songs, and let me tell you… this girl can write lyrics not just novels… I swooned so hard!
First off, I would like to tip my hat to Cash and Olivia, for the most part this couple had GREAT communication, and if you have ever read romance, you know that often times this is lacking in relationships, so that was a breath of fresh air for me.
Olivia, is strong, independent and sassy and I just adored her.
“Never underestimate the power of daisy dukes and cowgirl boots.” <--- This is my real life power outfit, just sayin'. She was his Cash's muse from the beginning and that is the sweetest thing, I don't think that any other genre of music could pull this off like country music. "She was my muse from the beginning, and she will be until the day I die." The faithfulness these two have to each other, even when they had their issues was amazing and I loved it, I'm so glad they didn't go off an do something they would later regret. "Jealousy makes people ugly and hatred makes them insane." And this my friends was the ugly truth from this book. This character, which I'm not going to name names, was a total tool. He has some deep seated issues that we don't get to quite delve into, but he sure did make the story more interesting. Cash and Olivia's love was the perfect country song, from the love to the heartbreak and back. If you love country music and sweet romance, this is the book for you. "She's the perfect song and I want to be the one to write it."
