Korinne Anders had it all. She had the perfect job, the perfect house, and the perfect husband. When tragedy strikes, her world takes a devastating turn. Six months after losing her husband to a car accident, Korinne vows it to herself never to love again. If she doesn’t allow another man in her heart, then there’s no reason for her to feel the pain of loss. This plan seems to work, but is put to … to the test when Korinne’s best friend can’t stand to see her suffering any longer.
Korinne’s long-time friend, Jenna Perry, has an idea and it involves helping her friend find the spark of life in her soul no matter what it takes. Korinne didn’t know that Jenna’s plan meant bringing back a past love, a second chance with the man that Korinne had to leave in college, but always kept a place for in her heart.
When Galen Matthews learns of Korinne’s loss and that she’s finally moved back home, he wants nothing more than to be there for her. The love he felt for Korinne years ago has never left him, and now he’s given a second chance to not only mend her heart of her loss, but to also continue the love they shared in the past. Will his love and determination make her strong enough to give fate a second chance, or will her fear of losing another love make her run away?
What will Korinne do when she’s faced with a love so powerful that no matter what she does there’s nowhere to run from it?

Wow Read in 1 sitting. Awesome book. Awesome writer
A bit too much like other romance novels. Was a bit boring
I loved this book & the characters. It started so sad but ended beautifully. Great story of healing and dealing with tragedy & moving on.
Overall I thought this was a good book that got better and better. At first it felt rushed then a bit predictable. I loved the characters.
Excellent story, heartwarming. Too much explicite sex.
Young love is not always long lasting. Life can change our pathway but sometimes it leads us home.
It’s a story of a perfectly loving husband and a perfectly loved wife!
Not my favorite by this author.
Poorly written, badly edited.
I loved this book! Sometimes it is good for me to see how others handle adversity and tragedy, fear, and hope. I need to remember that everyone goes through their own hell at times, and that a close bond with someone else can help ease the pain. I loved the history between the characters, too. It helped build a solid relationship between them, …
Really enjoyed this book. The next best situation to falling in love is getting a second chance.
Entertaining. Stand alone book which is always nice
The idea that love comes around more than once in your life and it’s ok to have a second chance

Corinne leaves town cause she is devastated but later comes back. Sees Galen, spends time with him and sparks fly again. A beautiful love story with lots of …
Beautiful
Make sure you have your tissues ready for this beautiful story. They met in college because of her best friend but she transferred schools. She married but now is a widow. He still loved her and she him.
I love Second Chances stories. Everyone has done things that they would like to do-over, but unless you can time travel (this is not a time travel book) you want to have that second chance.
Korinne and Galen were sweethearts in college, but when Korinne transferred to a different school to continue her studies in design, they tearfully said …
2.5, actually and thank you very much. OK, I’ll admit it, I’m a sucker for a second chance. This one? Well, if you’re looking for flowers, sunshine, puppies, and unicorns this one will probably do it for you. I picked it up because I liked the premise of the book. It was good and the story itself was a good one. The writing? It became tiresome. I …
