Talk about a nail-biter! This fast-paced tale is so filled with edge of your seat suspense that you won’t be able to put it down. Camille and Will are an unlikely couple. He’s rather serious, believing in logic over emotions. Camille’s all about emotions. As an empath, she not only has a sixth sense about some things, she also believes strongly in leading with her heart when it comes to her personal life. It’s this opposites attract component that enhances your fascination in their story. Add in a touch of the paranormal, and you have an element of intrigue that only makes this a more interesting tale. Although this is full of excitement with moments of intense drama and passion, it’s the heartwarming end that makes it all worthwhile.
This is an intriguing read about two people who at times frustrated me but I think it only made the story that much more captivating. Will’s on again off again actions had me wanting to smack him one minute and cheer for him the next. Great writing, interesting characters and twists I didn’t see coming made this a great read.
Dealing with this enigmatic man is so meaningful and frustrating!
Sometimes relationships may start with a bang but don’t always go the way of rose coloured glasses and smooth sailing… Add that six sense/intuition, a beautiful empathetic and honest nature that’s the very essence of your persona… oh boy, that relationship just became a whole load of mixed up crazy volatility. PASSIONATE… but indecisive and obstinate is better than forming connections for Will Holloway. Easier too!! Less mess! For Camille… it’s the start of something meaningful, yet so frustrating dealing with the enigmatic Will Holloway.
While there are times you so want to shake Will for his bluntness, he is who is is and makes so pretense about it. Definitely shaped and molded by his upbringing. For the most part, keeping your emotions in check and people at a distance prevents hurt. He is true to his character’s personality. Once you dig into his personality and learn more, that inner depth, you grow to love him his feelings really do run deep – you just have to find the right path.
Camille sees beyond the outer image Will projects to the world and sees the very heart of him… this is disconcerting at best. It’s going to take a whole lot of perseverance, and trouble to make things work.
Don’t be different in a small town…not only does it cause a whole load of grief but trouble and intrigue are looming for Camille, one that she has to figure out fast before it’s too late.
While it took me a chapter or so to get into this series – as so much was happening, personalities all vying for their slice of attention, as Noelle Greene establishes the threads of her story in LOVER’S INTUITION. I can say, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and look forward to continuing the BLUE MILL series.
It was a great weekend read, filled with wonderfully engaging characters that have and show the flaws they need to overcome. Tension, drama and suspense mount. Such a beautiful that tugs at your heart yet will have you at times, only if you dare, want to take a certain man to task and tell him to get his act together… then tell some other characters to get in line…
Welcome to Blue Mill – where Noelle Greene share’s the life and loves of some wonderful characters…let your intuition guide you and pique your attention.
There is a lot of story here, and it’s very easy to get sucked into it. As I look at the darkness outside my window, I realize that I just lost a day to this book. I have no regrets – other than that the book is over. I loved Camille. I loved that she has this very special ability but for her it’s not a super power. There’s nothing magic about. For her it’s more a pain in the backside than anything truly helpful. Will left me feeling like ai was caught on an emotional roller-coaster. He’s very bad at dealing with feelings which left me swinging wildly from wanting to hug him tight and tell him that everything would be alright, to wanting to smack him, hard. I hated all the pain that this pair had to go through to be able to come out the other side, but the story wouldn’t have been nearly as powerful without it. I look forward to digging into the other books in this series.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.
This book kept me up way past my bedtime! It is intriguing, suspenseful and romantic and I was unable to tear myself away from it. Camille’s intuitive gift has caused her problems in the past and although she managed to keep it under wraps to some extent, it roars into life after a date goes wrong. Meeting the gruff and arrogant Will surprisingly brings her some level of composure. As the book evolves and murder is committed, Camille feels obligated to speak out, only to discover that she becomes the brunt of gossip and is spurned by the small community. However, hiding in plain sight there is a much bigger problem and when Will and Camille stumble into the path of danger, Camille finds herself depending more and more on her gift. I loved the main characters in this story and although Will is reclusive and grumpy, he nevertheless tugs at the heartstrings. Camille may have seemed the more vulnerable of the two, but in many ways she is in fact a whole lot stronger. Although this book is part of a series, it is nevertheless a standalone with a satisfying conclusion. It is a well written page turner and once I started, I was unable to put it down.
Awesome story with twists and turns so sharp they should have hazard lights! Will and Camille are two wounded souls who don’t know whether to help each other or run in opposite directions. Come along with them and see what happens! Warning: explicit sex scenes.

I received a free copy of the novel Blue Mill book 1: Lover’s Intuition by Noelle Greene and this review was given freely.
Be prepared for a roller coaster of emotions. Complex and easy flowing with vivid descriptions, this novel contains the rocky romance of Billionaire Will with the empath and landscaper Camille, is suspenseful with realistic characters, features the seemlier side of the drug trade, and has a heart warming ending.
Camille and Will each battle their own problems while falling in love. Throw in a murder, contemptuous townspeople and the story evolves. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel, well written characters even if I did want to tell Will to stop being a twit several times (lol) but that makes him believable. Enjoy.
