What a second chance romance! Hayes and Blaire are reunited after 12 years. There is no denying the chemistry between the two. but there is a lot of hurt and resentment between the two they need to work through. I loved Hayes and Blaire from the start. Hayes is dedicated to his work but when faced with the challenge of leaving everything and being there for his family and a town he knew it was the right choice. He is sweet and thoughtful. Blaire mission in life is helping people. She spends her days helping children and communities that are in desperate need. I loved how although there was baggage between the two they were able to work through it together. Claudia did an excellent job of not only telling Hayes and Blaire story she also developed the secondary character that makes you want their stories just as bad. This is an excellent story that once you start you will find it hard to put down! I am excited for the other stories in this series.

This brand new series by Claudia Burgoa will have you intrigued if not falling in love with each of the Aldridge brothers. Hayes, the oldest kicks off the series. Blaire is a strong heroine and I absolutely adore her. She’s quirky to Hayes’s nerdiness. The pair have stolen my heart. This book will have you all up in your feels. Loved You Once is the great start to what will be an amazing small town series starring the Aldridge brother’s. This second chance romance is one not to be missed!

This is the story of Hayes and Blaire who have not seen each other in twelve years. It took his father dying for him to see her again and it was certainly no accident. Blaire still resents Hayes, but deep down they both still love each other. Not only does she have to deal with Blaire but he also have five brothers and this is a family that all holds some animosity towards each other. Their story is not a insta love or told super fast it is a slow burn. There is a lot of of things that go one and their are even some funny moments. You will totally understand why I mentioned the brothers and their animosity and you will know what that is all about. I just don’t want to give anything away about this book. I am sure we will see more of them in the books that are coming after this one.

I didnt want this book to end! I am loving the Aldridge brothers and I can’t wait to get all their stories! Loved you Once is about second chances, forgiveness and family. Hayes and Blaire have known each other for years, but spent most of them apart. Their history and the time during those years are complicated and full of misunderstandings. Their reunion involves the entire Aldridge gang and it is laugh out loud funny! Hayes and Blaire have instant chemistry that is inevitable to ignore. I loved this storyline and so excited to see where it goes. I loved all these characters, each brother, and female, we met is dynamic and unique in their own way. They are fun and light and exactly what I needed during this stressful time!!

Loved You Once (Baker’s Creek Billionaire Brothers #1) by Claudia Burgoa is a contemporary, second chance, small town, billionaire romance and family saga told in first person, dual POV. It follows the relationship between Hayes, an orthopedic surgeon, and Blaire, his ex-girlfriend and first love, as they team up with his five half-brothers in a race against time to save the town of Baker’s Creek by carrying out the stipulations in his father’s will.

I enjoyed this book and its many characters. The romance between Hayes and Blair took a bit of a backseat to the family dynamics as the driving force of the story centered on saving the town. The interactions between the estranged brothers were realistic and enjoyable to read. This book does an excellent job setting the stage for a new series. I just wanted a little more of the romance between Hayes and Blair. Overall, it was a fun read full of twists, turns, and family drama. I’m looking forward to reading more about the Aldridge brothers in upcoming books.

Hayes and Blair fell in love in college and now here we are 12 years later…thrown together in this little town with Hayes’ brothers. Talk about some family drama!
Hayes wants nothing more than to prove to Blair they are meant to be. But Blair is going to make him work for it! Hayes was of course swoony. Blair was a breath of fresh air! So strong and independent.
At times I struggled to keep all the brothers straight. I would have liked a little more of Blair and Hayes but overall I enjoyed the story and am looking forward to each brothers story.

What a great start to The Baker’s Creek Billionaire Brothers series! These Aldridge brothers; Henry, Hayes, Pierce, Mills, Carter, Vance, and Beacon, will drive you crazy and make you swoon all at once! They have been apart for longer than they have been together. Now with the ruthless stipulations in their late fathers will, they are forced to give up their lives and move in together, in Baker’s Creek, for eighteen month’s. Blaire Wilson, has also been summoned as Carter’s widow. She is nervous to see these men again after their last heartbreaking encounter. Hayes and Blaire were lovers in college, making plans for their future when Hayes broke her heart and moved away to concentrate on his career as a doctor. He has always regretted leaving her and never forgotten her and the deep love they shared. But they were young and he was afraid he was too much like his absentee father. When he sees Blaire again, he is determined to prove he is a better man, and win her trust and love. But he also wants the trust and love of his brothers. I loved the slow burn romance between Hayes and Blaire as they learned who they each were again, earning their admiration, trust, and love. There is alot going on setting up this series and the background of everyone’s lives. The men have each felt betrayed by their father, and each other. They are all closed off in some way, feeling vulnerable, and cautious on giving up their successful lives only to be left behind, again, by the family they have always yearned for. Each brother is unique, charismatic, and sexy. I loved how they all had that one person between them that they deferred to, not wanting to show too much before the other. I am really excited to get to know them all more with each book. I loved Henry’s assistant, Sophia, who was fun, and sassy, and was the magician that kept everything running smoothly, I can’t wait for more about her. I also loved the quirky towns folk and their affinity for social media!
I really enjoyed how narrators, Connor Crais, and Stella Hunter brought these characters and story to life. They easily bring out the push/pull between Hayes, Blaire, and all the brothers, allowing us to experience their vulnerabilities and strengths, and sizzling chemistry!
This is going to be a hilarious, moving and sizzling series that you don’t want to miss!

The start of another great series. This one is about the Aldridge brothers and what they have to do to fulfill their father’s will or a town could go to ruins. In order to receive their inheritance (which none of them really wants), they all have to live together in their father’s house in Baker’s Creek for 18 months and help run the businesses there and the factory in the next town. The Aldridge family founded the town of Baker’s Creek and William (the father) owns most of the land and property in town. All six brothers have very different careers and different lives. They haven’t seen each other in over 10 years and there are a lot of resentment going around. Now all 6 plus Blaire (deceased brother Carter’s wife and first love of Hayes’) have to convince each other to commit 18 months of their lives if not for the inheritance then to save the town and the people’s livelihood in the town.

This book gives us some of the history of why the brothers are estranged but it is from Hayes and Blaire’s point of views. These 2 were each other’s first love and soulmates until Hayes broke Blaire’s heart. Hayes’ was hurt when he found out that Blaire had married his younger brother, Carter, and then “took” Carter’s inheritance when he passed away from cancer. Twelve years later, Hayes’ realizes that he never stopped loving Blaire and wants to start over again. He sees the 18 months as an opportunity to win Blaire’s love and trust back.

I can’t wait for the next book to see what happens when all 9 people (6 brothers, Blaire, Lylsa, and Arden – son of Mills) have to live together for the next 18 months and if the brothers can get pass their pain and build a better and closer relationship with each other. They will have to work together to save the town and hopefully find love along the way. I’m hoping that Sophia (Henry’s assistant) will actually be the 10th person in the mix, even if she doesn’t have to stay in the same house with everyone else. She is the perfect match for Henry and she seems to be the one that he will actually “listen” to.
