From Wall Street Journal & USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson. A coming of age, enemies to lovers, contemporary romance filled with angst and all the feels.I should have told her everything. How much I loved her. How much I’ve always loved her. But I didn’t. I couldn’t. I just wasn’t made that way.Instead… I claimed her. Teased her.Taunted her.Worshipped her.Until… I broke her.My best … her.
Taunted her.
Worshipped her.
Until… I broke her.
My best friend.
My savior.
My girl.
From my mind to my heart, to every single bone in my body.
She owned me.
I was hers.
Every look.
Every kiss.
Every touch.
Every tear.
It was always her.
The only thing I feared more than losing her was forgetting her.
I hated how much I needed her.
She was mine.
Always and forever.
I hated her then.
But Harley Jameson was about to find out how much…
I LOVED her now.

WOW!!! M Robinson certainly does know how to make us suffer before she finally gives us that HEA. I want to hate her but I just can’t as I LOVE EVERY WORD. I don’t think its possible to read her books without cursing her a few times.
This duet has honestly become one of my favourites from Monica. She has given me everything with this one, seriously ALL THE FEELS!!
Jackson and Harley’s story has hurt and healed my poor heart, I feel knackered from all the emotions M has put me through but it was totally worth it!
M. Robinson has totally BLOWN me away! This epic conclusion to Jackson and Harley’s hate to love, love to hate relationship was her best work yet! The absolute most amazing things happen to you when you read this book. You feel what the characters are going through, make sure you grab your tissues because you will have loads of tears. Watching the growth and struggles of these characters is wonderful.
Loved this book and the Duet. I read this book in a single sitting, couldn’t put it down. Just had to ignore my family till it was done. So happy to be back in the world of the Good Old Boys and Oak Island.
This is the conclusion to Jackson and Harley’s story. Full of angst, emotion and so many tears, what else would you expect from M. Robinson.
You need to read Book 1 in this series book 2 is not a standalone.
Oh My..What an end to the Jackson and Harley story. What heartbreaking parts of this story and the ups and downs of their relationship. Jackson lives in fear but will do anything to be with Harley..Through good times and bad times. Harley is so busy being mad at Jackaon she sometimes forgets what she has. Jackson and Harley find that happy place and man it’s a great story!
Wow wow wow!!!!! Talk about emotional and mind blowing!!! Harley and Jackson have history and I love how in this one we see different stages of their lives but holy wow I didn’t expect some of the outcomes!!!! This story was so well written that when all the secrets were revealed they literally knocked me off my seat. Looks are deceiving and I fell completely in love with Jackson in this book. Harley I understood better and I got why the bitterness. That poor girl was so tough but she had some demons that were so unexpected and Jackson being who he is was just a stand up guy. He loved her something fierce!!!! And Harley even though at times she wanted to hate him she had his back 1000%!!! I love their ending BUT I don’t know about the ending of the story. This leads into another character that after this book I don’t know how I’ll feel reading his story. I lost all respect for him. Other than that Harley and Jackson got their very well deserved HEA.
Full disclosure…I didn’t think I was going to make it through the second part of Harley and Jackson’s story. I truly thought that the angst was going to send me either running far away from my iPad and the maelstrom of emotions Love You Now created inside me or rocking in a corner or pleading with M. Robinson to make it stop and make it stop now!!
The one thing I’ve learned throughout my M. Robinson reading experiences is that things are never what they seem and plot twists aren’t meant to be seen or understood until they actually happen, which means that when they do, readers can’t help but be shellshocked and/or emotional drained from the bevy of feelings that resonate from the story, not only due to the words used to tell Harley and Jackson’s story, but how those emotions become a part of the readers’ environment, confining them to the dictates of the story until the last word is read.
Because it’s best to experience M. Robinson’s brand of soul crushing drama and gut wrenching angst firsthand, readers should go into this duet blindly; they always say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger…and let me tell you, you will want to scream and throw things at the author, but that only means that she’s done what she wanted to do from the start, and M. Robinson is not known as the Queen of Angst for nothing.

The conclusion of Jackson & Harley’s heartbreaking story and one you don’t want to miss! To be honest I’ve had a hard time with Harley this time around and keeping up with all of her emotions. I connected with Jackson on a different level and felt sorry for him. He definitely pulled on my heartstrings and my heart broke for him at times. Think this was the perfect conclusion to their story and seriously can’t wait for the next book!
After a heartbreaking end, Harley needs to come to terms with a lot of things. Especially her feelings toward the one boy that she grew up with. Her world is being torn apart and she’s trying to deal with it the best she can. With Jackson being even more persistent to try and win her heart over, she’ll have to make a decision that will not only change her life but also her future with Jackson. Jackson has been working so hard on his career to provide for those he loves most. His feelings towards Harley have changed overtime and gotten deeper but somehow he’s not able to make her see that he’s not playing around. Will he be able to break down her walls she’s built around herself?… And will he be able to make her see that they have a future worth fighting for?…
MIND-FREAKING-BLOWN!!!! I can honestly say I DEFINITELY didn’t see that coming…..WOW!!! This conclusion had me in knots waiting for the bomb to drop and drop it did….. like WTF Monica….. ahhh! I was an emotional mess crying, laughing, screaming and just wanting to chuck my tablet at a few points throughout but so enraptured with this story from beginning to end I just couldn’t put it down! Jackson and Harley’s story was an emotional, heartbreakingly beautiful story that had me on the edge of my seat and up late determined to finish reading no matter what time I finished….. who needs sleep! If you read anything this year read this duet, this is one story you HAVE to read!
Holy Moly!! My mind was blown! What an absolutely amazing end to a fabulous duet. Love You Now was the conclusion to Hated You Then and must be read in order. M. Robinson outdid herself. I wanted to throw my phone several times but didn’t because I couldn’t stop reading! Honestly, I was not sure how she could top The Pierced Hearts Duet(another must read) but she did! My heart was ripped out, torn up and then slowly and sweetly put back together.
I won’t recap Love You Now because I don’t want to give anything away. You need to fully experience every little thing this book has to offer on your own. Jackson and Harley have such an interesting and amazing bond that everyone needs to experience!
The queen of angst continues to amaze me! I absolutely loved every minute of both books. They were an amazing emotional roller coaster ride that I wanted to ride over and over! Jackson and Harley are such unique characters that take each obstacle head on and come out the other side stronger than ever! I can not wait to see what Monica has in store for us next!
After eagerly anticipating the conclusion to the Pierced Hearts duet I have to tip my hat to this author for a fantastic, emotionally gripping and completely captivating read. I thought I knew going in how Jackson and Harley’s story would play out but my heart was so not ready for the wild ride Love You Now took me on.
I laughed, yelled, swooned, cried and fell head over heels for these two. To say my emotions were fully invested would be a huge understatement because from the first page I was consumed by their story and rooting harder than ever. I loved Jackson’s determination to show Harley just how truly he felt. There were moments when I wanted to sock him for his actions and then he would do something totally swoonworthy and I would absolutely forgive him. I always knew Harley was quite the spitfire and I enjoyed watching her grow into a fiercely strong young woman who wasn’t afraid to go toe-to-toe with Jackson.
The angst in Love You Now kept me riveted and just when I thought things were headed where I hoped they would the rug was pulled out from under me and I was left with my jaw dropped in shock. This author has a phenomenal talent for weaving stories that pull at my heartstrings, have my emotions flying all over the place and by the end I’m left with the biggest grin yet speechless and a bit impatient to see what she has in store next.
4 Stars!!
As soon as I finished Hated You Then I couldn’t wait to find out what happens next in this story! I picked up Love You Now the instant I saw it on my kindle. Just like with the first book I absolutely had to finish it in one sitting and I enjoyed it so much!
I wasn’t sure which direction Harley and Jackson’s story was going to go while reading. Their story kept me on my toes and I really liked that. I loved how I felt so much throughout with Harley and Jackson!
With the Love Hurts Duet, M. Robinson has created such an addictive journey! I have a huge book hangover! I am so looking forward to picking up her next book!
*I volunteered to read and review a copy of this book from Wildfire Marketing Solutions / the author*
Jackson and Harley just ripped my heart out! Gah! I loved the first book in this duet, but since most of the first book featured them as children, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. Love You Now is the conclusion I needed from this duet. It’s got all the angst and drama, but it’s sexy and sweet too. I managed to fall in more in love with Jackson, even while he was breaking my heart.
I definitely recommend The Love Hurts Duet if you like lots of angst and sexy alpha assholes. If you haven’t read the parents’ books, that’s okay. This duet can totally be read as a standalone, but I recommend all the other books as well. I can’t wait for the next book set in this world!
Oh Monica you have surely out did yourself. This book is my favorite to date! Worth so much than 5 stars, it deserves a god darn gold medalJackson has taken the cake! This was the perfect conclusion to Jackson and Harleys love story. I honestly devoured this book. Every page turned had me yearning for more. The angst, OMG so much angst had my gut clenching. My heart broke for Harley, my heart broke for Jackson but in the end my heart was full. This book is so much more then a love story, it’s a journey to finding out your truths. I am so excited for what’s to come.
5 STARS
A truly compelling story from beginning to end. I’ve been anticipating the final book of the Love Hurts duet, and M. Robinson definitely delivered an emotional masterpiece.
“I pushed you away, I hurt you, I bullied you ‘cuz at the end of the day, the only thing I fear more than losing you…is forgetting who you are.”
In this book, we have the continuation of Harley and Jackson’s story with the much loved drama and angst we experienced from book one with some added twists and secrets revealed. I loved everything about this book.
“I hated you then, but Harley Jameson, you’re about to find out how much…I love you now.”
Love You Now is an EPIC read, that will join the ranks of the BIBLIO-ARISTOCRACY!!!
Daaaaang that ending
The second part of this duet was everything!!! I fell in love with Jackson. Once you see who he is and why he is the way he is you start to understand why he acts the way he does.
The end of the book had me crying like a baby, but it was everything when Jackson finally reads his letter
I most definitely cannot wait for Cash & Journey’s story and how life will move forward after everything that has happened between Cash, Jackson & Harley.
