What would you do if you found out that your husband wanted a divorce?Thirty-eight-year-old Jenna Stewart was the quintessential 1950s housewife of the 20th century. And just as she’d learned at theater college all those years ago, she gave the role of wife and mother everything she had. So as she sat at the breakfast nook of her family home after she’d fed her troops and waved them off to work … troops and waved them off to work and school, the last thing she expected was to learn that her husband wanted a divorce.
Top county surgeon Dave Stewart had everything–a loving wife, two beautiful children, a grand home, and a successful career. Despite all that, however, Dave couldn’t help but feel as if there was something in his life that just didn’t add up.
When a foolish mistake threatens his marriage and family, Dave knows he needs to make a decision or risk losing the love of his life.
Love Me Again is a second chance romance that tells the story of Jenna and Dave, who navigate the trials and difficulties of marriage. It is the third book in the Willow Oaks Sweet Romance series. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone.

Jenna and Dave’s love story was a fairytale romance. From their first meeting, they were meant to be together. Now, twelve years later, they are married with two beautiful children. Dave is a successful surgeon and Jenna is a wonderful homemaker and wife. All is perfect until Jenna found a folder that Dave left on the counter with divorce papers. Jenna was devastated and couldn’t understand what had gone wrong with their perfect life.
Dave didn’t really want a divorce but they had grown apart. They didn’t have the amazing feelings of love that they once did and he didn’t know how to get it back. Now, he had made a terrible mistake leaving the folder where Jenna could find it. Was it possible to get back to where their love was amazing and wonderful and everything it had once been or was it too late for them? Would their story end in tragedy and broken dreams?
I loved that this story was honest and real. I think most of us find times in our relationships where the intimacy is fading and the responsibilities become our focus, rather than nurturing our love. This was a clean story with no foul language and descriptive sex. This was the 3rd book in the Willow Oaks series but my first to read. I look forward to reading the others and looking forward to the next one.
I was given an arc copy of this book and I willingly offer my honest review.
How can a brilliant surgeon do something so stupid he has put his whole life in jeopardy? Dr. Dave Stewart has been working such long hours to achieve wealth and comfort for his family, but now he hardly knows his wife and children. His wife, Jenna, is the perfect mate – beautiful, organized, great keeper of the home and mother of his two children. So whose fault is it that he is not happy, that things have changed in his relationships at home?
See how Dave is determined to win back the love of his life after foolishly leaving a file containing divorce papers on the breakfast table. It is hard work, but the rewards can be amazing.
I received this book from the author and I am giving my own opinions in this review
The third book in the A Willow Oaks Novel series a well written story with a very good storyline. Jenna Stewart gets a wake-up when she finds divorce papers Dave her husband forgot to take with him one morning. They still love each other it is just that they have grown apart, I liked how they came to realize what was missing. But at times I would liked to have yelled at Jenna. This story goes from their past to the present time which I found interesting. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A beautiful love story of a couple who has been married for twelve years and are set in their ways with careers, family, and a house and have forgotten to take time for themselves and each other and to remember to put themselves first. I enjoyed that they were able to weather the storm of a divorce and try to fall back in love with each other. This is a great book for all couple to read to remember what is important and why they got married.
I really liked Jenna and Dave and how Dave was trying so hard to fix how he felt and to bring out the best in Jenna and for Jenna. He really missed her singing and her happiness. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Jenna and Dave are the picture perfect couple, they met and fell in love while they were in college and Dave became a successful surgeon while Jenna turned into the perfect housewife and mother. The thing about marriage is if you don’t nurture it as well as each other you can become lost and this story is about trying to save a marriage and reignite love as well as individual passions. There are plenty of emotions to go through with Jenna and Dave and you get both sides but the best thing about this story is it is about falling back in love with the love of your life and remembering what they once were and what they can be again.
Dave and Jenna have been together since college. Jenna took her marriage vows seriously and when she found divorce papers on the table where they ate breakfast she was devastated. She had no idea what was wrong in her marriage. Dave felt the disconnect. He fought his way to the top of his field and in doing so tuned out of his marriage and family. His one mistake of drawing up divorce papers as a way of a solution shed light on their relationship. He realized his mistake but is he too late to correct it and will he lose his wife and family over it?
