“Sophie Love’s ability to impart magic to her readers is exquisitely wrought in powerfully evocative phrases and descriptions….[This is] the perfect romance or beach read, with a difference: its enthusiasm and beautiful descriptions offer an unexpected attention to the complexity of not just evolving love, but evolving psyches. It’s a delightful recommendation for romance readers looking for a … touch more complexity from their romance reads.”
–Midwest Book Review (Diane Donovan re: For Now and Forever)
“A very well written novel, describing the struggle of a woman to find her true identity. The author did an amazing job with the creation of the characters and her description of the environment. The romance is there, but not overdosed. Kudos to the author for this amazing start of a series that promises to be very entertaining.”

LOVE LIKE THIS (The Romance Chronicles—Book #1) is the debut of a new romance series by #1 bestselling author Sophie Love.
Keira Swanson, 28, lands her dream job at Viatorum, a slick magazine in New York City, as an aspiring travel writer. But their culture is brutal, her boss is a monster, and she doesn’t know if she can last for long.
That changes when Keira, by a fluke, is handed a coveted assignment and given her big chance: to travel to Ireland for 30 days, witness the legendary Lisdoonvarna festival of love, and to debunk the myth that true love exists. Keira, cynical herself and in a rocky place with her long-term boyfriend, is all too happy to oblige.
But when Keira falls in love with Ireland and meets her Irish tour guide, who just may be the man of her dreams, she is no longer sure of anything.
A whirlwind romantic comedy that is as profound as it is funny, LOVE LIKE THIS is book #1 in the debut of a dazzling new romance series that will make you laugh, cry, and will keep you turning pages late into the night—and will make you fall in love with romance all over again.
Book #2 in The Romance Chronicles is also now available!

Fast moving and highly entertaining. By doing right and going against her journalistic assignment, Keira finds both love and a more prestigious position at her travel magazine. As the story neared it’s end, I was hoping she would return to Ireland with her mom who would unite with Orin. Maybe in the next book?
It’s a fun, easy read. I found it a bit ridiculous at times, but it didn’t turn me off from finishing it. I enjoyed the references to Ireland as it gives something different from the norm.
Easy to read and enjoyed it very much.
ANother typical American girl falls for Irish guy. Way too predicable and very little character development. Not worth the time.
Enjoyed the irish setting and mix of some of the customs and traditions
Just Not My Style. You may like it. Well written. Different type of scene.
A very enjoyable easy read. Loved the setting in Ireland and the way the author brought in the richness of that country and its people. While a bit predictable, the storyline was still good and kept moving right along. I enjoyed the main characters, especially the Irish ones!
Not my favorite romance but a fast read. Pretty predictable.
It is what it is. Enjoyed revisiting the sites of Ireland.
short and sweet with familiar characters from Brew Haha. Abby keeps things lively.
Loved thia book!!!! Highly recommend!!!
Beyond the typos, I was mostly enjoying this book. Once I finished it I looked at the others in the series. I liked the direction her career was heading. And I got a little excited to be going on a journey with this couple in another book. Wrong! What turned me off is that it appears she has a different love interest in each story. Made me sad for the guy in this book who she professed her love for and he for her. I feel like I wasted my time. Disillusioned and a bit angry that love is treated so callously. Didn’t buy another in the series and probably won’t read this author again. Maybe I’m being harsh but…
I’ve read many books with characters from Ireland or Scotland and the author puts effort into the dialog to let you be aware of the different accents. Not this author. Any character could have been from the Midwest. No effort at all. Kinda lazy. A predictable story. Couldnt wait to finish it.
Main character was all over the place with her thoughts but in spite of that, I found myself wanting her story to have a happy ending. Purchased the next book to see where the story takes her next… SPOILER ALERT….
I was very disappointed with the direction of the story just a few chapters into book 2. I would recommend just be aware that things are not wrapped up at the end of this book.
This is a hood book
I enjoyed the detailed things about Ireland in this book
Easy rainy day read
Having visited the area in Ireland enjoyed the story and it was a fast read.
Really didn’t end it that much. I finished it but wasn’t wowed. Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for it. Sorry
Well written sharing the important things in life.
