This is such a great book! It is well written and the plot is just amazing. This is the kind of book that keep you guessing and plotting just to throw you something completely unexpected at your face. The search for the truth will keep you reading all night long.
But what I loved the most is that it’s not only about the mysteries. It is also about the abuse that the women in this story suffer, and the ways they try to get out of their miserable life. And the difficulties that they encounters along the way, those inside their head and the external ones.
Thank you to the author for an advanced copy. I voluntarily reviewed this book. All opinions expressed are my own.

Would you help the woman who stole your husband? Jane was once married to Stewart. He was abusive and eventually tossed Jane out for another woman, Shana. Time passes, and some things happen that I will not get into right now. One day, Jane runs into Shana, and Shana asks Jane for help because, of course, Stewart is abusing her. Honestly, I do not think I would have helped her; however, Shana has a baby, and for the sake of the child, Jane makes her decision to help this horrible woman. Things never go to plan, and Stewart finds out what is happening. Can you imagine what his reaction will be, since he is crazy anyway? I am thinking just run at this point! Seriously, though, I was a bundle of nerves waiting to see how this would all end. The story is thrilling, suspenseful and well written. Jane is a sympathetic, yet strong, character who has been through terrible things and is a survivor. Her actions are admirable. Shana..should get what she deserves. Overall, I enjoyed this story and recommend it, but do note the trigger warnings before reading.
I feel like I was just taken on a crazy journey with Jane. Jane’s abusive husband, Stewart, has replaced her with a “newer model”, and Jane finds herself living in a motel. Soon Shana (the new wife) ends up there and they become unlikely friends. Suddenly the people close to Jane start dying & she’s not sure who to trust.
I don’t know exactly what to write without giving away spoilers, but this story will draw you in & keep you trapped until you get to the ending!! It was such an amazing book! 5 stars!!!
I’ve been giddy thinking about Jane getting her own story. It is not necessary to read Dear Anna before reading Love, Jane; the two stories aren’t exactly connected to reach other. I will say that I loved both novels and if you like a good story where the average woman finds her inner strength to break free from years of abuse and turmoil than I’d highly recommend reading both books. I would love if this empowering series continued on with more people getting just what they deserve!!
I really like Jane. I feel like she’s a woman most will be able to relate to. She put her trust, all of it, into one person. He was suppose to treat her precious but didn’t. In the end, he discarded her for a newer model. It’s a clichéd story for a reason. It happens way more than it should and it’s a huge fear among women, perhaps even men, I’m sure. Anyway, Jane is quite the conundrum. She’s hardened and aloft but she cares way more than she wants too.
I feel like Katie Blanchard keeps developing and writing better than her last story. I really hope she sticks to thrillers/women’s fiction. Blanchard has a way to bring her characters to life and creates a situation that feels dire and impossible. I really enjoyed her secondary characters. While this book covers matters that many would find hard to read about, I found this book only to feel empowering. Blanchard really focuses on the strength of her damaged characters and I think that just gives the lead to others that getting out is possibly. Living a happy and fulfilling life is possible.
I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.

Katie Blanchard author of dear Anna comes through again with another story about domestic violence. I was fortunate enough to read and Arc of dear Anna and I fell in love with it .So when I saw that Katie Blanchard had another book I just had to read it. We meet Jane in Dear Anna and by the end of the book I very much wanted to read Jane’s story.
I struggled with the first few chapters of Love Jane. I found them kind of slow and confusing. But then it really takes off. Once it took off I could not put it down. This is one of those stories with every page and just gets better and better. I had only planned on reading for about 30 min but I had to keep reading to get all the answers to the questions that left me wondering how the book would end. I was not disappointed! This was a great book. Even though it was not packed with alot of twists that I like to see in thrillers it was still good. I found myself attached to the old grumpy lady that runs the motel. What happens to her had me crying and thrillers never make me cry. The character development in the book is incredible and you become so attached to the characters. You feel every emotion of the characters as you turn the pages. All of the scenes were perfectly described. It was easy to feel as if you were right there in the middle of all of it. Even though there are several murders in this book they are wrote without the gore. So those of you who don’t like reading Gore this book will be perfect for you. Katie Blanchard is a fabulous writer! I loved the storyline and how it ended. The curve ball at the end did surprise me. I cannot wait to read this author’s next book. I highly recommend this psychological-thriller, And Dear Anna if you have not read that one. Many thanks to the Author Katie Blanchard for a ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
