Good book
Each time I read one of the books in this series, I can’t imagine it being any better than the one before it – but Elena keeps surprising me!
I have not read the books in this series in order this time but when I read them again, I’ll make sure to read them in order and I might even keep track of the characters and the crossover between the characters from The Springs!
An enjoyable read wherein Gwen has to be commended to work hard to reshape her physical image for her personal happiness and how by doing this she discovers how these changes affect those in her past.
A happy reading book!
when trying to get even to a past heart break, things get even better than a teenage crush.
Just finished this book. I absolutely loved it. The background stories for the main characters were well told and helped you understand the people they became. Can’t wait to start the next book in this series.
Realistic in the sense that we never really know what the other person is thinking and how it affects our actions.
I really enjoyed this book. What an amazing story. Cant wait for the next one
Love her books!!!
It was unique. She questioned if what she was doing was ethical which was pleasing to read that she wasn’t sure she was being fair. Great ending.
It’s to slow and predictable
This book was just ok for me. I couldn’t relate to the h very well and didn’t feel like she matured through the book. She couldn’t seem to get out of her own way and her own head. The H seemed like a good guy and came across that way. The “wrap up”
Was a little too quick for me.
Not what I’d hoped it to be. The protagonist was a bit too self-centered for my taste and took much too long to figure that out. The story premise was interesting however.
Hated it! Nothing was realistic. Waste of my time
Boring
Gwen Henderson’s story centers around a story that is a fantasy many women hold so watching it play out is entertaining, even when the reader groans at some of Gwen’s decisions.
The fact that Ian’s brother recognizes her so readily when Ian hadn’t was a bit of a bump for me, but not enough to completely derail my enjoyment in reading the story.
Childish woman wanting revenge for a teenaged wrong. She has her feelings hurt and feels it is ok to retaliate years later. Blogging everything about her life does not make this ok. She justifies this by the comments that agree with her and the $$$ she gets from her blog. She sees her value in her outside mirror-image but overlooks the value of inner integrity. I stopped reading at page 50 furious with this self-centered, selfish, immature person. Obviously she turns some of this around as this is supposed to be a love story but who cares? Her first thought was how to trick, lie and hurt the guy to get even for a perceived injustice. If he was a jerk she didn’t have to become a jerk herself.
