Braylen didn’t even want to go to Lennon Pryor’s epic graduation-night party, but when Fynn begs her to be his “wingwoman,” she can’t deny him. Talking up her BFF–how he’s magic behind a camera, with a killer sense of humor and eyelashes that frame the most gorgeous blue eyes in the history of forever–is easy. Supporting his efforts to woo someone so completely wrong for him? Not so much. Fynn … much.
Fynn knows that grad night is his last shot before leaving for college to find true love. But over the course of the coolest party of their high school careers, he starts to see that perhaps what he really wants has been in front of him all along. Bray’s been his best friend since kindergarten, though, and he’d rather have her in his life as a friend than not at all.
Disclaimer: This Entangled Teen Crush book contains one epic party, complete with every high-schoolers-gone-bad shenanigan, and two best friends whose sexual chemistry is off the charts…if only they’d succumb to it.
Each book in the Grad Night series is STANDALONE:

A really cute little teen love story. I liked the characters and that is always a big plus in any book.
Fun to read about teen age angst at a graduation party. Best friends? Check. Support each other in dating others? Check. Blind sided that they are meant for each other after all? Fraught with twists and soul searching and a bit of humor throughout. Language a bit courser than I personally like, but then I am a bit old fashioned. Still recommend reading but perhaps at age 17 and older because of the language and the innuendo.
It was pretty well written. I have read a lot of other books like it though
It’s a cute story about high school kids. While it’s a great story it’s not very likely to happen. Also I did buy the rest. Very quick read.
I love it wished it was longer though and the others where not so pricey
This was a good book but could have been shorter if the two lead characters would have taken their heads out of their ass and talked. It revolves around Braylen and her best friend Finn and her feelings for him that she’s afraid to voice aloud and ruin their friendship. Finn thinks he wants to be with Katie “big boobs” Evans, he enlists Bray to be his wingman which she does because she wants him to be happy. At Tanner’s party (I did love his character) she goes to find Katy and is ambushed by Randy (loved his character too) when he jump down a level to get her attention. She does find Katie who apologizes for something she did in the past, which makes Bray think maybe she might have been wrong about her. She then tells Katy all of Finn’s good attributes, then Katy says she thinks Bray might love Finn and she’s gonna help. Then she precedes to do the exact opposite( definitely not someone I would want as a friend.Like 3/4s into the book Finn starts to realize Katy isn’t the person he built up in his mind. So they did finally get their hea. Liked Braylen, Finn, Tanner, and Ralph. I didn’t really like Katy, her best friend, and her ex boyfriend Don. The other characters were all right, but you decide for yourself who you liked, who you didn’t and who you were rooting for. Happy reading.
Young Adult sweet romance!
A sweet, light, entertaining read that’s a bit predictable but still leaves you satisfied. I liked the unique spin of having the entire story take place in one day/night and the secondary characters added greater depth and comic relief to the story. It was a bit stretched that they could be so close yet so clueless, but it made for some charming moments as well as eye rolls. Overall, if you enjoy friends-to-lovers, this is worth the chance.
Want to read more in the series, after I make some room on my Nook!
Fun reminder of the drama of high school romances.
While I didn’t appreciate the strong language in some parts of this book, I did love the characters. There is underage teenage drinking and some mentions of sex and some fairly steamy kissing. That being said, I loved this book! The main characters are brilliant. I absolutely felt their friendship and the deepness of it, even in the short amount of space in the first few chapters when it’s set up. I really thought this book was well done. It was a quick, enjoyable read. Definitely young adult, definitely some sweet romance, definitely some angst. It was lovely. I immediately purchased the sequel.
Took me back to my high schools days
For some time now Braylen has been seeing her best friend Fynn as more than just your typical best friend, he has an undeniable charm that stirs up the butterflies in her belly, and a glint in his blue eyes that bring on the swoons. But the unfortunate thing is that he is completely oblivious to the fact that she has a crush on him, and he actually has his sights set on someone else.
So, every interaction they have has become a little awkward, because she is always checking him out, and dreaming about their future, and he is always rambling on and on about his crush. Braylen would love to make her feelings known, but Fynn assigned her to the friend zone years ago, and so she is certain he won’t want to hear anything she has to say. When Fynn asks her to play his wing-woman at a party and help him gain the attention of his crush she can’t bring herself to tell him no, so she reluctantly agrees… but nothing could prepare her for what happens that night!
Love in the Friend Zone is a sweet tale of young love, first crushes, and pushing the boundaries of friendship. I really enjoyed this one, it was a captivating story full of feels that spawned lots of first love memories. Everyone remembers their first love, the butterflies, the drama, the first kiss, and I have to say this perfectly crafted tale captures all of that, and then some. I am so glad I took a chance on this one, it did my heart good and brought lots of smiles, highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
I loved this cute book. I’m such a sucker for best friend teen romance. If you like books like this check out The Stand-In Boyfriend (The Boyfriend Series Book 5)
Secretly they both loved each other for years but are afraid to loose their best friends status neither have acted. Today is graduation and if something doesn’t happen soon their chance at being their own true hea may be gone before it ever had a chance. It’s a cute story filled with teen angst. I don’t know that I would agree with this being a YA especially since I wouldn’t want my 16 year old grandchild reading it. But the story is fun and if you don’t mind plenty of worry about finally getting out what they feel for each other it’s a good read from an author I haven’t read before.
** I received a copy via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.**
I promised an honest review so here it is…..
I have to start by saying I love the opportunities to read and review books and be introduced to new authors. With that being said, not every book will be for me and this one wasn’t. I really tried but could not connect with the story or the characters. I didn’t care for Braylen, Fynn and definitely not Katy, however, I did like Randy who was one of the side characters. I’ve read plenty of YA books and loved them, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t connect with this one. I felt as if something was missing between the characters. Braylen and Finn had a close friendship; a friendship that has been going on for years, but I didn’t feel that connection. Braylen was desperately in love with Fynn which you could tell by her actions and feelings towards what was going on, but when he finally confessed his love for her it didn’t feel believable. The story also dragged a lot; it was very slow with really no action going on so maybe that was another reason it was hard to really get into. It’s hard to explain; its almost as if there was drama with no real action. The whole story takes place over a day and the next morning; graduation day/graduation night and the next morning and that was not the problem at all but I expected more; more from the characters and more from this story.
