3 dates for one million dollars. Those were the conditions he stipulated on the contract. Why she should refuse:Reason #1: She barely knew the guy.Reason #2: She had absolutely no idea why the hell he wanted a date with Her of all people. It was not like there was anything special about her.Reason #3: He was her Best Friend’s Brother for god’s sake. Totally off limits!Reason #4: He was a definite … sake. Totally off limits!
Reason #4: He was a definite danger for her heart especially when he looked at her with those sizzling grey eyes.
This is a steamy romance novella. No cheating. No cliff-hanger. And the kind of ending you will just love. Team HEA all the way!!

Love Contract by Lindsey Hart. I gave this book book 5 stars
I am on a good streak here with the last few books I’ve reviewed, they have been awesome, and this was is another fantastic story. From the opening pages to the last , it was just a perfect little book.
Nina is a college student who wants to become a teacher…..She has 2 more years left, and is solely focused on the studies. She has no times for boyfriend distraction. Shane is her very best friend since they were tiny (just platonic relationship) with these two. All of a sudden his older brother Chet pops back into town after many years of galavanting the world, without any communication with his little brother. Things are a little tense in the family.
All of a sudden he comes up with this crazy idea of paying an enormous amount of money for 3 date with Nina!! Ok, this will cause even more friction between everyone. Will Nina go on the dates with Chet? What has he been doing abroad? Why her, she was not happy with none of this or Shane!
This romance had a little of everything in it: experienced hardships, love, anger, cuteness goodness heartwarming , insecurity in oneself, HOT guys, and a determined feisty beautiful woman. There was some sex but it was very mild, not too steamy ….just more of your hot chemistry talk in between the lovers.
The Story was well written had begging, middle and a good HEA ending.
Now I am ready to read about Shane himself.
This book was hard to get started, but once I got into the book I had to keep reading to find out what happened next.
A love story that started with a picture and then finally meeting the girl of his dreams by making out a contract with his brother so that he could meet his brothers best friend, the girl in the picture. The book has many trials and tribulations before a happy ending.

Until next time… Happy Reading!
Nina and Shane have been BFF’s since they were small and have helped each other through trouble and pain. When Shane’s brother Chet steps back into their lives after being gone for @ 16 years sparks flew. Nina had an instant reaction to Chet while Shane had an instant antagonistic reaction. Can the three of them work out their differences and be happy together?
I like the start of this introduction book.
The characters seem so real and I can connect with them and their personalities. I already know that Kia is in trouble when she went into bar. She seems to think she outsmarted Enzo, the son of a mob boss, but she doesn’t know what she has started. It doesn’t say but I think she will get found out. This book left me with a lot of questions about what happens next. I need to continue on as this book set me up to want to continue and I can’t wait
Nina is just a regular chick who has a best friend whos a guy.. everyone says having a guy as a best friend never works out.. well they are wrong. But when her best friends brother decides to show himself again he comes in with a crash and a bang and a deal Nina cant refuse.

I absolutely adored this story! I love everything Lindsey Hart writes but this is the best. I really got involved with the characters of Shane, Nina, and Chet. I wanted so badly for everything to work out. The extra bit of tension kept me glued to the pages and I couldn’t put the book down until I finished it!!

Nina has been Chet’s muse since he saw a graduation pic of her with his brother on social media.
Now he has the opportunity to meet her. He tells his brother that their deceased father has left them money but that Shane will only get his share if he arranges three dates with Nina.
Nina accepts the offer as she is short on money and drowning in student loans. Nina never expected to be attracted to her best friends brother and now finds her self having to choose between the man she has known her whole life and who has been with her through all the good and hard times or the man that she could give her heart to and risk have it broken when he decides to leave town.
I really enjoyed this book and loved the characters.

This was a great read! I think it was one of the author’s best to date. Best friends don’t become lovers in this book. Shane’s brother Chet left home when Shane was just a kid. Now he returns with money and stipulations that Shane has to agree to in order to receive his part of their father’s inheritance. The only problem is that Chet wants to date Shane’s best friend, Nina. What starts out as a simple contract quickly becomes much more!

The storyline was well written and the characters were so well developed that as I turned each and every page I felt like I was being drawn deeper and deeper in as the story unfolded between Nina and Chet! I was so engrossed in this story that I ended up reading it in one sitting!
Very good contemporary romance. Chet was a troubled teenager who left home when he was about 16. He left behind his mom and younger brother Shane. Nina grew up with Shane and barely remembers his older brother. When Chet suddenly comes home it’s to give some money, their absentee father left them, to Shane. Unfortunately, he tells Shane he’ll get the money IF he gets 3 dates with Nina. The story twists along the way and brothers struggle to get to know one another again. The only drawback to this story is that at times it seemed to drag. I received a complementary copy via Booksprout but chose to write a review. I look forward to reading a future book by Ms. Hart.
A great amazing sweet read that is not based around just a romance with undeniable attraction and chemistry but another relationship of an amazing friendship. A contract is developed and lots of twists in this entertaining storyline with great relateable characters. I truly enjoyed the journey and the nail biting on the friendship strain but is was a well written story that came together wonderfully and ended with a great HEA.

I loved the book, the characters Shane, Nina and Chet were great. The storyline was great, it drew you in straight away from the start. The highs and lows of friendship and family. Combining the two can sometimes be hard, but if you believe in something so much you can make it work. Thank you so much for the chance to review your book.

Unexpected Romance!
I loved this very unique and well written story. The dynamic between the characters is quite volatile but an interesting triangle fraught with emotions. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I received an arc copy and am happy to leave my honest review.
This is a tough decision for Nina. Choose her longtime best friend, Shane or choose his brother, Chet. Chet inherited some money from their dad which the rest of the family received nothing. Chet is willing to give Shane 1/3 of the money if Chet gets 3 dates with Shane’s best friend of 20 years, Nina. Nina agrees to the 3 dates as long as they are in public & no sex is involved. She agrees to this contract so Shane would get his share of his inheritance but what she doesn’t count on is having this instant love connection. This is a really good story to read – a page turner where you’re wondering if their longtime friendship can be patched up & if Chet & Nina become a HEA or not.

Love Contract is the third Lindsey Hart book I’ve read, and they get better each time. It’s a best friend’s brother story. There’s Chet- hot, handsome, and inked, and Nina- loyal friend and beautiful sprite. Together they make for a steamy, modern love story; one with a deliciously satifying conclusion!
I received an advance reader copy of this book. I read it and am offering my honest, voluntary review.
This is an interesting, quick read about two best friends and one older brother. Nina and Shane have been best friends since they were eight years old. Shane’s estranged brother Chet is back and wants to date Nina. Loved the connection between Nina and Chet and that Shane was so protective of his best friend. Will Nina have to choose between love and friendship or will Shane forgive his brother so everyone can get an HEA?
Sweet story about college-aged love with a bit of heat. I enjoyed the storyline and thought it was well written and a page turner.

Love Contract is the story of Chet, who, in an effort to finally meet the girl of his dreams, offered his brother Shane money in exchange for three dates with his best friend, Nina. Shane agrees, but with a condition–no falling for each other. Tension mounts between the three of them, with Nina being forced to choose.
It’s a different take on a best friends to lovers story, one that was, for me, refreshing as it did not go the route of the usual narrative, and I love how Lindsey Hart was able to put a new twist to the trope.
Added bonus was the fact that although there were some grammar hiccups-, which I am sure would be fixed, there were no irritating mistakes sentence or paragraph wise, as I would have DFN’d after a few pages if that were so. So yes, it was an over-all, a great read for me!

This was such a good book. The dynamics of Nina, Shane, and Chet’s relationship was relatable. You could feel the changing feelings between all three characters as the relationships progressed.
