Rediscover this sweet, classic romance by one of today’s most popular storytellers, #1 New York Times bestselling author Debbie Macomber! Ellen Cunningham is happy to play housemother for three younger college boys–it’s helping her keep the rent affordable while she’s back at school herself, pursuing her dream of becoming an school teacher. Besides, she’s used to caring for her younger … younger siblings, and some instincts never go away.
But then the house’s owner returns, and Reed Morgan is not impressed with the situation, especially because he never agreed to let his younger brother rent out the rooms. Reed finds Ellen’s presence particularly problematic… perhaps because he likes her more than he’s willing to admit.

As always Ms Macomber has created fully drawn characters in a romantic and entertaining story.
Love all of Debbie MaComber’s books. Never have read a bad one.
Light, predictable read.
I like anything Debbie Macomber writes.
Great story in which two people learn that somethings cannot be overlook.
Never disappointed by DM. Enjoeyed the twist with an older female character interacting with college age boys. Great story and lifelike as always.
All of Debbie Macomber’s stories are the best!
Easy read.
Easy entertaining read!
Enjoyed greatly!
Really enjoyed reading Love by Degree.
I can expect a good experience when I pick up one of her books.
A different way to meet the man who is to be in your life!
Love reading Anything by Debbie
This was too predictable. You knew where it was headed.
I love Debbie, but was disappointed for the first time by this book. TOo predictable.
Did not enjoy it as much as most of her books.
Basic formula romance. Guy and Girl meet, dislike one another at first, then come around. Date a bit, have a big misunderstanding, both are miserable for a chapter or two, then they reconcile and live happily ever after. I’ve read the same story a hundred times with different characters/locations/etc. Not terrible, not fantastic.
Loved reading this book, such a cute and fast paced traditional romanace read, also the price was a great deal!
