Love at the Fall Festival #1 – Although I found Brynn was made to be too clutzy, I liked the story. Quickly read, well written and entertaining, the pages flew by to the end. It’s Jack, Dylan’s older brother, that shows his character is decent and likable, too. Brynn and Jack are a good fit.
The storylines are good with good descriptions. The characters are likable and some are characters, but they work well within the fabric of the story. The rain may have been a strong character in the beginning, but everything worked out. I contacted the author to review her books after reading Christmas Festival and received this book through Booksprout. 4*
Love at the Christmas Festival #2 – This is my first read by this author and I liked most of it. I didn’t understand the anger in the beginning of the story from both main characters. I found the main female character disappointing with her quick temper, prejudice, judgmental attitude and her skilled ability to make wrong assumptions; and she stayed that way to the end of the story. I disliked her half the time, although she did have a heart even if some of her foundation is weak; add that she’s immature, or too self-righteous, for her age.
The main male character is a considerate, kind young man confused by her actions. He also has a heart of gold and the ability to help others. Add the jealous, self-centered viper whispering in both their ears. The rest of the supporting characters are perfect in their roles and Dylan shines like a light in the dark.
The storylines are good and the vivid descriptions place the reader right in the middle of the perfect Christmas package. I enjoyed the festival, the decorations, most of the characters and the heartwarming story of two people trying their best and finding the meaning of family. I found this book on Booksprout. 4*
Brynn lost her job so her friend convinces her to come to Sugar Maple, Tn where she takes a job planning a event to help save Oakleaf Manor. She knows she can help but when the owners son Jack shows up things heat up and get complicated. Jack thinks he is responsible for his families farm failing but then she and Jack start to disagree. Lovely sweet story and loved the town and the characters.

**3.5 stars**
Brynn and Jack are an enemies to lovers story. They both have past that they have to work hard at in order to not repeat them. Sugar Maple is a town filled with people as sweet as the name implies. Overall, it’s a great series starter.

** spoiler alert ** He is determined to save his family’s property, she is determined to succeed. They have different opinions. Can she help save his family? Will he be ready to trust and accept the help of the town?
Have to say this book didn’t go how I thought it wasn’t going to and that isn’t a bad thing. I loved her determination to do what she could to help those around her and how she had found “home”. I didn’t blame him for struggling with what had happened previously, but loved his dedication to do whatever was necessary to save what had been in his family for generations. Good read!
I received this arc from hidden gems
Love at the Fall Festival is small town romance at its best! I fell in love with Sugar Maple, a town where everyone knows your business but all turn out to help you, just as Brynn did. She has an impossible task to accomplish and Jack keeps standing in her way. You will want to read this well written book to see if Brynn can find a way to make events work for Oakleaf Manor despite Jack’s doubts. I could not put the book down. I recommend this book
I think this was more of a romance between the main female character and the town. The townspeople were fantastic, so gracious and helpful…. like a big happy helpful family. She was there to do a job but the town felt at home, because of the people in it.
The male main character spent so much time running hot and cold toward the girl. You could see he wanted to like her and trust her, but then he’d remember his misjudgement of another and pull way back.

Love at the Fall Festival by Belle Bailey. New author for me. After reading the blurb, I knew I was in for a treat, after reading the story- I was so happy I went with my gut and dug in. This story has all the charm and wonder of a small town with festivals, charismatic yet quirky characters, and mild and fun drama. I felt an instant pull to Brynn and Jack and loved being on the journey with them. I would recommend this book and author to others. This story was amazing and had so many turns that I felt I was in the book with the everyone. The story really made me understand the two characters and how all the others in the story helped with it. It was very sweet and they the whole thing went from just a job to save the town to everyone saving the town together and love blooming. A great story indeed.

I liked most of this story. There was a little too much back and forth between the main characters. I get that Jack was afraid to give his heart out again but the fact that he was so hot and cold got annoying. I felt bad for Brynn navigating the situation. I liked that she was confident she could do her job and help the town out. I Think others would enjoy it more than I did. It wasn’t a bad book it just wasn’t my favorite.

Autumn in Tennessee Brings Love
This is a sweet and clean romance set in the Tennessee hills in the fall. The story and the picturesque setting is just wonderful. The author does such a great job with the word picture that you can smell the dry leaves. The plot and execution are well done. The next book in the series should be just as good. I read the ARC of this book and it was very rough. Hopefully, that is all cleaned up before your purchase your copy. I received this ARC book for free and this is my honest review.
I love Small Town romances! This is a great story of overcoming obstacles and guilt. The characters are likable and the story flows quickly. It was a quick, enjoyable read. Just one question, though: why are most heroines clumsy?
