Each story within the book were unique from each other and was a great read. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the stories and how they each had their own twists and turns. Loved it!!!
I received a copy of this book from the author. The review is my honest opinion.
This Paperback book was very well written and excellent for reading. Good book for a book club. I loved this book. Easy to read, a page turner. I hated to put it down it kept my interest that much. The fact there was four different novellas in this book did hinder my reading. I found it interesting and informative too. Also historical in a way too. I highly recommend this book. The fact that there are 4 novellas in 1 book may be why I loved it so much and that I love Christmas books.
I have enjoyed more of Anne Greene’s books in print and look forward to enjoying more.
I very highly recommend this book and will read again and have.
Please go buy and read Anne Greene’s book.
Thanks Anne Greene.
I love how Anne Greene puts her books together. Her characters are great and I like how she weaves stories from the bible in her stories. this book was a refreshing look at tales of long ago and the trials each needed to overcome their trials. I hope she continues with more wonderful books.
I loved all four stories in this novella. Four perfect stories to read at Christmas time. I loved them all.
There are four historical Christian Christmas stories. Three take place in the 1800’s with two of them about Mail-Order Brides and one seeking a husband to marry. It amazes me what women had to go through to own property or to better themselves. A fourth story takes place in 1955 and was about second chances. All were excellent stories of faith and letting God lead us to the right person to be our forever mate.
I love Christmas stories and this book did not disappoint me. Four Novellas make this a fun read. Each one is unique and different and leave you wanting more! Wonderful read! I received a copy of this book from the author. This review is my honest opinion.
This book was wonderful!!! It has four wonderful separate stories. Each one had me captivated!!! If you are looking for a great book to read. This is one you definitely want to read!!!
A wonderful gathering of three love stories and, just think, not one curse word or sexual innuendo used. Three stories with entertaining value.
I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book has four novellas: A Christmas Belle, A Williamsburg Christmas, Avoiding the Mistletoe, The Choice. All four are about strong faith filled women from the past looking for or finding love in different situations. I really enjoyed each one. Each women’s faith is intertwined into each story just right to leave the reader with a feeling of hope, faith and inspiration. Definitely recommend.
