I’ve met boys like him before. Rich. Bored. Always wearing a silver-spooned smile. But there is something different about him that piques my curiosity. The way he looks at me, like he is staring through the bars of a gilded cage he’s never left. Like he is one breath away from suffocating beneath a mound of responsibilities. He is different from the rest because he doesn’t wear his money… his … money wears him. I just don’t think he knows it yet.
She’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before. She’s everything I’ve never been able to be. Carefree. Whimsical. A dreamer. Her laugh is infectious. She is irresistible. I can’t help but be drawn to her with an intensity that steals my breath and muddles my senses. I want to know her, need to know her, but how can I allow myself that liberty when I don’t have the freedom to make my own choices?
Phillip and Maggie think they have it all. Even though they come from opposite backgrounds, they each have bright futures paved out, with no distractions holding them back.
Until the fateful day they meet each other.
After a brief, adventurous time together in The Hamptons, Maggie and Phillip find themselves saying goodbye just as the spark of love flashes intensely between them. Can their budding connection be enough to survive the pulling tides of change, or will they drift apart before they even have a chance to explore what could have been?

Sometimes you meet someone and you just click right away, that is the case for Maggie and Phillip. They’re from two completely different worlds but they share a connection. Phillip’s parent should know that the easiest way to make a teenager want something is to tell them they can’t have it and that is exactly what happens when his parents tell him to stay away from Maggie, he runs straight to her. They are forced apart at the end of summer but their love story continues on in the letters they write to each other, which are really sweet. Of course they have to overcome his parents manipulation of his life and a life altering lie. Then Maggie is nearly taken from him. There are lots of emotions in this story and you will need some tissues.
Have you noticed how technology has taken away the romance of receiving a letter in the mail from someone you love? How now a days it is so much easier to send a text or email than sit down and write pages and pages straight from the heart? I think that is one of the main reasons why Love Always, rang so deeply in my heart. I remember how my heart would race when I would receive a letter from my hubby. When we were just dating we lived in different states, and we would write each other at least once a week. I saw him and myself in the characters of Phillip and Maggie.
Maggie is a free spirit who works at a ritzy resort and Phillip is the rich mama’s boy, who no longer wishes to be a mama’s boy. Upon meeting Maggie, Phillip discovers what the real world is like. Is that what he wants to be out in the real world with all the problems that comes with it? Or does he want to marry someone that would help his wealth and status?
Sonya Loveday & Candace Knoebel bring two characters to life that everyone can empathize with. The reader can see themselves going through some aspect of their story. Maggie and Phillip grow throughout the story. That is what makes Love Always, a book that you can lose yourself in.
Do Maggie and Phillip end up together?? I can’t tell you that. All I can tell you is that this book is sea of emotions, both good and bad. You will enjoy the voyage that Love Always, will take you on. So curl up and sail away with Love Always,.
Love Always I found to be an enjoyable read. The storyline for Maggie and Philip was a good one. Philips life growing up wealthy leaves alot to be desired, it just goes to show having money doesnt make you happy it can be used to constantly keep you toeing the mark. The book had its ups and down, but a HEA in the end. I would recommend it to others.

This book was quite a while on my TBR. So happy I had an opportunity to read it. It’s my first book by both authors. Certainly won’t be the last.
This book simply was amazing. I loved everything about it and couldn’t put it down. I was drawn and pulled into a story from start to finish.
It’s a story about Maggie and Philip, two people who come from completely different worlds. They are total opposites but together they just make sense and click. I think on some level they understand each other. I loved how they challenged each other and could learn a lot from one another. Maggie is a fisherman’s daughter with a big heart, big dreams and free spirit, always ready for an adventure. Philip on the other hand is the son of a business mogul, Everything is just organized for him and he is expected to follow in his fathers footsteps. He is contained, always with supervision and whole his life is planned ahead. That makes him suffocate and think what he wants to do with his life and who he really wants to become. I love their chemistry and connection; the way they fought for their happiness and against the obstacles.
The writing was superb, the words just flowed across the page. You will have no trouble to get into the story and it will just pull you quickly. It’s the perfect read! Read this book.
