Jonathon Turner is going to be the death of me.Maybe not the death of me…but my panties for sure! They seem to disintegrate the moment he touches me. Looks at me. Smiles at me. Talks to me.It’s more than physical. He’s breaking through an impenetrable wall. There’s a problem though—he’s younger than me.Six. Years. Younger.Let’s not forget he’s also one of my brother’s best friends.Oh, the other … one of my brother’s best friends.
Oh, the other problem I forgot to mention…
I never wanted to fall in love again.
But you know what they say….never say never.

Waylynn is back home but for good this time. After getting divorced she sets out to make all of her dreams come true. Opening a dance studio in her home town is one of them. Her contractor Jonathon, who just happens to be one of her brothers best friends makes her sit up and notice him. He’s the kind of man that any woman would want and she sure does.
He has to make her see that age is just a number and it doesn’t bother him at all. But boy does it bother her. He has his work cut out for him in ways that he never saw coming. He’ll do anything and everything to show her that she’s it for him.
I thought that they had everything worked out when life threw one more curve ball at them. It was out of the blue and broke my heart. Will they be able to get through this? Will they be strong enough?
Have I said how much I love this family and series? Love that they’re all a part of each book and they’re there for each other.
I absolutely loved Love Again, the fourth book the Cowboys and Angels series, by Kelly Elliott! I could not put it down and I loved every page. Each book in the series keeps getting better and better, but I truly believe that Love Again has been my favorite book in the series. Who doesn’t love big families, cowboys and love stories? Kelly Elliott has once again proven that she is an incredible story teller. I love that she writes her stories in the first person from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting inside their minds and knowing their thoughts and how they really feel. Love Again is filled with secrets shared and discovered and heartwarming and heartbreaking moments. I truly love the lighter moments of Love Again where I found myself smiling and laughing. My favorite moments are the ones that cause me to sigh, say aww to myself with tears filling my eyes, there were a lot of those moments in Love Again. Love Again is filled with such moments and so much more. Love Again is a love at first story between Waylynn Parker and Jonathon Turner. Waylynn is the oldest Parker child and has recently returned to Oak Springs from New York, following her divorce from her husband, Jack, who she caught cheating on her. Waylynn is opening up a dance studio in Oak Springs which was always a dream of hers. She hires Cord’s best friend, Jonathon as her contractor to do the renovation. Things quickly heat up between Waylynn and Jonathon, but Waylynn has an issue with their six year ago difference. Jonathon helps her realize that he is in love with her and the differences in their ages does not concern him and she finally stops pushing him away. I love how the Parker brothers react to men dating their sisters. A surprise plot twist happens that I did not see happening and changes Waylynn’s life forever. I love Waylynn’s resilience and how she overcame the loss of one of her heart’s dreams. Once again, my favorite part was Chloe and her goat Patches! And I love that Patches in included in all the Parker family events. I love the Oak Springs setting and the descriptions that Kelly uses makes me want to visit and hang out with the Parkers. I love how Kelly Elliott incorporated the title of the book in to the story. I love that Waylynn took the chance to love again. Once again Kelly Elliott writes about strong, beautiful women and hot, sexy men, I love all her characters, especially when big families are included. Who doesn’t love reading a story about lovers that are willing to give love a second chance and to love again. Love Again is filled with the bittersweet and poignant moments and the surprise plot twists, that I have come to love and expect in Kelly Elliott’s stories. She truly did not disappoint with those moments in Love Again. I love the cast of characters in Love Again and I am looking forward to reading the remaining books in the series. Who doesn’t love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? Reading Love Again feels like a family reunion, because the reader was able to catch up with the other characters in the series. So happy that Waylynn and Jonathon got their happily ever after and Waylynn was willing to love again. My favorite part were the conversations that Waylynn had with her father, John and with Aunt. Some of the circumstances in Love Again were truly heartbreaking, but it ends with a truly heartwarming moment. Kelly Elliott did an amazing choice with the song selection that Waylynn and Jonathon dance to at the end of the book! It was such a wonderful surprise ending! Love Again is another wonderfully written story in the Cowboys and Angels series and I loved every moment. It was such a beautifully written tribute to Waylynn. Highly recommend this beautifully written story.
Love Again is super special with the kind of love Waylynn absolutely needed after her ex treated her like complete crap.
Watching Jonathon and Waylynn fall in love, surrounded by their beautiful families, was sushi a day of pure sunlight. I’m so happy to see Jonathon and Waylynn get every thing they want to make the perfect family.
I love the Parker family, and all the men and women love has brought into their lives!!

I just love everything that Kelly writes. I am loving reading this series. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series!!!
Kelly Elliott has done it again!
Love Again is a sensational read that will leave you hanging onto every last word.
I cannot believe how fast I devoured this novel. This speaks to how beautifully written the book is. Jonathon will make you fall in love. He is so swoon worthy in so many ways, that every single reader will be drooling over him. He will make you believe in love again. Everything from the way he talks to the way he behaves will have you sighing in content.
I urge everyone to go and read it for themselves today.
5/5 Stars!
Amazing, that is what I think this story is. Waylynn she is the oldest of the Parker children and she is back home after a nasty divorce, she never thought after all she has been through that she would open her heart again. Jonathon, was smitten when he set eyes on Waylynn, but she didn’t know that he was determined to show her that she was worthy of love. Their relationship wasn’t smooth sailing. They had bumps, with twist and turns on their journey to find happiness but it will be worth it all in the end. This series keep getting better and better. How can you not fall for The Parker’s. The author Kelly Elliott has out done herself again.
Wow…. Love Again just moved to the #1 spot as my favorite book in the Cowboys and Angels series! As always Kelly did not disappoint. This book sucked me in from the very beginning and I kept saying one more chapter until I realized it was the end of the book. Waylynn and Jonathon’s story was one about finding yourself again, not caring what people think and learning to love again. So many emotions with this book but in the end it’s such a beautiful story about finding love again when you least expect it!
To start off, I have to say this book cannot, I repeat CAN NOT be read as a stand-alone.
Oh this book. I swear every time I read the next book in this series, I fall in love even more and have a new favorite. Waylynn and Jonathan’s story was so sweet and perfect for them. Each page brought new amazing pieces to their story and you saw different things that were happening with Waylynn and Jonathan as the other siblings were experiencing their moments too.
The emotions I felt with Waylynn were so different than the others within the Parker family stories. She is intense, she is fierce and she is strong. My heart burst for her happiness at times and broke for her at other times. She is a woman who has gone through struggles and only wants to be happy.
Jonathan Turner is a man that I wish I could find. He is so sure of his love and need for Waylynn in his life. Watching him prove to her that she wants him was amazing. I couldn’t help but fall more and more in love with him.
Everything about Love Again was amazing. The journey of emotions you feel from Kelly’s writing is amazing. I can’t wait for more from the Parker siblings.
4.5 stars!!!
Wow!!! What an amazing, emotional story this was! These two heated up the pages right from the start, even with Waylynn fighting it as much as she could. Jonathon was PERFECT. Sweet, sexy, and knew exactly how to give Waylynn what she never knew she needed. He brought out a fun side of her, one she didn’t let out too often. These two face triumphs and tragedies, and will have you laughing and crying ugly tears along the way. I would definitely recommend it!!

Jonathon and Waylynn’s story is beautiful. I started off a little wary of Waylynn, with all of her hang-ups, but once you really got into the story, you found that she was so compassionate and had such fire in her.
Each character’s family is a force of nature. They love fiercely and are so loyal. They also make you laugh at their antics.
When tragedy strikes, everyone pulls together to help this couple out. They want this relationship to succeed. You see how Jonathon and Waylynn have to battle the odds of social perception and their own inner turmoil.
This book made me laugh and cry – you’ll have an emotional rollercoaster to get through. But I promise, it’s worth it in the end. I don’t want to write too much, because the slow development of the story is what makes this story so powerful – you get to really see the relationship build and grow.

This is the fourth book in the series, and it is recommended that they are read in order. However, I did enjoy it as a first read. I could tell that there were previous issues and relationships which may have made me understand things more quickly – but I was fine with it as it was.
At the heart of this book is a relationship being built with a strong foundation. I did find some of the journey to be a little repetitive, and their insistence on jumping each other constantly did become a little unnerving at times. There were some difficult issues dealt with in a caring and sometimes slightly religious manner (though not excessively).
I loved the humour and was chuckling frequently at Waylynn’s brothers’ antics. I also did shed quite a few tears, although they were basically of joy – but you need to read it yourself to find out why!
Overall a good read, thank you, Ms. Elliott.

Love Again is book four in the Cowboys and Angels series. The series needs to be read in the order the author has intended to get the most out of it.
Love Again is Waylynn Parker’s book. Waylynn is the oldest of the Parker kids. She’s moved back to her hometown. She’s divorced and trying to finally follow her dreams by opening a dance studio in town. Her ex caused her to put a wall around her heart, she’s scared her dreams won’t come true. When she meets Jonathon, her brother Cord’s best friend, there is an instant connection, and with him working on the dance studio, she falls for Jonathon.
Jonathon has been around the Parker family since he was just a boy. When Waylynn comes back to town, she’s not the woman he remembers. He wants her instantly. They just fit but Waylynn fights the attraction because he’s younger. Waylynn is more worried about what people are going to say about their relationship than giving them an honest try. Jonathon can’t keep his mind off of Waylynn. The only thing he can do is convince her that he’s the man for her.
I absolutely loved Love Again. I found myself laughing out loud at certain points and wiping tears the next. I love a book that can take you on an emotional ride and pull your heart strings. Ms. Elliott has outdone herself with these Parkers and I can’t wait for more!!

Age is nothing but a number!!!!
I think I could read a book by Kelly Elliott weekly and never get tired of her stories!!! She always gives me everything I want in a book. Waylynn and John were no different. These two were fabulous together and a perfect addition to this series!
They had me laughing, swooning, burning up and crying, it was just an all out fantastic read! John was the perfect match for Waylynn and I loved how he was with her even though she kept trying to push him away. A lesser man might have cut his losses and moved on, might not have kept trying to make her see what they had, but not John. This swoony man knew she was worth it and he made her believe it too which was spectacular in it’s own right.
I love the Parker family, I have since book one in this series. I cannot wait for the rest of this series.
When Waylynn Parker returned home to Oak Springs, she vowed to never love again because the first time almost destroyed her, and it left her picking up the pieces of her life and her heart, dealing with small-town gossip, and attempting to find her footing back in a place that’s so much smaller than her old life in New York.
Jonathan Turner was born and bred in Oak Springs, and he’s always had his eye of Waylynn Parker despite their age difference and despite the fact that he’s Waylynn’s younger brother’s best friend, and now that she’s back, he’s more determined than ever to get her to see him as someone worth her time, worth her thoughts, and worth her heart.
Jonathan’s goal of making Waylynn Parker his is not going to be easy, but what readers learn about him as his and Waylynn’s story continues is that when it comes to the right woman, there isn’t anything he’s not willing to do because he sees his forever standing right in front of him, which means he’ll fight like hell to prevent Waylynn from getting lost inside her head and from running away from something that they both so clearly want and need.
Kelly Elliott realistically portrays Waylynn’s struggles, not only with the age difference between her and Jonathon but also with Waylynn’s insecurities and self-recriminations. Her ex-husband verbally abused her, leaving her feeling like she’s not good enough and an embarrassment for everything she lost. And while it’s clear that Waylynn is struggling with how other people see her and what she’s allowed Jack’s words to do to her self-esteem, it’s also clear that she’s a fighter and that she’s strong and capable despite Jack’s punishing words.
There are multiple times in the story where the snarky and feisty Waylynn comes out, especially when it comes to her siblings’ antics, but there are also times where she gets so lost in her head that it’s impossible for anyone to get through to her, and it’s those times when she tries to shut Jonathan out, but like the alpha male he is, he refuses to allow that to happen because he knows Waylynn wants what is developing between them, so when she can’t fight, he’s there to fight for both of them.
The Parker siblings’ bonds and banter are a significant part of Waylynn and Jonathon’s story, which makes sense since Jonathon is Cord’s best friend and her brothers are quite the protective bunch, especially given what Waylynn has already been through at the hands of her ex. The scenes that include all the Parkers are definitely lively and adding in their significant others makes it quite the family dynamics, and while they can all be a bit overwhelming, every single one of them is the reason that Waylynn keeps fighting, even when she feels like her broken pieces will never heal.
Waylynn and Jonathon deserve every happiness in life and it’s with that thought that they weather Waylynn’s doubts, outside influences, and circumstances that almost destroy them because the risk is worth taking when there’s someone like Jonathon who stands at her back, vowing to protect and cherish her every single day of their lives.
4.5 Poison Apples
What happens when life throws you a wrench and the one dream you have always wanted to come true is no longer attainable….or is it??? Read Love Again by Kelly Elliott to find out how Waylynn handles change.
All I can say is this is another amazing story from Kelly Elliott. I feel like I always say the same things when I read her books, but I can’t get enough of her writing. I absolutely love anything she writes and could rave on and on about her books. Love Again was no different!!
Love Again is the 4th book in her Cowboys and Angels series and it follows Waylynn (The oldest of the Parker Siblings) and Jonathon (Cord’s BFF). Each of these books follow a new couple but we do visit all the previous characters and even some new ones in every book. I would say that the storyline is kind of on going, because she just continues the story of the past couples in the next book. So I wouldn’t recommend reading these books as standalones….I do believe they should be read in order. Plus you get the most out of all the characters and the Parker family if read in order. This book and all the others are written from Dual POV, which I love, by the way. Getting into each of the characters heads is I think how all stories should be told.
As I said earlier this book is about Waylynn and Jonathon. Waylynn is the oldest of the siblings and has just moved back to Oak Springs to be close to family after a nasty divorce. She is also a ballet dancer and is determined to open her own dance studio. Jonathon, Cord’s BFF and family friend, has been hired by Waylynn to build her dance studio. Waylynn and Jonathon have this intense chemistry, but there is one thing holding Waylynn back….he is 6 years younger than her. Can Waylynn get over the age difference?? Will she be able to find Love Again?? What happens when her world is turned upside down…Can Waylynn get her HEA?? Read this book to find out.
I am in love with the whole Parker Family. This series truly rivals Kelly’s Wanted Series which I also love. Kelly’s family saga books are her best writing and I fall in love with each of them. I would HIGHLY recommend all her books!! They are a MUST READ!!!
I love this series and Love Again is probably my favourite so far. Jonathan and Waylynn’s story has it all, it’s funny, it’s emotional. It’s hot as hell and it’s all about love and loyalty.
Jonathan loves Waylynn but convincing her to take a chance on him is proving difficult because not only is he her brothers best friend, he is 6 years younger than her, that doesn’t bother him but it does bother her. The Parker cowboys are very loyal and very protective of their family especially Waylynn and that leads to some real laugh out loud moments as they try to deal with the situation and who can forget Waylynn’s potty mouth and crazy interactions with the family, I have to say the bathroom scene with Jonathan and Waylynn had me in stitches …….“ we’re sitting in a soaked bathroom after my father just saw you naked and me face planted into your twig and berries” I love this family, they make me laugh and they make me cry but throughout it all they are loyal and protective of each other and what can I say about an adorable pet goat named patches. Looking forward to more from the Parker family.
5 Star Review Love Again (Cowboys & Angels #4) by Kelly Elliott
This has to be one of my favourite series and Love Again is Waylynn and Jonathon Turner’s story. I am so in love with this series by Kelly Elliott and honestly it really is like coming home when I read a book in this series.
This story had me engrossed from the first chapter to the last. I have been intrigued by Waylynn since she first appeared in the series and I was anxious to read her story. Love Again lived up to my expectations in every way. I loved how feisty Waylynn was in the previous books and as she fought her way back from divorce I knew that it would take a strong, determined man to be able to see through all her bluster to the vulnerable and hurt woman beneath the surface. Jonathon Turner was that man and he was perfect for her; a strong, sexy, gorgeous man who fell hard and fast for the beautiful Waylynn.
This was one of those books I wanted to take slowly, to savour the story and yet I found myself riveted and saying to myself, just one more chapter until I finished.
The banter between Waylynn and her sister and sisters in law was hilarious, as was her dealings with her brothers and it all made for some truly snort worthy moments.
Waylynn has been deeply hurt by her lying, cheating ex husband and she has vowed that she will not fall in love again. Jonathon is attracted to Waylynn and is determined to see where it could lead them, but first he has to get past the biggest stumbling block to his plan, Waylynn. She is attracted to him and although the chemistry is sizzling between them, she cannot get past the fact that he is 6 years younger than her and her brother Cord’s best friend.
Can Jonathon get through the wall that Waylynn has built around herself? Will Waylynn give Jonathon the chance to show her that by taking a leap of faith, she could finally have the life she has longed for so desperately?
