One of my favorite paranormal romances–if you like VERY, very bad boys, and steamy romances.
The Best Bad Boy EVER!
This is hands down my favorite book in the world. It was an unexpected treat with great characters and a wonderful plot. I’ve read this book several dozen times now and will probably read it several more times.
I love the entire Immortals After Dark series but I waited forever to get to Lothaire. LEO aka Lothaire the Enemy of Old, is the villain of this series throughout most all of it. He’s twisted, depraved and just an all around baddie, so the idea of him getting his happily ever after was surprising to some, but not me. Cole has a way of redeeming …
Lothaire is my FAVORITE. That is all.
I’ve said before that I’m not under Lothaire’s thrall as many seem to be. But I was extremely curious to find out how Kresley Cole would make him a character I cared about. She has a knack for making me care for her previously despised characters, even if some aren’t fully redeemed. I enjoyed this story from the start, but Lothaire was still a …
Fantastic characters, writing and world you never want to leave. I’ve read this book twice, which is something I rarely do.
A twist on this series
Loved this book. It might be the best in the series. Well, for me that is… I’ve read this book three times and will do it again this year.
I really anticipated this book in the series and I was not disappointed.
Learning Lothaire’s backstory and then who his mate is was the best part of the book for me. It was a little different from several of the books before it in that most of the action is small because so much is given over to relationship building. Don’t get me wrong, Lothaire …
One of my favorite go-to books when I’m in need of a lovable bad guy fix. And it’s hilarious, steamy, and heartfelt, too. I highly recommend this novel.
I had a fun time reading Lothaire. I never thought I would fall in love with vampires again, but here I am.
I’m not crying! This book stings. You find yourself wondering how in the hell the characters will make it through. It’s horrible and completely wonderful at the same time
The character of Lothaire is so flawed and twisted. He’s unlikeable most of the time but the vampire myth and lore is incredible!
second favorite book in this series, I have read this book 5 times, doesn’t get old and definitely not your neighborhood vampire
Love Kressley’s series Immortals After Dark
Fantastic way for a grey villain to be established, plus I’m a total sucker for strong women who take no shit, no matter the odds against them.
I love all of Ms. Cole’s books, but this one ticked all the boxes for me. It took me on an emotional roller coaster ride I was reluctant to leave. This entire series is amazing but if you only read one book in it, let it be this one, you won’t be disappointed. Wow!
I love all of Kresley Cole’s books. Lothaire was featured in many previous books so when he got his it did not disappoint. Gotta love a book where you don’t think you like a character and then you love him.
Lothaire is amazing! Love the female character as well. As always, Kresley Cole delivers. If you’re looking for a new paranormal romance series, check out her Immortals After Dark.
