A wonderful discovery!
I found this book in a box set of five novels that feature Lycans. I’m a big fan of Stacy Claflin. This first story in the series revolves around an unnerving situation…memory loss, coupled with paranormal events. We peer into Victoria’s life as she struggles to rediscover herself and learn to trust those who may or may not be what they seem. An intriguing read. On to Book 2!
Victoria just graduated high school and is now at college…with no memory as to how she got there, who she is, who her family is, and just plain doesn’t know why she DOESN’T know. The only memory she has is of the past few days but nothing else. Her phone doesn’t have any phone numbers that would be of help, her computer has no emails stored, her roommates don’t even know anything about her.As things slowly progress between the two Carter becomes more affectionate and loyal to Victoria but she still has that pesky memory issue.Toby, a professor at Victoria’s college, happens to know her. He was been looking for her for years since he found out that she was no longer dead. He is so familiar to her but she doesn’t know why and she honestly does and doesn’t want to find out why. She needs her memories back before she can go to Toby and find out their connections.
Intriguing and exciting storyline. Who am I? Who was I? Who do I belong to? I need answers!. Victoria is so lost. Good monologue, good book.
Omg this is a rly good book that leaves you wondering and wanting more.

This book is so good. It grabs you as soon as you start reading. I highly recommend this book and series
It was unrealistic of how she dealt with her memory loss
I received this book free for an honest review and I absolutely adored it. It was such a quick and easy read that I didn’t want to put it down until the very end and immediately I wanted the sequel. The characters just drew me in and made me fall in love with each one of them. Victoria and Toby are just adorable together and they’ve gone through so much. It’s just heartbreaking to see all the things they have gone through together and apart and I truly wish for them to have a beautiful life together. I can’t wait to see more of them together in the following books. If you enjoyed the Transformed series you will enjoy this book as well. Not only is this book a fabulous read but you run into some characters that are in the Transformed series. I absolutely loved this book.
This was an interesting book. I loved the concept and I am looking forward to digging deeper into this series .
A fascinating twist on new adult romantic suspense, featuring a supposedly-dead girl and a werewolf. How can you pass that up?
Wow, what a Gr8 story. Victoria & Toby have gone through some nasty stuff, & ended up separated for a few decades. But life has a way of making things right. This story grabbed me from page one & held tight till the end. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up
Lost Wolf – See the Amazon reviews from Reccarita, Samatha Simons, Valerie R. Macaluso and Etheridge family. I agree with all of them. What a disappointment from one of my favorite authors. Stacey Claflin is one of my favorite authors, but this book is a total flop. Add the usage of “our” when Toby is werewolf and he’s referring to his human and wolf parts as our/us. OK, I did get used to that after a while, so not a big problem. Grace is a great character, unlike Victoria, which I found to be a stupid cow; yeah, not PC, it’s clear, plain English.
Please don’t let this book keep you from reading her other books, she is a great writer and just made a booboo publishing this one. I contacted the author and asked to review her books a while back. 2*
