Skye wants to write a book about a dragon man and a human in love, but needs inspiration and facts. She can not get to Dragon Island so she steals a boat, but gets dumped on shore in a wreck after a storm that night. Dr. Alan finds her the next morning and helps her heal. Instant feelings flow between them and there are a lot of ups and downs during the two weeks that she agrees to stay. The characters and storyline are terrific, with plenty of intense feelings and emotions. The romance skyrockets with a little Ds. Loved the location and the interactions of the inhabitants. This book will pull you in and not let you go. Well done.

Sophie Stern is fast becoming a must read author for me and this book only reinforces that. She writes her story lines and world building with a flair that grabs you from the beginning of the book to the end. In this crazy time we live in it’s such a please to read a short story that lets you escape and leaves you feeling good at the end. Alan and Skye’s story is one of finding your soul mate when you least expect it and in fact had decided that you would never have one. This story has everything that you could want in a book; comedy, action, drama and of course hot romance. This is the 4th book in the Dragon Isle series and you will be sorry if you don’t read this delightful gem.

Sophie Stern has written a 5-star book. Skye wants to go to Dragon Isle to talk to Victoria about writing. She asks Liam, the harbormaster to take her but he tells her “No.” She waits until late that night and she takes one of Liam’s boats and heads toward Dragon Isle but she gets caught up in a storm. Alan is the only doctor on Dragon Isle and he went on his morning jog and comes upon half of a boat. He looks for the rest and finds it along with Skye. She is laying on the sand and has her eyes closed. He goes up to her and asks “Can you hear me?” All she says is “Please and I’m sorry.” Alan takes her to his house because she is hurt and he has everything he needs there to treat her. When she wakes up, Alan asks her a few questions and then makes a deal with her. She can stay with him for two weeks and be his submissive or he can turn her over to the clan leader. He tells her that he will leave her to think and when he comes back he wants her answer. When he comes back, he brings her some breakfast and she attacks it like she hasn’t eaten for a few days. Alan asks her when was the last time she ate. She tells him it had been a few days. He asks her “why?” After she tells him, he said that she was going to stay with him for the next two weeks since she could not take care of herself. As they spend more time together, Alan’s feelings for her change and he wants her to stay. Skye’s feelings grow stronger for Alan but she doesn’t think he feels anything for her.
Will Skye let go of her insecurities and let Alan in?
Can Alan let his past hurts go and open up to Skye?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic! Skye wants to go to Dragon Isle, so she steals a boat to sneak on, but she travels during a storm and ends up washed up on the beach. Alan, the doctor on Dragon Isle, finds her and treats her injuries. Alan is extremely attracted to Skye and he knows there’s an issue of her stealing the boat and wrecking it that needs to be addressed. Alan offers her an unusual proposal and he will pay off her debt for the boat. I so loved watching Skye and Alan’s relationship journey, it was amazingly hot. A fantastic read and one I think everyone should read.

This had a more contemporary read than para-romance for me. Very hot & steamy adult themed book, but other than the pain relieving endorphins it just wasn’t for me.

Lost to the Dragon is the fourth book in the Dragon Isle series. Skye is desperate to get into Dragon Isle for information about a romance she wants to write, but gets caught in Storm, and several lies. Alan, the island doctor, finds her and offers her an unusual proposal: be his for two weeks in payment for her lies and rash actions. But at the end of the two weeks, will they go their separate ways?
This book might be a shorter read, but right from the beginning, it sucks you in and you can’t help but escape from your world into one of steamy dragons! I love this series, but this book could be read as a stand alone. One of my favorite things about Alan was that he is so caring, respectful, and protective of those under his care and those he loves, but he has a sadistic side of his passion that can’t be denied. Skye fits him perfectly, as she’s sweet and innocent in ways, completely driven to finally find herself, but craves the dominance that comes from Alan. I love their connection that’s almost instantaneous, and I love that he helps build her up while she thrives under his care. There’s not too much drama in this book, but both characters make mistakes, and both have to prove to the other that their future is more important together than apart, if they can. I really enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more from this series!
This was a great story. The characters are enjoyable and the storyline is interesting. A well written book that I recommend reading.

Skye wants to pay homage to her obsession and write a romance about dragons. She has the plot of each book in the series in her head. She steals a boat and tries to sneak onto Dragon Island. Unfortunately she travels during a storm and has an accident. Alan, the Island doctor finds her, rescues her and finds himself attracted to her. Skye is a natural submissive to Alan’s Dom. Can they connect? Does she meet his dragon? Does she get her story? Does Skye go all the way and sub for Alan? Nice story about Skye and Alan discovering hidden depths within themselves and each other. The journey is absolutely hot!
Dr. Dragon at your service……..and then she will be at his!!!
Lost to the Dragon is the fourth book in the Dragon Isle series and boy is it a fabulous story with Skye and Alan. Their story starts out rocky but ends in a beautiful place. When Skye’s boyfriend cheats on her with her best friend she decides to leave town and do something different. What she wants to do is become a writer and she has the idea to go to Dragon Island in order to observe some dragons for research. But when Liam will not take her she steals his boat and ends up crashing onto the island during a storm. She is about to get very up close and personal with a dragon in the form of Alan, a doctor who is also a dragon shifter. When he finds her he brings her back and tends to her as she was injured. But now there is the little issue of her thieving ways and wrecking Liam’s boat. Alan decides that he will pay Liam but in return Skye will become his submissive for two weeks. Skye is okay with this as she is more than little attracted to the big, handsome, sexy doctor.
This book in the series was great. It is well written, has an interesting and engaging story-line and wonderful characters, with it all being packed into a short story that is a quick read.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Skye definitely got more than she expected. Looking for a change in her life and be a writer, her life direction begin with a ship wreck. Then she has to repay for the damages in ways she didn’t expect. Throw in love, and suddenly everything is not as simple.

Alan is the only Doctor on Dragon Isle at the clinic for dragons and humans. He’s a very private person and doesn’t mix much. Skye leaves everything after she finds her boyfriend with her best friend. She only keeps her computer, some clothes, and her phone. She steals a boat and on her way to Dragon Isle she gets caught in a storm and destroys the boat in the storm. She’s found on the beach hurt. Love watching their relationship develop between Alan and Skye. It’s an amazing hot sexy romance. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
