Love will always find its way… or will it?Ella a.k.a Miss Apple Pants is back in another charming story. But instead of losing everything she owns to a U-Haul truck, she’s about to lose her heart.A lot has happened since we left Ella lost in Seattle. She’s become a mature woman and loves being a ‘timeshare mother’ with her hippie parents. Life is good. Hans is part of the past, that is until … the past, that is until Alfred suddenly utters the word “dad” … And when Frank announces they are going to Europe for the summer, Ella finds herself split in two. Should she go find him? And is she still in love with him. Or is she, in fact, in love with someone else?
A warm-hearted and humorous romance/family drama, Lost in Love, is a celebration of family, friendship, and finding love when and where you least expect it.
“If you love a fast-paced story, with snappy dialogue and lots of humor, heart and girly feelings, this is the book for you.”

Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2)
By: Charlotte Roth
5 out of 5 stars
The story Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2) by Charlotte Roth is a wonderfully humorous and romantic book. The story had me with a smile on my face, laughing out loud, and has moments that touched my heart. It is the second book in a series that includes an amazing character named Ella. She is a young woman who at a young age grew up quickly. She is funny, kind, and beautiful. You could also call her confused when it comes to the feelings in her heart. When her father announces a trip to Europe, she has a decision to make. Should she try to find her son’s father, Hans? Is she still in love with him? What decision will she make? Read this book to find out. This is a story that had my emotions going up and down the entire time. There are heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. I enjoyed reading about many of the other characters. Some have a large part to play and have been brought forward from the first book. I love when an author does this as it feels like you are catching up with friends. Ella’s tale includes the feeling of family, life lessons, and finding out what you’re heart really wants. Ella is a character that I grew to care about in the first book and those feelings continued in this one. She is someone who deserves happiness and to feel loved. Don’t miss out on a story that you will not be able to put down once you start. I highly recommend reading it.
Lost in Love was a sweet follow-up to the first in the Miss Apple Pants series. There weren’t any mature scenes, but like the first book there were some more sensitive topics. At the beginning of the book, Ella is a single mom deciding whether or not to tell the baby’s father. I actually felt more invested in the relationships with the supporting characters than the potential romantic relationships because there was more time spent on them and their development over the course of the book.
I listened to the audiobook. Hope Dorman did a great job with the narration. She sounded very age appropriate for the main character. There were a few mispronunciations, but you could also attribute that to the age/experience of the character.

This 2nd story in Miss Apple Pants does not disappoint. It’s just as fun, thoughtful intriguing story as the first. It’s shows how much Ella matured since had Alfred. Ellas father is going to Europe for his job. It’s a chance for the whole family to go, but there’s one hitch . His boss, Mrs Rock/Rockefeller wants to go with them on their journey. Ella wants to find Hans, this trip ends up being an adventure. A trip of self discovery. It’s a charming story of reconnecting with family, following her heart. This is a great story and fun to listen to.
Hope Dorman is entertaining and a wonderful storyteller making this a fun story to listen. audiobook obsession reviewer
This is the second book in The Miss Apple Pants Series. Ella is a lovely character. The secondary characters are great and they take an important part in this story. The family spirit and the friendship in this story are wonderful. I love the ending. This is my favorite story in the Series. Hope Dorman did a great job with the narration. She has a great voice, well paced, and easy to understand. The characters were easy to distinguish.
I’ve listened to a few novels from Charlotte Roth and I have never been disappointed. Lost in Love is another fascinating tale that held my interest from beginning to end. This story is the 2nd book in the Ms. Apple Pants series and was one big adventure with witty, humorous banter, a realistic, relatable storyline and fun, quirky characters who you can’t help but love, but what I absolutely loved was the family and friends dynamic. The story was emotional and heartwarming and you will enjoy every moment of it. I would highly recommend this novel to all lovers of contemporary romance.
I really enjoyed listening to this novel which was narrated by Hope Dorman. She did an amazing job with the characters and narration. Her pace and timing was amazing and she was able to portray the right emotions and give each character their own personality. It was a pleasure listening to her narrate this novel.

Lost in Love by Charlotte Roth is the second book in The Miss Apple Pants Series that I listened to on audio narrated by Hope Dorman.
This is the third book of Charlotte’s that I have read and it definitely won’t by last. Her writing just pulls you into the story and you can’t stop reading until the very end.
Hope did a great job on the narration she really brought the story to life. However, I did have to listen to it between 1.25 – 1.50 speed otherwise it was really slow reading in my opinion.
I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Sweet Romances.

Lost in Love
The Miss Apple Pants Series, Book Two
By: Charlotte Roth
Narrated by: Hope Dorman
This book is as fabulous as the first book in the series was. I thoroughly enjoyed “Lost In Seattle” and was so happy to hear there would be a second book. And Charlotte Roth does not disappoint, this book contains the same delightful charm, the same fabulous characters plus a few new ones. This book fast forwards three years, Ella turns 21, she has a son Alfred and a sister Ava, and is living with her parents all of whom are just as quirky as ever. She is also good friends with Thomas, yes, that Thomas and his daughter Eleanor. Ella’s father has a work assignment in Europe, his boss Mrs. Rock offered to make it an all expense paid trip for his family. Ella was not sure about going along but decided now was the time to find Hans, her son’s father. Hans went back home to Berlin after his classes were finished and has no idea that he has a son. I love Charlotte Roth’s writing style and ability to create such quirky characters and storylines that are realistic and relatable and yes some are just hilarious and others are completely heartfelt. This story is sure to put a smile on your face, I sure how this is not the end of the “Miss Apple Pants” series, fingers crossed there is more to come from these adventurous characters. Thank you for another amazing story, it is a charming delight that has a lot of heart!
I listened to the Audible edition, Hope Dorman is a wonderful narrator and voice performer. He brings these characters to life, gives each their own voice and personality. You can hear how much heart she put into the story, she projects the emotions of the characters, as well as the drama and humor of the story, into her performance. Loved what she did with the song lyrics, her vibrato is amazing. Thank you for another great & entertaining listen

Lost in Love ( The Miss Apple Pants Series Book 2) By Charlotte Roth is a wonderfully written story about finding love where you least expect it,and friendships . I found myself a bit emotional at times and laughing at other times. Its a fast paced story that I had a hard time putting down once I started reading. I do recommend reading the first book in this series although it’s not necessary, but this one does pick up three years after the first and is the continuation of the story. Get ready for Ella as she travels around Europe with her family. Ella might just find love ,I highly recommend reading this book especially if you want to know what happens next. I look forward to reading more from this Author.
Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2) by Charlotte Roth is a fun and sweet story. We once again meet up with the quirky and loveable Jensen family. It is a fun read as we go on an adventure around the world. One in the hopes of finding someone and another Mrs Rock who is going with them in the hopes of reliving old times. It is a beautiful story that often had me laughing out loud at the antics and I felt right at home with them.
Charlotte never disappoints with her unusual stories and quick wit. They are easy read and to enjoy and always leave you feeling light. Grab a drink settle in and enjoy a few hours of fun.

4 out of 5 stars
Lost in Love is the second installment in the Miss Apple Pants series and I enjoyed it even more than the first. Charlotte Roth is an author I like to keep an eye out for, while her books are pretty
different I haven’t come across one I haven’t enjoyed yet.
I recommend reading this series in order as Lost in Love is a continuation of the first book, picking up a couple years after the first left off. The story remains fun, entertaining and light hearted. I have enjoyed watching the character development from
the first to second novel, and the witty nature of Ella kept me smiling.
I would love to see more from this author soon!
Well, this was way more than I expected. I expected cute and happy and what I got was a wonderfully told story with some heartbreaking moments. I loved that this was full of emotions, all of the emotions, and Charlotte Roth was not afraid to put it all out there. There are times that a book like this could feel forced, cliche almost, but I don’t think this is one of them. I think it was smartly written and controlled so as not to be too much so to speak. This is the second story involving these endearing characters. I haven’t read the first book yet but I will soon and I will be keeping my eye out for the next one. I’m hoping that I will get answers to some questions that I have in the next one too.
Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2) by Charlotte Roth was a sweet, emotional read, that got me in all the good feels.
The second book in The Miss Apple Pants Series, and I have to say, Charlotte Roth has outdone herself. I did have some mix feels about the first book, but once I saw the second and remembering the loose ends from the first book, I had to pick it up. Now before you dive into this wonder, this is a continuation series, so I highly suggest reading the first book, or be prepared for major spoilers.
This book was pure emotions. Sure there were still some issues with filler and going down the rabbit hole, but it fits so well with Ella’s personality, that I didn’t mine it as much as I did in the first book. I will say that the ending, that soul fire, kick to the chest that melted my heart, felt like it took way too long to get too. I get it, real life isn’t that fast, but, I felt like this big adventure in Europe, took too long to get to the point, as to why Ella was there in the first place. Again I don’t know if this was done to up word count, but this book would have been just as impactful, if it was more compact and maybe even novella size.
Overall this sweet tale was heart clutching, and you can feel the love, sadness, longing, from each character. There was this one scene with Thomas as the start, where I literally felt his heart pain, longing, and just plain old pure love.. and then I wanted to slap Ella for not seeing it, or better yet, not wanting to see it. Damn it all, my heart is all fluttery, happy and just melty.
With that said, please take my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval, that you will get swept away by this weird combination of, Sleepless in Seattle, Eat, Pray, Love and happy ever afters.
Happy Reading

Lost in Love by Charlotte Roth is book two of The Miss Apple Pants series. Book one should be read before reading this book in order to be able to follow along.
This book picks up three years after book one and Ella is just as smart, beautiful and funny as ever. When her father announces a surprise trip, Ella finds herself confused when it comes to matters of the heart. She doesn’t quite know how to follow her heart. Should she revisit the past or take a risk on something new? There is so much wit, adventure and romance in this book. There are plenty of emotions and some heart warming moments.
If you haven’t yet, read book one so you can read this book!
Lost in Love by Charlotte Roth is the second book in the Miss Apple Pants series. We catch up with Ella three years after the letters and Hans. So much has happened in that time. Alfred and Ava are now almost three and growing so fast. Ella has grown even closer with Martha and her family and then there is the trip to Europe.
I love Mrs. Rock even though I really didn’t want to at first. I think my favorite was Amsterdam. Ella has just done so much growing up, which she didnt have much of a choice but she is doing amazing as a young single mom.
I sincerely hope there is a third book in this series. I have things I want to know and they weren’t answered completely here. I’m so glad I found this series!
Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2) by Charlotte Roth
5+++ Stars
Then there’s a new favorite by this author…I loved the the first Miss Apple Pants but let me say, I love this one even more. When I say I could not put this book down I mean I couldn’t put it down. I wish I had the words to explain what it is about this authors books that keep me racing back for more, for one it is her characters and the way this author writes their interactions…They just seem so so real. Another is the family and the friendships that she writes about. Then there’s the storylines that keep me from doing what a real life wife should be doing, like cooking and cleaning and conversing with anyone around me lol
I don’t even know where to begin with this review as far as the story itself. Let me just say that it just flowed and every word was needed to fulfill what was happening…No fluff added to make the story longer. There were very subtle little twists and turns throughout the story, those you see coming and just can’t wait to see them happen and then those you don’t really see coming but aren’t earth shattering throw your kindle kind of twists and the characters OMG, I am so so so in love with Ella’s family, they made me laugh so many times throughout the story and the addition of Mrs Rock and her story just added the cherry on top of this whole book.
I absolutely love this author, she is on my list of favorites and I completely and sincerely recommend everything she writes and I suppose you could read this as a standalone, but don’t do that…Grab the first and read them both for the full enjoyment of this story.
Can not wait to she what she writes next!
Loved It!!
Lost in Love by Charlotte Roth a four-star read you will adore. This is the second novel in the Miss Apple Pants series, I would say read them in order as even though its not necessary it does give the whole story as it picks up three years after the first and continues the story, so you get the most reading them in order. This was sweet and funny but at times a teeny bit annoying, and confusing. This is a light-hearted series and one that if you enjoy that type of thing you will enjoy. Anyone who has been a little bit of a clutz will identify with Ella.
This is the second book in the “Miss Apple Pants” series by Charlotte Roth but it is fine to read as a standalone. I hadn’t read the other books but was quickly enchanted by the characters. I found them original and very easy to identify with. I loved the humour of this book and found it easy to follow. It was a good paced story with plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. I liked that some of the characters were older as young characters seem to be the norm.
I’d recommend this to anyone who likes a love story or a family drama.
I have absolutely fallen in love with this series. Lost in Love is the second book in the Miss Apple Pants series and it was such a fantastic trendy read. It has everything you want in a story from love, humor, friends, a dash of drama, and anything else you can think of.
I met Ella in the first book and I feel like she’s come a long way since that story. She has done so much growing up and you can’t help but just love her and the people around her. There are some big decisions that she needs to make in this story ( I won’t give any hints ).
Miss Roth writes such light and engaging stories and I love being sucked into them every time. I cannot wait for more!
