Love will always find its way… or will it?Ella a.k.a Miss Apple Pants is back in another charming story. But instead of losing everything she owns to a U-Haul truck, she’s about to lose her heart.A lot has happened since we left Ella lost in Seattle. She’s become a mature woman and loves being a ‘timeshare mother’ with her hippie parents. Life is good. Hans is part of the past, that is until … the past, that is until Alfred suddenly utters the word “dad” … And when Frank announces they are going to Europe for the summer, Ella finds herself split in two. Should she go find him? And is she still in love with him. Or is she, in fact, in love with someone else?
A warm-hearted and humorous romance/family drama, Lost in Love, is a celebration of family, friendship, and finding love when and where you least expect it.
“If you love a fast-paced story, with snappy dialogue and lots of humor, heart and girly feelings, this is the book for you.”

So Adorable! Lost In Love is the second book in The Miss Apple Pants Series by Charlotte Roth. In this book we follow Ella through a series of events of love and life. This book starts a few years after the first one. Ella has learned to grow up fast and since the first book she has grown even more and it was a pleasure to read. Her father decides to take a trip to Europe and Ella doesn’t know what she needs to do. Following your heart is not an easy task and it’s especially hard for Ella. Who does she need to go after? Her former love or risk something with a new one? Her heart is completely on the line and she doesn’t want to be heartbroken again. This book is super cute and light hearted it’s also so incredibly relatable in the sense that all women go through the ups and downs of love and life. I would recommend this book to someone who enjoys relating and learning from others. I really enjoyed this book and hope to read another one.

Lost in Love is the second book in the Miss Apple Pants series by Charlotte Roth. This is a really great story- with quirky characters, adventure, romance, charm, emotion, humour, friendship, family, drama, a sprinkle of mystery, and more.
We met Ella in the first book, but she’s grown up a lot since then. A lot has happened to get her to this point. She’s still trying to ‘find herself’ and there are few big decisions to be made as we follow her through this story. I really love Ella- she’s strong, kind, beautiful, and a little off-beat. I really enjoyed reading this book and loved the contrast from the first book.
This is a heart-warming and very enjoyable read, highly recommended!
Thank you, Ms. Roth!
This author has become a one-click author for me. I’ve enjoyed all of her stories and the MISS APPLE PANTS duet is absolutely a set of stories I absolutely recommend. (Will there be a third? Fingers crossed.)
LOST IN LOVE picks up where the first book leaves off. Even though it is set three years in the future AND I loved the first book, I was a little disoriented when I cracked the binding of this delightful story. I do not recommend this as a stand-alone because the first is so important to this one.
This author has a way of setting the stage for a multilayered, multidimensional story that is a pleasure to read. To watch the character’s growth and maturity (she’s 20 and acts 80 at times) as she navigates this crazy thing called life was a joy.
I don’t want to give anything away so will end this review with: Read these books!

Ok, I was so confused reading the beginning of this story. I couldn’t tell who was who. The name Eleanor should never be used so many times. I did like Ella though. She was so young and grew up fast. She took on responsibilities that even adults don’t want. Being a parent is hard because you have someone’s life in your hands. You never know if your doing the right thing. Thomas was an idiot but a thoughtful one. Age definitely should be a factor in relationships but not when you’re already an adult. The author had a great sense of humor and gave you the perfect but not perfect family. She gave us a picture of what helping the people you love should be like. Overall it was confusing and entertaining to read this story.
Miss Apple Pants (aka Ella) is back at it in Lost in Love. This story is a quick read because it is taken at face value nothing really think like a mystery. There are emotional part to the story. Ella is loving life with her parents and baby. On the other hand, she is trying to figure out what her heart really wants. Ella will be more and more life lessons. Ella’s character is one that you can become book friends. I found myself yelling at the computer because I did not agree with her choices. Does she want to go after her former love or should she move on?

I was really looking forward to reading Lost in Love, I really enjoyed the first book in the series so was hoping this one would be just as enjoyable and I wasn’t disappointed! I love this authors writing style, her books are so easy to read and her characters feel real to life. I always find that I am hooked into her stories straight away and they never fail to always entertain me. I really like Ella, she is a funny character who I have loved reading about.
This was a really fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed! I would absolutely recommend Lost in Love to anyone looking for a fun, light hearted read and especially if you have read the first book in the series!
I can’t wait to read more from this author again in the future.
Another wonderful installment following our beloved Ella. Smart and funny, the cast of characters continued to grasp my heartstrings with witty dialogue and fast paced story development. From beginning to end, I found myself deliciously enraptured, just waiting to find out what would happen next. If you enjoy witty female leads, and unexpected love found, this is a book you must pick up.
This is a sweet story about friendship, family and finding love where you least expect it. I enjoyed this fast paced story from beginning to end. In this installment Ella may just find herself in love this time as she travels with her family around Europe. Her story is full of humor and cry in other parts a little bit. The characters are strong and easily relatable and connectable. This really is a fun story to read and I highly recommend picking it up.
Lost in Love by Charlotte Roth is the second book in The Miss Apple Pants series. The story picks up a several years after the first book. The story is wonderful with witty dialogue between the characters. Ella is still finding herself and embarks on adventures with her friends and family. I enjoy the book because there is a lot of different parts that people can relate to in their own lives. Ella is cute and fun.
I like the dialogue and the growth of the characters from the first book. I think this could be read as a standalone but better enjoyed if the first book is read before this one. I look forward to reading more from Charlotte Roth in the future and hope to see more of Miss Apple Pants in the future.
