WendyI was just a normal girl in a normal human world. I’d loved. I’d lost. I’d grieved, and after some time, I moved on.Then, and quite suddenly, he returned. He—Peter Pan, my first love; a monster in disguise. In the end, he paid the ultimate price, but his demise wasn’t enough. Now, I’m paying off the interest, dragged into a realm filled with wicked creatures I thought only existed in fairy … only existed in fairy tales and lores.
They want answers.
And I have none to give.
But the proverbial hourglass is draining of sand, and as darkness consumes, I find myself accepting the fact I’ll never make it home.
I’ll die at their merciless hands.
That is, until one valiant creature intervenes—leader of The Lost Boys.
The Alpha.
Tavi
Finding Wendy was by sheer chance.
From the moment I saw her, I was blasted with this fierce sense of duty.
I can’t explain it.
All I knew was, I had the save her.
So I did, brought her back to the Woodlands—The Lost Boys’ stomping grounds. But her connection to Peter leaves her as ostracized as he once found himself.
Until her mortality poses a concern, one the factions can’t ignore.
One no one has answers for, either.
Both my father and the Sacred Six warn there might not be any, but that doesn’t deter Wendy from trying to find a solution.
Despite such pressing matters, though, there’s a singular thought that incessantly crosses my mind.
Proof that fate is real.
She’s mine.
And I’ll be damned if anyone—or anything—tries to rip my little wolf away from me.

Oh my goodness! If I thought Venom was good I definitely had a blast with Wendy and Tavi story. At first I was not very interesting in Wendy when she show in Venom. But I’m glad I was proof wrong she definitely had a lot to say and I end up loving her chacater and Tavi too. Now I need more of this Rosewood chacaters I can’t wait to see who will be next.
Lost Girl begins straight after the last book and here Tinksley is practically unrecognisable in her temperament and behaviour as she totally embraces her new Fae and vampire bloodlines, welcoming her dark side.
With Peter now dead all that rage is now directed in poor innocent Wendy’s direction who is a victim herself and totally oblivious to who and what Peter really was.
Wendy now chained up in shackles by Tinksley in Hook’s dungeon is discovered by Tiger-Lillys Brother Tavi, a wolf-shifter and Alpha of the lost boys.
Tavi liberates Wendy from her captivity and the two start to develop feelings for each other.
The story is told from both Wendy and Tavi’s POV it’s quite slow burn and the tension is gradually dialled -up bit by bit.
There’s plenty of chemistry throughout and I adored how sweet and protective Tavi was towards his little wolf.
I also think there are still questions to be answered regarding Wendy’s nightmares and the mysterious voice, I’m not quite convinced they’re just bad dreams and not something more sinister especially considering the witches shady behaviour and the wards failing in Rosewood.
Hopefully, we will discover more as we progress further in this series.
I am also loving this whole take on the whole neverland fairytale and this series is just so imaginative with excellent world-building throughout.
I believe the next in this series will be Tiger-Lily and Armand Story cant wait.
I voluntary reviewed a copy of Lost Girl.

Now while I loved Hook & Tinksley, Tavi & Wendy are where it’s at. I love their bond and all the angst between them. Tavi is the ultimate Alpha, so strong and protective but so soft hearted and loving at the same time. He is my favorite and that epilogue is killer. I hope we get more from Rosewood soon!
This was the second book in the series and I don’t think it was as good. I was confused by some things, like what info Tinksley wanted from Wendy. Wendy herself was a weird mix of pragmatic and weeping female that kept me from liking her. The first book was so good, and I was expecting this book to be great but it seemed like filler. I’m not sure where this series is going.
Who knew a retelling of a fairytale could turn into a series like this, and I am here for ALL OF IT! This Rosewood series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.
Picking up where Venom leaves off, you are instantly back in Rosewood with Tinksley and Hook, and one panicked Wendy Darlington in tow. The intensity of hatred is still flowing in Tink, and Wendy is now the outlet of that anger. When during a celebration, Tavi, leader of the Lost Boys, hears one chained Wendy, he knows he has to do whatever it takes to get her out, even if it goes against the Chief.
The roller coaster ride that Tavi and Wendy go on is intense, but the angsty/slow burn between them was worth it all. Plus, the ability to take the original tale, put it on its head, and run with it to make a dark and intriguing story, that is definitely the sign of a talented author, and Dee has done that. So sit down, buckle up, and enjoy the crazy ride.
Second book in the Rosewood Realm series and it was really good. I would suggest reading Venom, Book 1 first to get a lot of history. I loved Tavi, he was so protective and caring. Tavi and Wendy were perfect for each other and my oh my did they have chemistry. I’m dying for book 3 now. Can’t wait. Great Series!
Omg I absolutely love this series. I couldn’t wait too read this book and I was blown away how I was glued too my kindle. I absolutely love Tavi and Wendy together. Such an amazing story and characters that I will never forget. I can’t wait too read the next book in this series. Truly an amazing series that everyone must one click.
This woman can write! I love the second book of the series this one being about tavi and Wendy! This book will make you hurt and be pissed off and I loved it and that ending I seriously was like what did I just read!! Get ready for your childhood to be ruined
Just wow!! This book is the kind that leaves you wanting more! I just couldn’t get enough of Tavi and Wendy’s story. The story picks up right after Venom, once Peterpan is dead. Wendy finds herself in another world, so vastly different from her own, and being punished for the lies and betrayal of Peter. The man she lost and then found again was definitely not the person that he betrayed. So not only has Wendy learned the awful truth, Peter was murdered in front of her now she is trying to stay alive enough to get out of the dungeon she has been placed in. Poor Wendy all alone in a strange world puts all her faith in the sexy man with the beautiful eyes!
Who just happens to be the alpha of The Lost Boys. Him being half wolf isnt want scares Wendy the most, it’s the fact that in such a short time her feelings for him are stronger than she has ever felt. While hiding from the place she escaped not being as welcomed as aTravi had hoped from his family, Wendy discovers another tragedy within herself.
This story was absoulety incredible, it made me seen and actually like Wendy for the very first time. She discovered her true self thanks to the love of one powerful Alpha, that would tear about anyone that ever tried to hurt his sweet “little wolf”
I read Venom, book one of the Rosewood Realm as it was part of the Sinister Fairy Tales collection. I doubt I’d have picked up and read it otherwise as it’s not one of my favourite genres. So I’m super excited I took a chance as Venom lead me to this story and what a story it is. This is Wendy and Tavis story. A truly brilliant read that took me out of my comfort zone and I don’t regret a second of it. I’m so looking forward to reading more from this author.
Forget what you know about Neverland…because it sure as hell doesn’t have Tavi and Rosewood is so much more fun.
I. LOVE. THIS. BOOK.
And, possibly by unpopular demand, I love Tavi more than Hook. Like I’m obsessed with him. He’s funny, alpha-e, he’s loyal and bomb AF. *heavy sigh* Alright, I’m going to stop.
Wendy isn’t the little girl in the blue nightgown who waited for Peter. If you read Venom…you seriously need to read it because you’ll never forget about ‘ole boy and his mishap.
ANYWAYS.
I enjoyed Wendy and I felt bad for her at times for the things she had to endure.
Dee Garcia knocks this one out of the park. Each book gets better. Each storyline makes me furrow my brows, makes my jaw drop and then sending off all CAPS messages demanding her to stop the torture (but not really).
If you haven’t read Lost Girl, you’re doing yourself a disservice. If you like dark, different, and a retelling — Lost Girl is you next book baby. <3
Lost Girl is the second installment in the dark fairytale collection by Dee Garcia – a captivating story between a mortal and immortal. LG is twisted and heroic, with so many secrets concealed that it might take a lifetime for TAVI – the werewolf and savior of WENDY – the mortal who had been kidnapped by Hook and Tinskley in an act of vengeance again Peter Pan. It is a standalone full length book but you might want to go through VENOM – Hook & Tinksley’s story to get a flair of what happens at Rosewood.
Lost Girl was a spontaneous fairytale – add in the dark and sexy touches and you have a surprising pleasant reward. I could eat Tavi in one take, he was that intense, smoldering and sexy. God have mercy on me! I was ecstatic to explore Wendy’s character, on the contrary. As compared to Tinksley who had been a shy and timid fairy, our girl Wendy, although being a mortal, doesn’t back off from a fight or fears the worst as she gets kidnapped by the deadly duo. She tries everything in her pace to get away from the obsession that T has against our girl. Add in Tavi and you’ve a day of sexual frustration, an aching c*ck and a throbbing p*ssy. I am sincerely in awe of the romance that Garcia portrayed between these different characters.
Garcia took her perfect time in making Tavi’s character so hot that I couldn’t help but lust after him. I literally wanted him to want me, how’s that for a riddle? According to me, that makes a perfect story, isn’t it? Lost Girl was every bit of gripping with a tight storyline that could bind you forever and make you go gaga all over the Kindle! Set in an imaginary world of werewolves, vampires and witches, Lost Girl couldn’t help but top my BEST READS OF 2020 Charts easily.
I’d like to mention the slow burners of the story in case you expect a head on full sex scene, then you’re highly mistaken. As I mentioned earlier, it’s about soulmates and trust. Wendy finally finding her closure in a fairy world and well, rest is history! A page turner in itself, Lost Girl wrecked my emotions and ignited a delicious fire in all my womanly places, rightfully. TAVI.IS.MINE! I said that earlier and have to mention it again, alas!
*I sincerely thank the author for allowing me to BETA READ Lost Girl and rightfully providing a review copy in exchange of an honest opinion*.
This is the second story in the Rosewood Realm series and its Tavi and Wendy’s story. I loved Venom and this authors writing/ stories. Lost Girl had me so engrossed from the very first page and I honestly could not put down at all. Tavi and Wendy are amazing and had this deep and intense connection from the very start when they first met. Tavi is the alpha of his pack and is so loyal and is exactly what Wendy needed. It is very well written and such a different spin on the tale of Peter Pan and was way more than what I expected this story to be!
Dee Garcia did a great job on Lost Girl. It was a great story, the plot was written well, it was packed with many feelings. Tavi and Wendy were strong characters, Wendy had grown through so much. She needed someone like Tavi, he’d do anything for her. He healed her, he was her everything. They were good for each other. Their connection and chemistry was strong. They were just great together but their journey wasn’t an easy one but they were stronger together than apart.
I enjoyed this story, it was great.
Thank you, Dee Garcia. Great work 🙂
I did know I would love this story so much! Venom was everything to me and completely out of the genre I typically read. Lost Girl did not disappoint! I was taken on another journey with twisty characters and unforeseen plot twists! I am certainly enjoying this new side of Dee Garcia!
Lost Girl is the second book in the Rosewood Realm and I really didn’t think Dee could top Venom but it is a close tie-up. Lost Girl is the story of Wendy being taken into the realm by Tinks because of everything that went on in the first book. Now that Tink has Wendy where she wants her is Wendy in more trouble than ever before?
Tavi hears Wendy yelling for help in the dungeons below and has the need to save her. He never thought saving this human woman would change the course of his and her life.
I absolutely recommend this series to anyone that enjoys the twist, turns, remaking of a fairytale that will blow your mind.
After reading Venom I couldn’t wait to see what Dee had up her sleeve for Wendy and she blew my mind yet again. The story we get for Tavi and Wendy is so well thought out you find yourself transported to their world. Tavi is the leader of the Lost Boys and his sense of right and wrong and his protective nature shines through. Wendy is the ying to his yang and helps tame the beast within him. As Wendy struggles adapting to her new reality we slowly learn more about the Rosewood Realm. This is a complex story with so many interconnected strands it truly is an addictive read. The characters are scary twisted but oh so appealing. This is a book you won’t be able to put down the writing the story draws you in but the writing is what keeps you reading. The next book has been added to my TBR.
I havnt read the first book venom and I read somewhere someone said you had to otherwise you won’t know what’s going on , well I disagree she has written the book so well that I knew what was going on , yes there probably are things they may click if I read the first book or think ahh makes more sense but honestly I don’t think you need to read venom first but this book definitely makes me want to read venom and which I am going to. I loved how it’s a different retelling of Peter Pan, well In this case the characters Of Peter Pan but in a dark good way , you hate hook but you don’t and same with tinksley! Loved the supernatural characters in this ! I really loved reading This book and can’t wait to read venom and the next book in the series
I knew this book was gonna be great and it didn’t disappoint. Wendy and Tavis have the chemistry and their story is one of my favorites so far. I love how we still got to see Tinksley and Hook along with getting a glimpse more of Tigerlily. This book isn’t as dark as Venom but it’s still absolutely phenomenal.
Lost Girl picks up right where Venom left off. While this is a standalone, I recommend you read Venom beforehand. Venom is definitely a bit darker and more in your face with the heat. But don’t let that deter you. This book makes you work for it with a slow, scintillating burn.
Tavi is a sexy, alpha wolf shifter that’ll make you want to drop to your knees and worship. He’s determined to save his damsel in distress at all costs. He’s struck with lust for his Wendy and it cannot be ignored. His big heart leading the way into the unimaginable.
Wendy has been through a rollercoaster of emotions. Peter dug himself in deep, controlling all her thoughts and emotions. She’s become the blame for things she knew nothing about and its tearing her apart. Her rescuer now clearing all the fog in her head and her heart.
I was excited to see Tinksley, Hook, and Tigerlily again as well. Hook was my everything after reading Venom and honestly he still is, with Tavi definitely coming in second. Two different type of men but both just as intoxicating.
I love this world that Dee has created. I’ve fallen in love with this genre because of her sinfully, satisfying way with words. I am ecstatic for the next book!
