A Curvy Meets Cowboy RomanceEliThese woods have always been my playground. I learned to be a man here—hunting, hiking, and camping. Through the years, I’ve found countless treasures amongst these trees. But I’ve never found anything as magical as Olivia… even if she did startle the deer with all her stomping around.Lost and injured, she’ll need my help to make her way back to civilization. The … around.
Lost and injured, she’ll need my help to make her way back to civilization. The trouble is, once she’s in my cabin—and in my heart—I don’t want to let her go. Olivia Williams is smart, sweet, sexy, and all kinds of curvy. She’s my perfect woman.
I’m not the kind of man who believes in fate, but I can’t help feeling as though the woods brought her here for me. Maybe they’ll help me convince her to stay.
Olivia
It should’ve been a simple assignment: search out a famously haunted homestead in the woods and write a five-hundred-word article about it.
Easy peasy, right?
Wrong. First of all, I came out here alone. Second, I’m used to navigating the concrete jungle, not the Ozark Mountains.
It’s no surprise I got lost.
The real shock is my rescuer.
I fully expected to meet a ghost in the forest; I did not expect to meet the man of my dreams.
Eli Henson is the biggest, hottest, hunkiest, most caring cowboy I’ve ever met. I have a life in the city—an apartment, a work wife, and a deadline. I have plenty of reasons to kiss Eli goodbye, but I’m not sure I want to leave him behind.
The woods brought me to Eli. Maybe they’ll give me an excuse to stay.
Short enough to read in one sitting and long enough to satisfy, this trope-tastic, over-the-top little dual POV, standalone micro-romance is sweet, steamy, and full of old-fashioned cowboy nobility and goodness. The love is insta, and the ending is HEA guaranteed. *Note: the stories in this series are shorter and spicier than those in the Real Good Men of Oklahoma series.*

Reporter and Mountain Man! This is another older man and younger woman story, but so lovable. This is about Olivia and Eli. Olivia is sent out to do a report about the ghost in the woods that scaring off treasure hunters although she told her editor that she has never camped or been out in the woods, he still sent her or said she would be fired. So there she goes, but Eli is the only ghost she finds as he live in the woods and when he hears a noise, he goes to investigate knowing that someone is trespassing in his property and with his gun and all, he ends up finding Olivia bent over looking into a cave that she is making her home for the night. He insists on taking her to his home as there are wild animals at night and they will not be kind to her. The story takes off from there and so much happens especially when she returns to her car and back to the office…. You will not be disappointed with Daisy’s book. I love them all…

Instant love for this couple. An overprotective man who has found his love. Cute meeting with just enough sass and humor. Enjoyed the ending, Eli was willing to give and go anywhere for Olivia.

OMG, we’ve moved to Arkansas! Where, apparently, they men are just as hot as their Oklahoma counterparts. Olivia is sweet and endearing. Eli is set is in life, and knows what he wants. Her. This is insta-love at its best – over the top, sweet, steamy, and romantic. And it’s a terrific start to this new series.
They’re the kind of thighs a man might like to nibble on…………….SEXY WOW x 10!!!!
Lost & Found Love is the first book in the new Real Good Men of Arkansas series by Daisy Gold. With this first book all I can say is………………bring on all those handsome, rugged, sexy, older, Alpha, flannel wearing, cowboy hat tipping Arkansas men!!!
Eli Hensen is forty years old, a retired as a Geologist after working in the field for fifteen years and getting rich in oil and gas. He came back to Allenville, Arkansas to take over the family ranch so his parents could retire. The ranch was founded by his grandfather and they raise cattle.
Olivia Williams is twenty-four years old, a junior reporter for the Allenville Gazette and has a dream of writing sci-fi romance books. She relocated to Allenville from Little Rock to start over and not have people remember her as the girl who grew up poor with a single mother struggled to make a living. She is determined to make Crawford Dunn, Editor-in-Chief respect her work even though it has been a year and all he still does is use her as his coffee girl and gives her crappy assignments. But she can write and has published a number of pieces about ghosts and tales from around the area in the paper that people seem to like. Her latest assignment has Dunn sending her out into the woods to find an old homestead that is supposed to be haunted. But she is vastly unprepared for taking a hike in the woods and instead gets lost and wanders onto private property, without realizing it even.
Eli is out bow hunting for a buck when he hears something thrashing around and getting closer to his hide. What he finds, that also stops him in his tracks, is a young woman bent over with her short shorts riding up as she is looking in one of the natural caves. It turns out he has found a very lost Olivia who has also lost her phone, not sure where but it was in her pocket and now it is not. When he startle her she bangs her head and cracks her skull on the edge of the cave resulting is a cut and blood. So he takes her back to his house to get cleaned up and then decide what to do. What soon becomes apparent is that he does not want her to leave and he is trying to figure out how to accomplish that. But Olivia is feisty, even if she is also soft and sweet.
This is a wonderfully sweet, funny, entertaining, romantic, playful and hot sexy OTT insta-love novella. Yes Olivia and Eli both fell something instantly for each other that they cannot rightly put a name to and they end up with their own HEA but this story also introduces the reader to several other characters in the community and a bit of the Allenville, Arkansas area, which you just know are going to be included in other books in this series. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and it is a definite read as far as I am concerned.
If you love Daisy’s Real Good Men of Oklahoma series you are going to love her Real Good Men of Arkansas books and this is the first in the series Like her previous series they are short fast steamy reads that are perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time
Olivia is a newspaper journalist whose editor definitely has it in for her and his latest trick is to send her into the woods of Arkansas to track down a supposedly haunted house. Olivia isn’t a wildlife loving person at all and soon gets herself into trouble Luckily Eli steps in and rescues her the only problem is once he takes her to his cabin he has ni intention of ever letting her go luckily Olivia is fine with that plan.
I am really enjoying Daisy’s books this is the first book in the new series and was another great little read. These two meet when she gets lost and he finds her. I thought these two were a good fit they were good likable characters and were made for each other I thought this was a super start to the new series
Lost and Found (Real Good Men of Arkansas) Book 1 by Daisy Gold. Eli is so everything a good alpha male should be (resourceful, smart, sweet, and HOT). Olivia doubted herself and ended up working in a crappy environment. Thankfully fate bring these two together and magic is in the air. Good start to a fun new series featuring fast paced insta love and mild drama, and lots of heat. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Another sweet and sexy novella by Daisy Gold who once again brings strong characters in Olivia and Eli. It’s insta love with a sizzling passion when he rescues her in the woods. The author brings tons of heat and a bit of drama and delivers a hot and steamy romance. It’s told in the dual POV with descriptive and vividly painted scenes , moves quickly and smoothly and had me hooked from start to finish. Well done!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
