This is an exciting page-turner. true to life characters and informative. I would recommend it to anyone especially those people who understand and love dogs.
Unusual story. Thought provoking .
Interesting story of a woman’s experience dealing with loss and moving on along with a rescued dog.
This book had me from the very beginning. It was a real page-turner as I couldn’t wait to read the end then was sad because I was finished with the book. I love animals and there was a real connection. Would definitely read again!
Easy read with a few twists and turns. A book to read when you don’t want anything heavy. Great for dog lovers.
I liked it!
This book was different but covered many bases – love, loss, friendship and a very loyal canine. I enjoyed it immensely but you must love dogs.
Very good. Makes you love dogs even more!!!
The subject of grief and the woman navigating through it coupled with the bond between a man and dog was very heartwarming
To me, cozy books should leave you feeling happy at the end. This one did that. It was somewhat informative about subjects I knew nothing about, and thought at the time that they were not really part of the story, but eventually the author made clear why they were included and they really did add character to a good read.
LOVED it!
very enjoyable.
This was everything a “feel good dog story” should be!
Extremely disappointing, I was so angry at the non ending. Clearly, the author cared for the dog and no one else. After the development of the human characters, I was looking for more than the dog’s happy ending. I was hoping for true endings for the human characters.
Do not bother buying or reading this book. So much wasted potential !!
