Cute funny quick read
05/29/2021 I laughed out loud during most of the early chapters of “Lost and Found” (nook). And then I cried a lot through the tragedy of Laura’s death. James and Leah were inspiring characters and I loved their story. Plus, there were so many intense emotions throughout! Thank goodness for a HEA.
Way too tragic for my tastes. Well written but made me so incredibly dark.
This book is an easy, fun, and breezy read. I loved the story line, but at some points it was a little too imaginative for my taste. Overall though, I still enjoyed it and would buy it again as long as it was on sale.
We get to read about the start of the story form the very different perspectives of him and her. As they start to connect, it becomes their story. Improbable, but endearing.
Love, love, LOVE this book! The crazy antics that Leah gets up to literally had me laughing out loud. After finding an engagement ring, she tries everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) to get it back to its rightful owner, a man named James. Luckily, her persistence pays off, because it turns out that staid, hard-working James is the perfect man for her crazy, quirky self. This is an amazingly entertaining read you won’t want to miss!
Really funny and endearing romance. Both main characters are so “lost” that you can’t help but cheer for them. So good, I have read it at least twice, probably more.
This was a fun read!
I just finished this book and didn’t want it to end. I loved it. I laughed out loud at Leah’s antics. I really wanted James to fire Veronica. Best book I’ve reading a while!
This was a wonderful surprise! I had never read anything by Elle Casey before and really, really enjoyed the story. Very funny! Would loved to have known more about the background of Leah–there was very little explained about why she was in such a horrible situation, what happened to her family, etc. but it didn’t detract from the story. I recommend this book!
begins slow with hers and then his diary type entries…. then second half is really twisted and interesting
Real cute story!
Great story, good writing. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Book tries to hard. I seldom give up on a book, but after a couple of chapters I couldn’t take anymore. Main character is TSTL and I just didn’t care. I quit.
I love Elle Casey but this was a non-starter for me. The heroine was too much for me and the comedy over-blown.
Not very likeable main character. Many story flaws as well.
This author created characters with depth, genuine characters with challenging life experiences. They seemed real. They were funny, made me laugh and have a good time. Great read. Better than most romantic comedies.
It a good book to read.
ended up reading whole series. author used a lot of same things in all books- but they were enjoyable.
Starts off a little slow but it quickly becomes a page turner. Loved the characters! Super funny as well.
