I enjoyed reading this book. Initially , it was slightly slow but soon moved into the characters more completely. The input of the dog’s thought process was a nice touch to the development of the story line. The book does leave you with a slight question in your mind of the, “what if” but that is for others to determine. It’s easy to also see that there are some who would try something like this in real life but than again, if no one is willing to try, how will we progress from where we are?
“Lost and Found” was so riveting that when I finished it I immediately bought the sequel. I enjoy good story plots with dogs in them. This was one of them.
Very believable characters
Love reading from dogs point of view
Loved this book! Can’t wait to read the next two in the series.
Have read all 4 books and can’t wait for more.
Slow plot, couldn’t finish.
Did not grab me as i had expected, but will read her other books
Couldn’t connect with the main character
Really enjoyed this book. I am a sucker for anything with dogs playing a big roll in the book.
Tedious read. Cute idea, but drug out too long.
Had a hard time staying interested
-It was a 4:30 a.m. bedtime. . . didn’t want to put it down.
The writing is well done. The story was interesting. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the heroine made a few dumb choices. All in all good enough that I bought the second book of the series.
Wonderful characters is an excellent description. Loved the parts from the dogs perspective, an unusual approach to narrative but one that a dog lover can totally appreciate. Interesting plot, not one the reader can instantly figure out. Have now purchased her next book.
Just couldn’t get into this one…
This best book I have read in a long time. Highly recommend the imagination of Amy Shojai and look forward to reading more books by this author!!
