Stephanie Plum faces the toughest puzzle of her career in the twenty-fifth entry in Janet Evanovich’s #1 New York Times-bestselling series. There’s nothing like a good deli, and the Red River Deli in Trenton is one of the best. World-famous for its pastrami, cole slaw, and for its disappearing managers. Over the last month, three have vanished from the face of the earth, and the only clue in each … earth, and the only clue in each case is one shoe that’s been left behind. The police are baffled. Lula is convinced that it’s a case of alien abduction. Whatever it is, they’d better figure out what’s going on before they lose their new manager, Ms. Stephanie Plum.

I love the entire Stephanie Plum Series. It’s a great easy read!
I absolutely love the Stephanie Plum series.
Always a favorite
I loved the first 10 books but now they have run out of good plots. This was tedious to read.
Best series ever! Can’t wait for 26 to come out! Love Stephanie, Lula, and Grandma. You laugh so hard you cry as you read. A student turned me on to this series years ago. Best student advice ever received. Hurry up 26!
I love the quirky characters.
Always leaves you with LOL moments!
Up to Janet’s usual humorous entertaining book. Fun to follow the lives of characters in Stephanie Plum’s exploits.
Typical Stephanie Plum novel with the effervescence you’ve come to expect of the characters. The plot twists don’t disappoint and Stephanie’s love life and work-life sometimes cause alarm. Stephanie keeps busy juggling Morelli, Ranger, Grandma Mauzer and Lula while chasing down and returning bond skips at the same time. As always Janet Evanovich has shaken up a fun read!
First off, I love the Stephanie Plum series so I have a long history reading all of the books in the series. As such, this book wasn’t as funny or entertaining as her previous books. The quirkiness of the characters, the ridiculousness of the situations they find themselves in, and the unrelenting humor are some of the characteristics that I find the most engaging in this series. Honestly though, this one fell a little short. It’s also getting a little old that Stephanie can’t choose between Ranger and Morelli – she needs to pick a guy and move on. I’m still going to hang in there though and hope the next one turns around.
Stephanie Plum is always funny, and a great read.
i love both morelli and ranger; so does she. who will get her? stay tuned. oh, and the rest of the book is typical evanovich/stephanie. you’ve gotta love it
this book is laugh out loud good
Another excellent tale.
A typically fun read from Evanovich. Laugh out loud funny! If you’re a fan, then don’t miss it.
To it read like the 1st book in series and I was dumbfounded to find out it was really the 25th book in the series!
ILOVE EVERYTHING I READ BY THIS AUTHOR!!!!! WHY HAVEN’T THEY MADE MORE MOVIES OUT OF HER BOOKS? MY WHOLE FAMILY READS HER BOOKS.
Janet doesn’t disappoint, only problem. The book ended to fast! Now to wait for the next one.
As always, Evanovich takes Stephanie through wacky adventures and wacky characters with her hilarious side-kick Lula. Once you start the book, it’s hard to put down because you’re having so much fun vicariously! Then throw in two sexy men and you have a main course and dessert! Unbeatable combination!
Love all of the Stephanie Plum books. This is one of my favorite authors.she always makes me laugh.
