In this action-packed thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Stuart Woods, Stone Barrington is on the hunt for a man who doesn’t want to be found in Key West…Dumped by his glamorous Russian girlfriend during dinner at Elaine’s and running low on cash, Stone Barrington is not having a good week. So his luck seems to be improving when he’s hired to locate the missing son of a very … missing son of a very wealthy man—lucky because the job pays well, and because the son seems to be hiding in the tropical paradise of Key West. But when Stone and his sometime running buddy Dino Bacchetti arrive in the sunny Keys, it appears that someone has been lying in wait. Stone very nearly loses his life after being blindsided at a local bar, and he realizes that the missing son he’s been hired to track may have good reason for not wanting to be found. Suddenly Key West is looking less like Margaritaville and more like the mean streets of New York…

Just getting tired of Stones’ snobbish, womanizing attitude. Have read all books in the series. Getting too predictable. Mr.. Woods needs to humanize Mr. Barrington. Bedding every woman he meets? The man is in his 50’s , not exercising regularly, eats rich foods and drinks booze a lot. Such a snob!
Like Stuart Woods books and I wish they would have more books in the 99 and 1.99 price range instead of 7.00 up

I love all of Stuart Woods books with Stone Barrington but being with him in the Florida Keys was the best.
Typical Stone Barrington book. Not great, but better than Woods’ more recent ones, which I would give one star.
I can count on Stuart Woods for entertaining reading. I have enjoyed so many of his books and Loitering with Intent included.
I have read every Stuart Woods book. He is a consummate story teller who creates characters that come off the page as “real” people. If you haven’t had the pleasure of reading his books, do yourself a favor and get one.
Listened to the audio book. What I would expect.
Beware Stuart Woods books are addictive. I Have finished quite a number of these books because they are very interesting and a good mystery. Stone Barrington leads a busy life. This book is about a missing son and takes place in Key West FL
I have to say that I have stopped reading the series. Stone has become an old horn dog. Sleeping with every woman he can find. Early books were entertaining. Not so much any more.
A good story. Held my interest.
clever storyline!
Another winner.
An excellent read!
Not as good as the many Barrington books prior.
It was typical Stuart Woods. Good for an easy, entertaining read.
I am a fan of Stuart Woods. This book did not disappoint.
Always a great read!
I’ve read every Stuart Wood book at least once. Always something old and then something new for variety. Always a new woman for Stone
ONLY ONE STUART WOODS.
