A pain so powerful can only be eased by a love even stronger.Welcome to Seattle, the Emerald City and home to The Single Dads of Seattle. Ten sexy single fathers who play poker every Saturday night, have each other’s backs, love their children without quarter, and hope to one day find love again. This is Aaron’s story …Single Dad of Seattle, Aaron Steele isn’t a single dad at all. He’s a … isn’t a single dad at all. He’s a retired Navy SEAL whose sister just died, leaving him to raise her newborn daughter all by himself. Only he has no clue how to be a dad–let alone a single dad. He’s lost in a sea of diapers and bottles, late nights and exhausting mornings, all the while dealing with a failure from his last mission he just can’t shake. He needs help. He needs a nanny.
Professional nanny Isobel Jones has a heart of gold. She’s always willing to help out, no matter the cause. She spends her days with children making memories and her nights on the laptop making magic as a graphic designer. After hearing Aaron’s heartbreaking story, she jumps at the chance to help. But she never expected her new boss to be a blue-eyed Adonis with dog tags, who quickly begins to fuel her fantasies.
While the beautiful nanny is off-limits, she’s also a welcomed distraction. Aaron’s grief is still raw and he just knows he’s going to mess up this whole dad thing. Isobel’s never shied away from a challenge, and that’s exactly what Aaron is-a big challenge. He’s angry and stubborn, moody and confusing, and yet she knows deep down he’s capable of so much love.
Will Isobel living with the single dad help pull him out of his misery, or will Aaron let the turmoil inside him chase away perhaps the only person that could help him finally find happiness?
**Note: This book can be read as a standalone. It includes lots of steamy scenes, cursing, and of course as with all my books, this has an HEA and no cliffhanger or cheating. If you like single dads who take charge, this book is for you
more
Aaron is totally lost in pain, loss and fury. Apart from his demons when a mission went wrong, now his only sister was down at a shooting in a shopping centre leaving her daughter behind.
Isobel didn’t think even for a second to say no to Liam’s job proposal of taking care of little Sophie.
The story touches several real issues, for instance, the mass shootings, the PTSD after war or in this case, after a mission went wrong, the cowards that have to drug a woman to rape her.
Well-written and well-develop characters. A book to enjoy reading about how love changes everything.
This book had everything…love, romance, family and lots of steam!!.
Aaron becomes single father to his niece when his sister was killed in senseless shooting.
Isobel became a nanny for Aaron .
Aaron suffers from PTSD and Isobel is there for him.
The characters were well developed and the story line was definitely interesting and keeping with recent unfortunate situations .

OMG… Another book from this lady… I was so excited to read it that o couldn’t start it fast enough.
I had another book I needed to read first, so you can guess my anxiety…
Whitley Cox is the best. This new series that she’s writing will hook you up the same way it did to me.
Since reading the first book I knew I needed to grab the other… It has been an amazing journey.
Her writing is sweet, hot and with so many emotions in between.
Living with the Single Dad is her latest release and it’s the fourth book from the Single Dads of Seattle series.
I advise you to read the first 3 books. You’ll love them.
This new book explores the lives of Aaron and Isobel.
Aaron is a retired Navy Seal that is dealing with the lost of his sister. She died tragically and now he sees himself alone to raise a newborn. He needs help and getting a Nanny is a must.
Isobel is a professional nanny by day and a graphic designer by night. She’s amazing with kids and a genius behind her laptop. When she gets the job to help Aaron…
Oh boy… If o thought that the other 3 books were intense… This one was of charts.
Superb plot, very well written, super engaging and intense.
The struggles that each character endured could break them but it made them stronger with the proper help.
Sometimes we need to lean on the ones we love to be able to overcome each obstacle that life brings our way.
There were parts of this story that I wanted to scream and slap someone…jeez… Let’s talk about some stubborn people. But there were others that I wanted to hold them and promise better days.
We are faced with so many feelings like loss, love, desire, rage, fear but it was amazing to see them grow up.
And girls… We have some hot stuff into the mix… Hell yeah.
This book was perfect and I can’t wait to read the next one.
Please, Whitley… Will we wait too long? Please, not.

I really enjoyed the book. Forewarning, the beginning is very sad. I like that the characters go through a lot it shows that they have character. I like the characters interaction with each other. But the ending jumps to far in the future. But the ending still good. I thought I liked that the single fathers group together. I wish my father had this when I was a kid because he was a single father, but there was nothing. Although this is the fourth book you can still read this as the first which I did. I would read this book if you like romance and hot single fathers.

Loved it!
This book starts in a dark place with utter heartbreak surrounding every moment. It ends with a bright and happy well deserved ending.
But oh the journey through, grief, sacrifice, learning, forgiveness, love, lust, understandings, misunderstandings, life choices and new beginnings. A lovely emotional story that will wrap around your heart and never let you go.
Aaron’s entire world was shattered… first due to missions as a navy seal, then his sister was murdered in a mall mass shooting, leaving him to raise his premature nuece. But friend Liam saved his life by finding an amazing nanny and having him join the Saturday night card game with the single dads club. He knew when he first met Iz that she would end up in his bed and he honestly thought that a nanny with benefits was all he wanted, until disaster struck and he could lose her permanently

Aaron will break your heart. The pain he goes through is hard to read. Isobel will become the answer to his prayers. I think this might be my favorite of this series. They are all fantastic but this one touched my heart. A

This was the second in the Single Dads of Seattle series I’ve read. I always like the stories wherein the confirmed bachelor ends up with an infant and needs a nanny because he’s clueless on what to do with the infant – usually the scenes are quite humorous. Not so with this one. How he ends up with the baby is tragic but I felt too much political correctness with this one that I almost quit fairly early on. Additionally, as with the first one I read, I felt the characters could have used more depth. Too quick to get to the sex scenes and could have used more getting to know the other person as a person, not just a sexual relationship.

This is the fourth book in the single dads of Seattle range and once again it is a book that draws you in and keeps you engaged until the very last page I have loved all of these single dads and Aaron is no exception
Aaron is suffering not only has he recently lost his sister and become the guardian of his newborn niece but he is suffering from PTSD from his time as a navy Seal and he isn’t handling the care of a newborn very well at all. Luckily he has friend Liam who lines him up with a nanny. Isobel is the sister of Tori and while she may be younger than Aaron she is actually an old soul. Soon she is bonding with Sophie and Aaron is feeling a deep attraction to her He knows he is too jaded and old for her so he tries to stay away, that all crashes down around him when someone flirts with her and brings out his jealous side Will they be able to build a future together and will he be able to settle down his demons and have a chance at love You will have to read to see
This book hooked me from the get go I just couldn’t put it down I fell in love with these characters and omg what a story just a perfect read

What a story Living with the Single Dad is. My heart broke completely but was also rebuilt. Aaron and Isobel were made for each other if only Aaron could could see that he was worthy of loving and of been loved.
Aaron is a retired Navy Seal, he’s carrying lots of demons from his time serving his country. When he tragically loses his sister the only really family he has he finds himself raising her beautiful newborn daughter Sophie.
Isobel is a nanny with a big heart and when she is asked to help take care of Sophie by a friend of Aaron’s she doesn’t have to think twice. Aaron and Sophie need her.
Aaron and Isobel don’t necessarily get off to the best of starts but you can feel their sexual chemistry from a mile away can Aaron open up his heart and see what’s right in front of him. If anyone deserves to have a happily ever after it’s this navy seal.
Whitley Cox keeps giving us these fantastic stories and each one just gets better and better. I can’t wait for the next one.
This is the 4th book in this phenomenal “Single Dads” series, and in my honest opinion, these stories just seem to get better and better! Aaron is a retired seal, who is left to bring up his newborn niece Sophie, when his sister passes away. When professional nanny Isobel is told about his predicament, she volunteers to help him. This is a beautifully written story which is heartbreaking, raw, gritty, emotional, humorous, and a steamy read. I was captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and highly recommend for all.
I really loved reading this book. It was entertaining, funny, sad. It had me on the full roller coaster of emotions. I was hooked from the first page and I couldn’t put it down. It was a page turner. It was hot and steamy and full of drama. I absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

4.5 Stars
I can’t recommend this series enough! Whenever I read a book from this series I get sucked right in. I just love these characters to pieces. This book delivers on all the heart fells, but also the heat. Aaron and Isobel have a burning chemistry that ignites the pages. This book also has it’s serious heart pounding moments. Aaron’s back story will break your heart in more ways than one as it did mine. That’s why what he finds with Isobel is all the more special and precious. I just love Isobel she has such a big caring heart, but she doesn’t put up with anything. She’s a strong character. That’s the type of woman Aaron is going to need. He’s dealing with so much. Sophie and Isobel are a light when his demons close in. I gobbled this book right up. To me the epilogue was just perfect and so deserving for the characters. Now I’m going to be eagerly awaiting until I can get my hands on the next book in the series.
Whitley Cox was a genius for writing this series. They are stand-alones, but are Interconnected with the characters. She has these amazing, heartbroken, beat down characters that make you see how hard life can be.
When she adds these characters, it is done beautifully and flawlessly. She makes it an art by including all these raw parts of the men that make you melt for them immediately. The descriptions, characters, plot and pretty much everything about this story will leave you begging for more.
This book is a little different than the previous books that follow this storyline. It is one that grabs your attention from the beginning with all that happens. I adored these two characters and all the struggles that brought them closer together throughout the story.
This book had everything…love, romance, family and relatable topics, oh yeah and lots of steam!!. Isobel became a nanny for Aaron when he was thrust into fatherhood unprepared. They got along, but also butted heads occasionally. Aaron has demons from his past and Isobel is an empath. I thought this was well written. The characters, all of them, were well developed and the story line was something you might see on the news. Whitley Cox is a new to me author and now I find I am going to have to see about getting the rest of the Single Dad series. Ms. Cox, thank you for taking us on this journey with you.
