SAVED BY MY BLACKGUARD: A vacation on a tropical island should be blissful paradise. It turns out to be something else altogether for Paul Dewitt. A storm erupts and throws his entire life into chaos. He wakes up to a beautiful stranger and a different time.Lady Evelyn Beckett is sailing to England to marry her betrothed. When a storm hits she is tossed overboard. By sheer will, and a little … little luck, she makes it to shore. She finds a handsome man wandering the beach, and he’s both confusing and odd?
Together Paul and Evelyn rely on each other to survive the raging storm, villainous pirates, and a little bit of culture shock. Can they get past each other’s differences and learn to trust each other and find love.
SEARCHING FOR MY ROGUE: Alys Dewitt’s sister is getting married. Lucky for her she gets to be the maid of honor in a Regency themed wedding at an actual Ducal estate in England. While attending the wedding, she falls through a time hole and wakes up in 1815. Everything is strange, wondrous, not at all as she expected it to be.
James Kendall, the Duke of Weston returns from war to find an injured woman on his estate. She mumbles strange phrases and keeps calling him by another name. Thinking her a bit mad from her wounds, he takes her to the manor and calls for a doctor.
Will they give into their mutual desires, or will Alys find a way back to her own time?
SEDUCTIO OF MY RAKE: What’s a man to do when he’s attracted to a woman he can’t have? Bradford Kendall, the Duke of Weston, is in that very predicament, when his brother’s ex-wife shows up at his estate. Regina has always held an unnerving lure for him, and it’s a nuisance to have to deal with it, and her.
Regina Dewitt wants to find out what happened to her sister. The best place to start her search is where she disappeared—Weston Manor. It’s been a year, and clues will be scarce, but she’s determined. She didn’t count on how tempting the estate’s resident duke would be…
As they begin the search together, the question remains: Can they fight their growing desire?

I had originally purchased this series in paperback when the books were initially published and then lost them when I moved, so I was pleased to see the first three offered in a boxed set.
I really liked Books 1 and 2 with Book 2 being my favorite. Probably because I have a medical background and I found it very interesting to see how Alys had to adjust to a time period that not only was without all the modern advances in medicine but that also did not allow women to practice medicine. In fact, women were considered lacking in the intelligence to even comprehend what passed for medicine in that era. Definitely a challenge for any woman from the 21st century. Book 3 always felt somewhat lacking in relation to the rest of the series. Not that it is a poorly written book, I just did not enjoy it as much as the others.
If you get the opportunity, do read the entire series. The whole Linked Across Time Series has got to be one of the best time travel romance series out there and is one of my personal favorites.
Thank you, Dawn Brower for hours of enjoyable reading!

Looking for next set.
This 3 Book Box Set gave me hours of pure reading pleasure! Each book in this wonderful collection had great character and storyline development that kept me totally captivated until the very end!
This is a collection of feel good stories which will slowly pull you in as they weave the tale. Each one is different which you will fall in love with. See where each one will take you

I enjoyed this collection of time traveling/regency stories. This is my first time reading Ms. Brower and I am looking forward to reading more. Each story is a standalone but they flow together when read in order and there are teasers of other stories of the secondary characters. There is not a lot of science to explain the travel through time, but that is irrelevant to all but the most finicky reader. These are sweet love stories with wonderfully real characters.

These are intriguing and romantic stories. People are switching between the present and the past, finding love. The people left behind are desperate to find their loved one, and families intertwine. The men are arrogant, the women are strong and the storylines are fascinating. This is a great series that weaves tales that capture your imagination.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.
What is better than one book by Dawn Brower? Three of course in her Linked Across Time Series! All connected with travel through time… Just imagine being able to go back and find that special person!
Saved by My Blackguard finds Paul taking a needed vacation in 1987. Across the realm of time in 1722, Lady Evelyn was on a ship from St Kitts to England to marry her Duke, when they are overtaken by pirates and she is thrown overboard. In a passage of time these two end up together on the same beach and the adventure begins!
Searching for My Rogue, Alys is an American from 2015 and at her sister’s Regency themed wedding at the Estate of Bradfore, she transports back to Regency England. She is found by a real Duke, James and taken back to his estate. What a fun, humorous, delightful story that will hold you until the end!
Seduction of My Rake starts with Regina, the sister of Alys and he now husband Trenton. She cannot get over her sister’s disappearance at her wedding. Their marriage is in trouble and they will be splitting up. But as she and her husband begin to look for her sister, they begin to banter and it seems they may stay together or will they?
Paul and Evelyn of the first story are the parents of Alys and Regina of the second and third stories. Really unique and fun!

What wonderful intertwining stories about time travel! These characters were so bold and so much fun and the stories were full of adventure and love. Very unique. Great writing

I loved this three book collection of Regency time travel romance stories. Each story is a standalone, which I like, and has great characters, romance and intrigue. One deals with a secluded island. Another happens at a Regency themed wedding. Anyone who enjoys time travel and Regency romance will get hours of pleasure from this collection. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy from Booksprout.
A set of three Regency romance and time travel together books. The stories are SAVED BY MY BLACKGUARD, SEARCHING FOR MY ROGUE and SEDUCTION OF MY RAKE each of the stories have their own merits. A set I enjoyed reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The set of books was absolutely lovely. They were how heartwarming and yet filled with action and adventure. I could not get enough of them and I will be reading them again and again. I voluntarily read and reviewed these books and exchange for a free copy.
This is a historical time travel romance about a mother, her daughters and the men they love. I loved how they all linked across time and how each of them found their destiny. All of the stories are well written and the characters are fascinating. I think my favorite story out of the three would be Evelyn and Paul’s story but I did love reading the journey all the characters go on to find true love.
Love these time travel ebooks. You just never know what you will find in another time. The beautiful love you can find. It is full of adventure, excitement, love, humor, emotion and so much more. These stories are of men and women meeting in different times and finding their way to love. I highly recommend them. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.
An interesting boxed set with characters that will fascinate and annoy you equally. They will overcome heartache, tragedy, and seemingly insurmountable odds to find a love that lasts a lifetime

This volume contains three family-linked time travel books. If you already like either Regency romance or time travel, are curious as to what either is like, or just want some excellent reading material, this is your chance to give it a try! I think you will be very pleased with the content.
In SAVED BY MY BLACKGUARD: Paul Dewitt travels back in time and meets Lady Evelyn Beckett, tossed overboard during a severe storm. In SEARCHING FOR MY ROGUE: Alys Dewitt travels back in time and meets James Kendall, the Duke of Weston, not Bradford, the man she assumed him to be but rather Bradford Kendall’s ancestor! Despite being a woman now cast back to the Regency period where women were not given opportunities to become doctors and such, she is able to find a way to use her medical skills to save him! In SEDUCTION OF MY RAKE: Regina Dewitt and Bradford Kendall, the Duke of Weston, meet in this last story without the interplay of time travel.
This was a good series and is worth reading. Grab your copy and enjoy!
This is a well written collection of time travel romances. I loved the characters and reading this historical time period. It’s an interesting set and would recommend reading.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this set. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
Great interweaving trilogy of series – great character development, great focus on plot and great book that brought one family’s stories together. I look forward to the next set of this series.

This is a collection of the first three novellas of the Linked Through Time series by Dawn Brower. There are also excerpts from the next book in the series as well as the first book of another series.
Book 1: Saved by My Blackguard: In 1987, Paul was told that he needed to take a vacation because he was killing himself with overwork. In 1722, Lady Evelyn with sent on a ship from St. Kitts to England so she may finally be wed to her betrothed, a duke. Soon, pirates overtake her ship, and she is eventually thrown into the sea by one of them because they believe having a woman on a ship is bad luck. In a time slip, Paul and Evelyn end up on the same beach in 1722. They have an almost instant attraction to each other. How will this work out with the time difference? Will Paul make it back to 1987? This is a relatively quick novella, so unfortunately, characters couldn’t really be developed fully, and the romance plot was on hyperspeed. It’s a fascinating enough premise for a book that I think it could have been expanded into a novel quite easily. I thought, too, that Lady Evelyn had way too much of a modern sensibility about men and sex; she did not come across as a young woman who was born at the turn of the 18th century in 1700. As a nurse, I can say that Paul’s visit to the doctor is like nothing that ever happens between patient and physician, first the detailed advice and then also the prognoses. Unfortunately, this book was riddled with grammar, punctuation, and usage errors. It has awkward phrasing as well and unnatural sounding dialogue. The text felt a little choppy, especially in narrative sections that were meant to show the passage of time. Rating 3/5
Book 2: Searching for My Rogue: Oh, my gosh! What a fun read this is! Alys is a smart-mouthed American from Baltimore in 2015. Her spoiled sister, Regency, is having a Regency themed wedding the estate of Bradford, the Duke of Weston. While there, Alys takes a tumble off a cliff and into Regency England. The Regency duke, James, has recently returned from the Napoleonic Wars, suffering in both mind and body. He finds her on a beach, nearly unconscious, near his estate. He takes her back there and calls a doctor. The banter between these two is so amusing. Alys is so funny and sarcastic as she’s trying to figure out what’s going on, where precisely she is, and who this man who looks so much like Bradford is (the duke in modern portion). The Regency duke at first doesn’t understand things like her strange shoes and some of the odd words and phrases she uses. Their heated discussion even becomes physical! He thinks she’s mad until she shows him her driver’s license that shows her birthdate. This book didn’t seem to have as many problems with grammar and punctuation as the other one. It was just a deliciously fun read. My only wish is that were a novel and not a novella, as I would have loved to have seen more about both of these characters. Rating 5/5.
Book 3: Seduction of My Rake: This is Regina and Bradford’s story. The prologue sets up that Regina’s marriage to Trenton is already on the rocks after just a few months; they will be divorcing. Regina can’t quite let go of the disappearance of her sister Alys, so she goes back to the Duke of Weston’s estate to look into it. She and the duke have an attraction to each other (almost love-hate), which they pursue, along with answers about Alys. I didn’t particularly like this book because of a few factors. First, I just didn’t like the characters of Regina and Bradford. They’re not very nice people, and for people who are supposed to be starting to care about each other, they treat each other abominably. This book, too, takes place wholly in the present, unlike the previous two. The principals’ banter, but it isn’t nearly as amusing as book two because it seems more hateful. There were some errors in grammar and punctuation, but they were not as marked as the first book and not quite as good as the second. Rating 3.5/5
So, how are these stories “linked across time”? Paul and Evelyn of the first book are the parents of Alys and Regina of the second two stories. Alice is adopted, and Regina is their natural child, avoiding the pesky problem of Regina and Bradford’s future children have a multiple-times great-grandmother who is also their aunt.
This is a great collection of 3 time travel stories which are all inter connected. Imagine being able to travel back in time and experience for yourself how it was back then! I think it would also be great to meet my very own ancestors!!!
The first story is about Paul Dewitt who travels back in time and ends up marooned on a tropical island with Lady Evelyn Beckett, who had been tossed overboard from a pirate ship during a severe storm. They soon find themselves falling in love and Paul needs to find out how to get them both back to his time!
The second story is about Alys Dewitt who travels back in time and meets James Kendall, the Duke of Weston, which she mistakens for the present Duke of Weston, Bradford Kendall. When she realizes that he’s actually an ancestor of Bradford’s, she soon finds herself falling in love with him and even uses her doctor skills to save his life!
The third story is about Regina Dewitt and Bradford Kendall, the Duke of Weston….although there is no time travel involved for either of them, Regina is searching for any information she can find to explain her sister Alys’ disappearance a year ago. She is also out to seduce Bradford, the man she really should have married instead of his step brother! I loved how everything came together at the end, how they find out what happened to Alys and even Captain Jack Morgan!!
