Light of Demon (Extended Version) is Book 1 in the Mage of Bloodstone series. D.N. Leo is an exceptional author whose imagination and way with words bring her stories to life. Her character development is superb. We have two very strong main characters: Cademon who is going into the future for to find the real Scorpion Key in order to bring his wife back and save earth; and Alyna is in the security business in the future where Cademon lands. If you like action-packed fast-paced thrill ride adventures with magic and paranormal twist and turns, this is the book for you. D.N. Leo has given us an awesome story and I am anxious for book 2 of this series to see where she is taking us next. I highly recommend this book. Received a copy from Booksprout and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Leap to the Future
Another winner for D. N. Leo!!! Like the fact that this book picks up on Caedmon after the death of his wife and child.
The author has done a great job in continue the search for the Scorpion Key. The author keeps the right amount of tension between the character to keep the story interesting. For some reason it to a little getting use to the switching between the present, future and the past. Not sure it was the author’s fault more my ability to let my mind switch between the reading.

Another wonderful multiverse read. I love all of the multiverse characters and stories that were written by this author. They take me to a world where I can participate in the action along with the characters. Amazing!

D.N. Leo is an astoundingly wonderful author and her Multiverse is the perfect playground for fantasy, sci-fi and paranormal stories to play in. It’s full of the “supernatural elements and characters including psychic ability, mind control, dimension, time travel, magic, shape-shifters, were-creatures, witches and wizards, mage, angel, demon, warriors, alien, private investigators” promised by its publisher, all somehow smoothly fit together. No surprise then that this latest installment, an extended version of Alyna and Caedmon’s story in Light of Demon (Mage of Bloodstone, Book 1) is so wonderful. This is perfect romantic urban fantasy. Perfect plot and cast (which special note of appreciation for Sedna, Orla and Lorcan). But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.
I LOVE the Multiverse!!! The imagination is endless in the Multiverse books! In this book, you need to pay attention to time to not get confused, bit even if you do, it’s still enthralling and exciting and intense! As always, I can’t wait to read more!

This PG13 tale takes about a day to read and ranges from the far past to the far future in time and from Earth to Eudaiz in the multiuniverse.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Light of Demon is the first book in the Mage of Bloodstone series and this was just a great way to start off a new series. This book was just so good. I just didn’t want it to end. I just fell in love with these characters and getting to go along on their journey. I can’t wait to read more wonderful stories from this author.
Tech Reliant
Strongly coherent, action-packed, with powerful characters, this tale posits a future world in which values have changed radically and “legal” concerns come down to good versus evil with no law to speak of. Not a friendly nor inviting place to live, the physical beauty of “New Australia” notwithstanding.
