I would give it five stars if it gave credit to the Portuguese novella it was based on.
What more can be said. Everyone’s favorite. I have a cat named Richard Parker
One of the best books I’ve ever read!!!
I found this unusual but disappointing. It was not my thing.
Overrated.
I know this is a favorite of many, but I just lost interest. Too symbolically simple.
An incredible story very well told!!
This is an imaginative tale well worth the read.
Can’t remember much about the book after the passing of a few years. Not really my cup of tea.
Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Book better than movie.
Great story! I listened to this book and the narrator was Indian. Really great story, much MUCH better than the movie!
Very unique story.
Unusual and enjoyable-hard to describe but really good!
A most unusual book…not truly sure how I feel about it, yet it’s extremely popular. It is definitely interesting…
Refreshing!
There were some parts in the beginning that didn’t seem to have a follow-through later on and some parts didn’t seem to make sense. But the ending really made me think for a few days!
A beautiful read.
It was such an unusual concept. Strange but I enjoyed it.
I just didn’t get this book. Gave up about half way through, though I did sneak back and read the end.
