The New York Times #1 best-selling series. Like its predecessors, Library of Souls blends thrilling fantasy with never-before-published vintage photography to create a one-of-a-kind reading experience. A boy with extraordinary powers. An army of deadly monsters. An epic battle for the future of peculiardom. The adventure that began with Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children and … with Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children and continued in Hollow City comes to a thrilling conclusion with Library of Souls. As the story opens, sixteen-year-old Jacob discovers a powerful new ability, and soon he’s diving through history to rescue his peculiar companions from a heavily guarded fortress. Accompanying Jacob on his journey are Emma Bloom, a girl with fire at her fingertips, and Addison MacHenry, a dog with a nose for sniffing out lost children.
They’ll travel from modern-day London to the labyrinthine alleys of Devil’s Acre, the most wretched slum in all of Victorian England. It’s a place where the fate of peculiar children everywhere will be decided once and for all.

This is the 3rd book in the series. My 11 year old grandson suggested I read the series along with him and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is not just a child’s story. The author, Ransom Riggs, had the talent and imagination to write this for all ages! This is a series that I will read over and over again. I have a 4 year old grandson that I am anxiously waiting for him to be old enough to start this series with him.
What can I say? I am sad and happy at the same time. The series is over but I still have many unanswered questions but I guess that is what a good book does…keeps you wanting more. I would love to tell more of the book but then it would ruin it for any other person wanting to read this book. I do not know if I will find another book or books that have this much of a draw into another world. Read and enjoy!
It’s a fantastic book! I love it so much and the characters are absolutely loveable and phenomenal <3 The magnificent balance between informational to the plot and entertaining events creates a fantastic book.
There were mouth dropping moments that instantly made me jolt out of my chair Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this book by Ransom Riggs.
While the entire trilogy about Miss Peregrine’s peculiar children is lots of fun, this last one is the best of all. There are exciting travels, fights for survival, sweet romance, frightening monsters, and a great, imaginative, twisting plot! Wonderful story!
Cool ending of the book trilogy
I love this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved this book! I’m usually an avid romance reader but all of these books transported me to another place and another time in another kind of world. Love, love, love this series!
It is amazing that it has more to it or I would be lonely because literature is better than books won’t pictures cuz thoes types of books leave me a little bit bored so I recommend this book cuz the entire series are wonderful and books are the light in the dark and also suspenseful like the dark it’s warm like daylight
I am in love with this series. The movie completely messed it up and I am not very happy about it but that’s okay. The characters are so complex and the old pictures really add a nice flair to the books. I definitely recommend this book specifically because it’s my favorite one but the others are great too. Read the first two before this one though!
It’s been a pretty long time since I read the first two books in this series, but I was delighted by how easy it was for me to jump right back into the story. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much more I liked this volume than the previous in the series.
There is a lot of action in the story and we get to meet even more Peculiars and other different types of people throughout the travels they must embark upon to find their friends. I love the relationship that seems to be growing steadily between Jacob and Emma and now that I know there is more to the series, I’m actually quite excited to see where that relationship might go.
I was pretty angry at how the ending was turning out, but it ended up being ok and leaving the door open for what I now know to be the rest of the series. I truly went into this book thinking it was the last in the series… oops!
Another great read in the Miss Peregrine’s series. This one is action packed and was hard to put down.
Awesome read Love this series. They are so unique and well written. Makes you sorry the book is over! Would recommend to all.
Love this series
Yet another Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children’s book under my belt, what a fantastic book. I was truly sucked into this one! I think having phots that influenced the story thought the book really helps the imagination, it almost becomes likes a Childs picture book for young adults- or all ages for that matter! Even though we were able to explore a love relationship, there wasn’t a lack of adventure. Truly a page turner as most critics would say.
Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs is the third installment of the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children series. It picks up where the second book leaves off.
I can’t say enough about this series. Fun, whimsical, strange, and yes, peculiar. A must read series.
I like this the most out of the 3
I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series of Peculiar Children books. This final tale in the series brings some wonderful world building to a head as the string of adventures shared by main characters Jacob and Emma comes to a dramatic close. It was an engrossing read and I couldn’t stop myself from reading far to late into the night.
unusual, original, unique, totally and completely original. Loved the books in this series.
This book was kind of hard to get into. The first half of the book was slow moving. But half way through it hot really good. I couldn’t put it down after that! I lived how this trilogy ended.
I did enjoy this book, but thought it wasn’t nearly as good as the first 2 in the series – which were both spectacular!
