This is a quick read with drama and a little humor. It is interesting and a different story line that I enjoyed reading. The characters are captivating and and likable. Well written.
Hidden away in the dark caves under Mammoth Forest you’ll find renegades that no longer want to live by the “Chief Pack”.Now they have been marked by the “Chief Pack” as their most wanted. Liam, Mac, Gunner, Payne & Jagger are the wolf shifters plus Keara at the moment. When they could, they housed human & shifter refugees & tried to help them cross state line. Molly learns about them and is Liam’ s fated mate.Except, his nature calls to hers and his truth opens a hidden, magical world she’s been living in all along. Instead of turning away like she knows she should, Molly finds herself all in.
This was my introduction to Kimber White and her shifter worlds. And what an intro! I’m totally hooked on the series. A great world with some unique shifter characteristics, and wonderful characters.
It’s in first person, but alternates between the hero, Liam, and the heroine, Molly. I don’t usually care for first person because the hero gets left out, but Kimber didn’t make that mistake. I’m working my way through the rest of the series now.
Not sure I would call this a romance. more like a horror book was disapointing and much longer than needed to be..too much back and forth…will I won’t I should I, I shouldn’t
I read the entire series and enjoyed it. The characters are believable, the storylines decent. The writers of some series repeat the plot line way too much among the individual books and they become BORING. However, this writer did a much better job and it was a fun read.
Great read could not put it down.
Great book and wonderful read
It is the first wolf shifter book where the packs are evil and out for themselves! I did not care fir that aspect of the book.
It was an awesome book I had to read it all in one night
Didn’t enjoy. Stilted conversation writing.
I found it hard to put down.
The Wolves of Mammoth Forrest is my new favorite series. After reading Liam I bought the other four books and read them one after the other. I couldn’t put them down.
Great summer read…enjoyed while relaxing in the sun.
Poorly written. Gave up by page IOO
If you like paranormal romance then you will enjoy this.
I never read books that have deaths of characters that are major players in the book.
Totally different take on shifter packs…You hurt for Liam and the others in hiding. Really good read. Bought next in series.
Great job. Wonderful action, great character depth, unpredictable, and unique. Wonderfully fresh take on shifters.
This was not one of my favorite paranormal books. I like more of the romantic ones, this one is on the dark side.
I love this book, very entertaining sad in some parts. But very good.
