The kiss that changed everything
This book is about Kate and Levi. After a year’s absence she’s back in her home town. She’s always had a thing for Levi, and her best friend Sadie has snagged one of his brother’s for herself. Kate actually slept with Levi the night before she left town to intern at a prestigious art museum. This is something even her best friend doesn’t know. And Levi has been in love with Kate since her brother introduced them three years ago. So there might be some unfinished business between the two main characters here.
Now her brother Brock has surprised her with a house he’s bought for her a sa welcome home present. And the house has been meticulously renovated by the Ryan brothers, including Levi. He’s even added a special touch to one of the rooms. It’s something he knows she’ll love! And after that sweet and grand gesture, she knew she just couldn’t resist him!
Whilst I loved how it ended, I want and need MORE of those hot Ryan brothers and their girls! Please write more books about them Kali! I give this book four and a half hot stars, along with a big recommendation to read ALL of the Ryan Brothers Renovations books.

Levi is the last of the Ryan brothers to fall and he does not disappoint. Kate is an artist and secretly loves Levi and has for a while. While they have acted on their feelings neither of them wants to admit how strong they truly are. She comes home not ready to make a stand when her brother and Levi’s best friend Brock gives her a house renovated by the Ryan Brother’s. Levi has made it his mission to pour his love into this house and show her his love through every detail and he is ready to take a stand and make a statement for her love. This book has the most steam to romance ratio to me of the four brothers since it had the most history behind it. Levi had the most heart of the four and this book shows every inch of it. Such a beautiful end to this series. I wish there was a special epilogue for the 4 brothers a where are they now kind of thing or maybe a book for Brock where they make an appearance….
