A wrong number is supposed to be just that–a wrong number.Delete. Done.Do not continue to text. Do not flirt.A wrong number shouldn’t be the first person on your mind in the morning, or the last at night…and you’re definitely not supposed to talk them into buying a baby goat.Because that would be weird. When Zach Hastings and I get into a wrong-number mix-up, we don’t follow the rules. We keep … wrong-number mix-up, we don’t follow the rules. We keep texting and flirting, because he’s wicked funny and perfectly nerdy and a wonderful distraction.
I’m not looking for love, and Zach definitely had the wrong number.
But maybe…
Maybe he’s the right guy.
Let’s Get Textual is a full-length standalone romcom with a HEA.

OMG! I have popped my Teagan Hunter cherry with this and let me tell y’all this: it felt oh so good! From the first page, Hunter had me hooked and kept me laughing til the end.
Delia & Zach and are awesome characters, but between them, Zach is my newest fictional lover (#ZachHastingsCrushForever). I mean, seriously, y’all. Hot nerd? YES PLEASE and thank you, kindly! The chemistry between them, even through the texting, was sizzling. And Marshmallow? What girl wouldn’t love Marshy?!
Do I recommend this book? Abso-freakin-lutely. You’ll laugh, you’ll fall in love and best of all you’ll have a fabulous new fav for an author, if she’s not already your favorite. Hunter is now at the top of my auto buy and auto recommend list. Five bonfires worthy, for sure, y’all!
*This book was purchased by me. All opinions, negative or positive, are my own.*
A flirty, sexy and oh-so-funny story that will be on my favorites list
This is my first book by this author and I was completely wow’d. Zach is the cutest, smartest, hottest nerd ever (and I so want a Zach of my very own!) while Delia is the cutest, sassiest, funniest wrong number ever. Their exchanges had me rolling with laughter and together with some grade A secondary characters (I especially hope we get to see more of Zoe, Robbie and Marshmallow), they helped make this a perfect rom-com that I couldn’t put down.
Full of wit and laughter without going over the top, this is a flirty, sexy and oh-so-funny story that will be on my favorites list for the year. I’m off to look for more books by this author. 5+ stars and a highly recommend.

Oh, Zach & Delia! Their story pulled me RIGHT in w/ the texts & gave me MANY LOL moments!! It’s told only from Delia’s POV, but we get to know Zach right along with her through texts. He’s a HOOT! Really, they both are. Their banter was off-the-charts funny to me.
There is a SOB (seemingly obligatory breakup) that annoyed me. It almost brought the story down a notch. I vented about it on FB! LOL But then, the makeup was pretty epic, and the story got its stars back. Also – MARSHMALLOW! The baby goat almost steals the show, folks. SO CUTE!
I definitely recommend this story if you want a light, fun read that also manages quite a bit of depth & has characters you’ll fall in love with! I’ll be reading more from this author! : )
5 “WINK” stars!!!
I was scrolling through the Zon looking for a book to read when I saw this title. It made me chuckle so I thought yeah, you had me at Textual. This is my first book by the author and holy cannoli I am so glad I clicked, it was fantastic! I loved every single minute of this story. Omg I giggled and laughed throughout the whole book. Zach and Delia are the bees knees. Seriously, their banter and witty come backs are just amazing. Oh, and they have a cute baby goat. I could read their texts back and forth all day long. This story entertained the hell outta me and it’s totally worth a reread.
If you’re looking for your next favorite rom com with a TON of heart, look no further. Let’s Get Textual is the book you need in your life. It was literally laugh out loud funny and totally charming, a the perfect palate cleanser after I finished a really heavy read the day before. I enjoyed it SO MUCH.
I’m a big fan of books where the characters meet and or interact through emails or text messages (or even letters, though that’s getting more rare these days). It’s such a fun way for characters to get to know each other and it’s definitely less pressure than face-to-face interactions. I really love how the author took a text to the wrong number and turned it into a totally believable and natural romance. Zach and Delilah were absolutely adorable and I loved their banter — both via text and in person. I lost track of the number of times I giggled while I read and I’ll admit I had a big cheesy grin on my face for the bulk of this book. Zach and Delilah also gave damn good chemistry. I was shipping them pretty hard.
I was first introduced to this book when I received a signed paperback in one of my Romance Reveal monthly subscription boxes. Now that I know how much I loved this one, I’m thrilled to have a signed copy on my shelves. Now I just need to make time to tackle Teagan’s backlist as she’s a new to me author. If her other books are as funny, sweet and sexy as Let’s Get Textual, I’m going to be one happy reader!
FAVORITE QUOTES
Me: Are you calling me boring?
Zach: No… but also maybe yes. There is nothing inherently wrong with that. I’m boring, too.
Me: Can we be boring together then?
Zach: Why else do you think I still talk to you?
Me: You say the sweetest things.
“You make a fair point, but one of these days, Delia, I’m going to kiss the hell out of you.”
“One of these days, Zach, I’ll let you.”
“He touched my ass cheek, Delia. Your hand was on my dick and he touched my fucking ass cheek.”
I’m already falling; I just hope he’ll catch me when I land.
OMG I loved this book so hard! From the very beginning I was completely in love with every single character. Also, I’m not sure I’ve ever laughed so hard over a book, EVER. The banter between Zach and Delia is absolutely hysterical! I loved every single minute from the moment I started the book.
I know right away that I would love Delia because of what happened with Caleb. Then of course there is her roommate Zoe who is equally hysterical. This duo crack me up. She made the moment that Zach and Delia meet 100% amazing. These two supporting characters really make a difference in this book. Without Zoe and Caleb I don’t think the story would be as great.
Now, Delia and Zach, these two are so perfect!!!! I love how they “met” and how well they go along. I also love how long they waited to meet each other, it made everything so much better once they did! From their first date, to meeting his family, to THE AMAZING baby goat, all of it was 100% PERFECT! This is the first book of Teagan’s I’ve read, and I have to say I’m kind of addicted now!
Let’s Get Textual is one of the best stories I’ve read in 2017! The initial texting (after the “Who is this” mixup is settled) feels like a modern twist on pen pals, and the cute doesn’t end when they meet. The characters make the story, but the settings are spectacular too!
Okay, I have to say, this is by far one of the best books I have read this year. Hands down. I got this book because my friends highly recommended it and I read an excerpt through my book blog and I thought it sounded decently interesting. It was definitely way more than that.
We have all experienced wrong numbers. That’s just a fact of life. But what happens when a wrong number turns into something more? That’s exactly what this book is about.
Delia gets a text message from an unknown number and she thinks it’s her brother, who has a tendency to lose his phone a lot. Little did she know that it was actually 25-year-old Zach Hastings who is trying to contact a client of his. The two of them interact briefly, explaining the whole wrong number thing, but instead of just leaving it at that, the two of them continue to text one another constantly. Pretty soon, Delia can’t stop thinking about Zach. Eventually the two of them meet up and the story goes from there.
This book basically has everything when it come to romance with a whole lot of comedy thrown in as well. It’s also very easy to relate to the characters in the story which is another thing I absolutely love about this book. From page one I was completely hooked and it had me laughing out loud and scaring my dog.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good Rom-Com 🙂 5 out of 5 stars!

OMG!!! This book was funny as hell!!! I mean it. I have not read a book that made me laugh as hard as this book did in forever. This book had me laughing so hard, tears and rolling on the floor were involved, not to mention people staring at the crazy chic laying on the floor holding her sides laughing. Ok! Ok! I think you get it. The book is funny. Now to the review…..
The story starts off with Delia breaking up with her boyfriend, since the friend zone is the best place for them. Then she gets a text from a phone number that she does not recognize, confirming a lunch date. Since her brother is always losing his phone she assumes the text is him. WRONG!
Zach is confused who is texting him and calls the person. When a girl answers the phone he is stumped. After the phone conversation with a sassy snarky chic, which he finds entertaining and funny, he keeps texting her.
Delia and Zach continue to text back and forth everyday. They enjoy the banter and become fast friends. Delia is afraid of another relationship failure and when Zach asks to meet she freezes. Can Delia take the next step and meet face to face or will she be too afraid? He could be an ugly ax murderer.
Again and I can’t stress this enough, this book is funny as shit. There was never a dull moment. Delia is sassy, smart and snarky. Zach is sexy, hot and nerdy. Did I mention I love books about nerd romance. *wink wink* I love the sexy nerd references. There was a WTF moment, that I can’t tell you about, but it will have you cursing and disappointed.
I love the characters in this book. Each person having a unique personality or quality that adds to the story. They are alluring and funny. You get caught up in them and can’t stop reading.
Don’t let me forget to mention the star of the book Marshmallow. He is so sweet and adorable. He will have you wrapped up in his cuteness. You will see what I am talking about when you read the book.
I mean it, you have to read this book. You will not regret it. Just be sure you are alone or you may end up embarrassing yourself. I highly recommend this book. It is highly entertaining and a fun read. I think I may have to read it a second time.
I loved this book!! I loved the characters. They were so witty and FUNNY!
